Premiere Elements

We have two versions of Premiere Elements, 2023 & 2025.  A 1920X1080 movie is imported into both and both are exported with selected device of 1920X1080.  The 2023 version seems to produce a size like 1400X ????.  We have tried everything even to match the frame size.   The 2025 version has no problem exporting correctly.  One of the suggestions was to look at sequence settings, but it is either hidden or not available on the 2023 version.   Any thoughts?

When I "Show Properties" of a clip, the list does not show the clip's length.  I want to customize the list view to include that property.  I'm unable to follow how to do that as explained on Adobe's page "Viewing clip properties" .  Step one is "Open the Project Assets panel".  Did that.  Step two is "Right-click in the Media view and choose Edit Columns.  Ensure that you select an area outside the rows containing the assets."Sooo, where is that? I've right clicked all over, and have yet to see "Edit Columns" appear.  Must be simple, but I just don't get it!

I have been using 2014 and now 2025. I bought 2025 thinking I would move up but the change was to great.Lately in 2014 when importing a file from disc the the video is playing at half speed and the audio is correct.I moved the same file to 2025 and it did the same thing.I have searched and it appears to be something to do with frame rate????What could have changed to cause this new problem?

My wife doesn't fly, so when I was making a DVD of my recent trip http://www.direct2usales.com/V2025.HTM with version 2021.4 the program locked up.I started over, and the same thing happened... I restarted my Win11 computer and another lockup.I switched to a different menu and the program worked... so, if you have v2021 and have a program lockup while making a DVD try switching to a different menu to see if that fixes the problem.Menu Holidays-->Summer Beach is what caused my problem

Title says it. How do I take a MOGRT file and add it to Premiere Elements?  I currently have to use chroma key on my motion graphics and they turn out grainy. I would like to just upload the original MOGRT file so the quality is better. I cannot seem to find out how to do this in Elements. 

i want to create a highlight reel but after click on create button, the"detecting scenes with group of people and detecting scenes with interesting light and...." always show with out end.What should i do?

Hello,In Magix Video deluxe, I am used to using the mouse to fade in and out the video and audio tracks at any point in the clip, which is possible in Premiere Elements using the right mouse button (I searched for a keyboard shortcut but couldn't find one, and I didn't find this function in the keyboard shortcut customisation dialogue either), but only at the beginning (fade in) and at the end (fade out).I find it essential, especially for the audio track, to be able to lower the volume at any point, e.g. – and above all – at the beginning of spoken text and again at the end.Is this possible in Elements?Kind regardsAlooha

I can`t import video clips into Adobe Premier Elements 2026. The videos were shot on IPhone 13 and transfered to the hard drive of a Windows 10 computer. The computer can read the videos using the Photos app. The IPhone settings for the recorded videos had high efficiency as the storage format.Is there anything I can do?Did I buy the program for nothing? 

Hello,I dragged some clips into the organiser, just for testing purposes.Now I want to try making a short film, but with different clips.The problem is, I can't delete these clips, and when I start a new project, they're still there.How can I get rid of them?macOS Tahoe 26.1Premiere 2026 trial versionKind regardsAlooha

PE 2025 - didn't have this issue on previous versions.   Example:  Clip A is next to Clip B - If I cut/trim the end of A, 1-2 frames then attach to B.  Most times I can trim these off (but I can't spend forever doing this on every cut), but other times it does not work.  I can keep trimming, but the erroneous frame stays attached. Example:  This one doesn't even involve cutting.  Clip A has no surrounding clips.  Empty timline on both sides.  If I move A next to clip B, at the point they join, Clip A now has a 1-2 black empty frames attached to it (from before when it has blank space on both sides). No matter if I clear Media Cache, delete the clips off the timeline, and then reinsert them, the issue remains.  I've got to resolve this because it's on nearly every cut point.  Can anyone school me on resolving this and/or why this occurs?

Upgraded yesterday from 2022 to 2026.Now have no audio and getting messages "MME device internal error. Do you want to open the Hardware preference?" and...."One or more clips in this project had their Audio Volume set to Bypass. The control formerly called "Bypass" has been replaced with "Mute". You will need to switch to use the Fx button instead, otherwise your audio may be silent."I'm not at all techie but have tried to find a solution but failed.Can aybody help? Luckily I still have 2022 which works perfectly.John

I just purchased PE 2026, I have never used any video editing software, so I am an absolute beginner.What I would like to do should be simple, but I can't figure it out. I just installed a dash camera system on my motorcycle, it has two cameras. One front facing, one rear facing.I would like to create a video with the front camera using the whole screen with a small box at the lower right showing the rear facing view. Thanks in advance...

where are premier guided effects in this software??

I have tried several times to Export and Share a video using 'Quick Export' to create an mp4 file that I can then use to burn a DVD.  Every time I try this I now get a message at 100% saying that there is an EXPORT ERROR OK.  What am I doing wrong please?  I might add that I have successfully completed this task on a previous project on the same PC.ThanlsPeter 

I know this is an end of life product that is no longer supported and Adobe support referred me here because they could not help me.  I am trying to re-install this on my laptop after a hard drive failure.  Dummy me never backed up my serial number somewhere.  When I go to enter the redemtion code to obtain the serial number, Adobe says it is associated to another Adobe ID.  Problem is I have no idea what email address was used for that.  I have tried every email address I can think of but none have accounts.  contacting support they said they can't look that information up.  This was a boxed version with an install DVD and included redemption code that I honestly don't think needed an Adobe account to redeem the code back then.  As stated before, I already installed this same product before on my laptop so it worked before.  Any ideas?  Any way I can find out which Adobe account this redemtion code is tied to so I can try to get into i

Just upgraded from 2020 to 2025 version of Premiere Elements.Can anyone provide some tips on how to create crawling text in PE2025 as I have looked everywhere for options to do it but can't find any.It was easy in 2020 version.

I have Premiere Elements 2025, and the Adobe website says that I can access Adobe stock images and video with the program...but I can't find where to do it. They say to click the Stock Media icon...but what is it, and where is it?

 I am really struggling with having to use Premiere Elements 2025.  I was very familiar with 2012.Today I wanted to insert a simple title slide.  I did not want the text scrolling.  I just wanted it to sit on a simple black background.  No matter what I did i could not manage this.can you please help?

I now need to combine three video files.  Is this possible?  How do I export them so that I can add them to my "media" and thus use them in another piece?  I know how to export files to make them viewable on computers or the internet etc.  But I need to import one PE file into another PE file.thanksHelen

I have 20 minutes of video footage.  I am inserting segments (5) of that into a Powerpoint presentation.  My current workflow is as follows: i already have the footage split into segments.I then save the file 5 times, called segment 1, segment 2 etcI then go into each copy and delete the segments not requiredi then export these files to MP3 or MPEG4and insert them into the PowerpointI feel like this workflow is clunky.any  suggestions?ThanksHelen  

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a month subscription to Envato, thinking I could use some their effects with Premiere Elements.  I'm pretty sure I messed up doing that, because I don't think their files will work.   I'm looking for a place where I can download animated title overlays for my videos.  I want to be able to edit an overlay and use it as a title for my son's basketball highlight videos.  I want the title to appear on top of the video without blocking out the video, if that makes sense.  Any ideas?
