Editing videos from on an ice surface (hockey rink) and want to get rid of background noise from people shooting the puck while explaining a drill to a goalie. I recorded with 5.1 channel on my camcodrer. What audio effect should remove the sounds of pucks off the glass?  I have premiere elemnets 2023 and the only effects I have are; channel volume, Delay, Fill left with right, Fill right with left, Highpass, Invert, Lowpass, simple notch filter, swap channels.  It seems I am missing denoiser. Thanks

Hello, I have a problem in Premiere Elements 2021, I cannot activate the function "render" anymore. When clicking on it, it just starts reading the project, but no rendering. No green line, neither red one...Thanks for your help! J-M

Hello, I have a problem with the quality of the images in the exported video.I created a several-minute movie from old shots from 20 years ago, which were 720x576 resolution. At the end of the video I wanted to throw in some photos takenalready with modern equipment, most of them in 2016x908 or 2160x3840 resolution. I have a huge problem with the quality of these photos after video export.The photos are blurry, pixels are visible, it's hard to recognize faces (videos look ok). It doesn't matter what options I choose for video export: whether I set 4K or 720p - the pictures are of terrible quality. I've tried reducing the photos to 720x576 and it has no effect.I suspect that the problem is the project settings, which have changed themselves to 720x576 and the program automatically brings the photos to such poor quality.Has anyone encountered such a problem and can it be remedied somehow?

Hi, I'd really appprieciate some help. I've been using Premiere since 2014 so I'm familiar with the set up, but I've recently encountered a problem I can't solve. Starting earlier this year, I've started to have a problem (with PE22) where my final export has started to contain random single frames. often several times in the timeline. The original files do not contain these additional frames. But when I export the final cut for the first time, the random frames 'sometimes' insert themselves on the timeline, and sometimes do not, but they always appear in the export. The random frame isn't blank, but from one of the other clips. Usually, but not always from the clip before. I can go back and manually cut out the added frame, but it's becoming a pain with every video. Tonight, I decided I had the solve the problem, so I did a fresh install of Premiere. Hi, I encountered a new problem with Sony a1 footage and don't know how to correct this. Hope the gurus can help me, PLEASE. I am still using PE 2020 Window version and never had an issue with Sony a1 footage until yesterday when I noticed layers of color bands -- red, green, blue, violet ... -- suddenly appearing on top of each footage. Please see attached snapshot. All sony clips are auto-captured as Rec 709. I uninstalled/re-installed the program and problem didnt go away. I tried using another computer but also showing same problem. How to correct this issue? Please help. Thank you for your time and patience. 🙂 TS 

Hi, does anyone know how I can add a different language (but still work in English) to Adobe Premier Elements 2023? I have searched a lot how to do this but only finding tutorials on adding custom language fonts for Premier Pro CC. I am trying to add Urdu font to the monitor screen on Elements 2023 but it appears as crossed boxes. I would really appreciate it if someone could help. I have the font installed on Windows and it works fine on Microsoft Word. I just can't add it onto my videos. 

I made the mistake of wearing a shirt that is the same color as the background so it looks like my head and hands are floating in space. Is there anyway to fix that. Hi. Can anyone help me with the activation ? Whay should I do if my Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 won't activate ? The system, the motherboard were reinstalled and I didn't install Adobe Premiere Elements ( and Photoshop Elements too) for a long time, but I wanted to edit something again and encountered a problem that I can't activate the program . There is a registered key in the Adobe account, but it does not work, and in the tab with devices I do not have any on the list to remove ,as thought that might be a problem. ThanksMichal

Hello, When I import my pictures, although the project settings are 1920X1080, PE converts them to 1620X1080;The pictures are taken by my Nikon which is set to 6000X4000 ( which can be converted to 1920X1280 at 3.125). The result is that I get a black line on both sides of the picture; Obviously, I also get these black lines when I export them to see them on a TV. What am I doing wrong??? Thank you for your help. Louis 

Premiere Elements 2022 does not allow to export videos in HEVC format, only import.Is already know whether Premiere Elements 2023 will support the export in HEVC?Thanks

Having read the thread https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-elements-discussions/if-i-buy-premium-elements-2023-do-i-own... ... I am wondering if I have 'downloaded' the full copy of the 2023 software purchased? I have these saved on an extHD ... do I click and complete the full downloads or are these links sufficient. (I just wrote this post on my 'Download and save copy' but maybe its best to create a new thread? Not sure on procedures here?)

I note that My Products are listed in My Account. In case of programme/pc etc. failure is it wise to keep a software copy on, say, ext HD or will this product always be available in My Account for download. If a local copy is recommended, what is the download procedure.Thanks. 

Why is the video display going completely wonky after I add "Alpha Glow" effect to a clip that already has a Videomerge effect?   Never had this issue with Premiere Elements 2021 or prior versions. 

Just curious...if I purchase Premiere Elements 2023....will I own it for good or will I have to buy a new version ever year?? Thanks for any help 🙂 

Hi support team and community,   I just reinstalled Premiere elements after having done a lift of my configuration (new CPU + new SSD as a replacement for my old HDDs) and Premier elements is saying that the serial number is already in use on another PC.   Do NOT post screenshot containing serial number. [mod]   I checked my adobe account and no device is listed as activated.   How can I go and activate my new config ? Help from support would be welcome.   Regards, Nicolas

I got the trial version and as soon as I loaded the videos I wanted to edit, I noticed the watermark "this video was created on Elements free trial". So I bought the full version. Watermark still there both for the videos I first tried editing and for any new vieo or project I start. I have restarted the project with different videos, still the same problem. I have tried "delete rendered videos", still not working. Additionally, every time I run the program, I get the prompt to buy the full version, even though I have already bought it!!! Please help

Hello,does anyone know, how can I horizontally center image or object in Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 ?I can horizontally or vertically center text, but I did not find how can I do that to images.

If I start a new project and import a video, premiere elements works fine. It has one audio en one video line. If I import a second video, the video is cut into a couple of audio and video line. So premiere elements doesnt work right and sound doesn't work anymore. Woensdag i imported the second video the question to change settings does not show off. I tried it with different types of videos.  Does someone know the solution?

My version is in Swedish. When clicking the Treble ("Diskant") icon, only a line shows, no adjustment slider. The bass and other sliders show and work correctly.

After moving a file to a different folder, I cannot open it in my project. The error message "Cannot link file' comes up and also says ' The selected file cannot be linked because its type (audio and video) does not match the original file type (video). The original file from a GoPro was video and audio, saved as an MP4 file. What needs be done to open the file in Premiere Elements?Thanks

In PE 2020, I am accustomed to working with a timeline that shows actual time. For instance, I might mark a segment that runs from 1:20 to 1:35. Somehow, unfortunately, PE or I have managed to replace the timeline's time entries with numbers. So now a segment might run from 11094 to 13313. What are these numbers called, and how can I get the timeline back to normal?

It worked ok for a month after assistence from Adobe, but now the same problem occurs when I try to render or export. I have made a little sample youtube screenshot movie to make clear what happens when I want to render a clip of just a few seconds :
