Premiere Elements

I’m working of the video which uses footage from 3 different video cameras. There will be tens of clips mixed with each other.  I’m planning to put footage from each camera on different tracks. Each footage requires different settings (contrast, saturation, sharpness etc.)  Is it possible to assign Adjustment layer to one specific track only?If not, what is the best way to change image parameters for footage from given camera? Thanks

My headphones no longer work within Premiere Elements. They function normally outside of the application. In audio settings> audio hardware I have two choices, ASIO and MME. When set to ASIO the audio works fine within the application on speakers. When set to MME the headphones are listed.Default Input: Headset (Bose QC35 II) (Not working)Default Output: Headset (Bose QC35 II) (Not working)Master Clock: Out: Headphones (Bose QC35 II) (Not working)I reinstalled the application and the audio driver with no effect. I noticed that there were Windows 11 updates yesterday. KB5012592 and KB5012121. I'd rather not roll back the update if thats even possible anymore. Does the community have any thoughts on a fix or workaround?

Something very basic  ... I save as ".prel" then when I go to the file it's empty, my edited clip is nowhere to be seen. Any ideas? 

How do i edit the text? I think it is the pink bit. At least there are only two elements in this project so it must be it. If I double-click it the screen momentarily flashes if it were trying to display it but then nothing. I don't seem to be able to do anything from the Project Assets bin either. It seems pretty simple but it is eluding me. 

I am in Adobe Premiere ELEMENTS and need to change the lower third text of another person's name but don't want to change the initial clip-it's not letting me copy and paste default text and change it to something else. I tried re-naming it.

When I edit a movie in Adobe Premiere Elements 2021, the next time I open the program, the whole movie is red and offline.What has happened and how do I get the film back 

Hello, I have Premiere Elements 2022. I installed the program and have been working on a slideshow for a month or so. All of the sudden, it is crashing every few minutes. It just locks up and thats it. I have to force the task to stop and open it again. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you,Nathan 

Hello. I've been trying to install the free trial of Premiere Elements on my laptop for about an hour now and I haven't managed to complete the process yet due to error 113 constantly popping up. The installer was working for a little bit but stopped once it reached 2%.  I have tried as many solutions as I could think of. I'm not very tech savvy however so I've only tried solutions I found on forums.  I've tried switching connections to the internet, my only options being the home's router and an extender of said router.  I've tried connecting to the router via Ethernet but yielded no results.  I've tried disabling the antivirus software and both of the firewalls I use, in other words the default windows firewall and 360 Total security along with its firewall I quickly ran out of options after this point as I couldn't find any more forums discussing the matter. Do I need to find some other internet connection? Or should I contact our in

My Project Details:I'm working on digitizing my family's 8mm film collection.  I have scanned the orignal films with a Retro-8 frame by frame Scanner which created 1280x720p.mov video files.  When working on these files in Premiere Elements 18 (2020) the Project settings are 1280x720, 24fps timecode.  I've done extensive video editing including adding narration.  It's now necessary for me to export the project (to create a new video file which includes all my edits and narration), then I need to import the newly created video file back in to Premiere Elements so I can do addition editing using the NeatVideo plugin. My Question:What is the best file format and settings to export my project to in order to maximize video quality so when I re-import the video file into Premiere Elements the video quality will be as good as the quality of the original project?  I'm not concerned about file size. Thanks!

I bought this off amazon on black friday . It's elements  2022. it looks like a free downgraded version and has no more tools than comes with windows 10. I try to get support and it says i have no purchased product, but i had to register it to get what i have and i paid for it?I would never have PURCHASED this had I known it was not capible of doing more!!! When you look at elemnts online you see a diferent version with the tools I was looking for. No mention was made this was a extremly limited version where I purchased it!!!!! I have had much better , for same price with same seller!!

In Premere Elements, how can a get a music track I added to repeat itself automatically to the end of the video, and then fade out automatically at the end of the video, just like it does when I add a music track to Slideshows created in the Organizer?

Hi, I'm an artist and working with Premiere Elements kind of for the first time. I have two clips that I've overlayed over each other. The opacity is fine, so no problems there. However, in one of the clips I want to adjust the colors but for only a few seconds at a time. In other words, I want to make the clip a lot more blue from seconds 20 to 27, and then I want it to revert to normal at second 28. Then I want to change the color to more red from seconds 36 to 42, and then have it revert to normal. These times and colors are examples, but that's basically what I want to do. I am aware of how to change the colors in the way I want to for the entire clip (either go to Color or Color RGB and click what I want). That gives me the desired effect. What I can't figure out is how to apply that desired color effect for just those specific time periods.  I'm a little wary of using a color matte because I don't want the color change to apply to both video clips. When I copy a clip (for example text) "ctrl+C", paste it elsewhere on the timeline "ctrl+V" and then edit the copy, it changes the original clip too. When I look at Project Assets, I see indeed that there is still 1 clip, and there has not been made a actual copy/duplicate. When I look at the keyboard customization settings, I see that to make a dublicate I must use "ctrl+shift+/". However, that does not do anything if I try.  My question is: how can I make a keyboard shortcut for dublicating/copying a clip and paste it again, so that when I edit it, it does not change the original clip. Thank you very much in advance! 

Please help me get Adobe Premiere Pro 2022 to open on my new Macbook Air 2020, Monterey 12.  This is as far as I can get, then it either hangs or stops.  Photoshop works just fine.  

Bonjour a tous, Je viens d'acheter une nouvelle version de première element (2022).Il m'arrive un truc qu'il m'ait jamais arrivé sur aucune application. J'ai une configuration Widows 10 pro installée sur un PC portable (HP Zbook 15 G6 avec un ecran de 1920x1080) et j'ai un ecran 49 pouces (2 zones de x27" - 5120x1440 sur le même ecran).Lorsque je demarre première element, il s'affiche sur l'écran de mon PC portable sans changer de résolution (toujours la taille des caractères de l'écran du PC portable).Je ne peux pas le déplacer sauf si je passe en taille libre de la fenetre.Je déplace sur mon autre écran et ça fonctionne.Par contre, quand je veux adapter la fenetre Première Element à la taille de mon écran (soit en dimenssionnant à la main soit en cliquant sur ajuster la fenetre à l'écran) par l'icone en haut à droite de la fenètre, la fenèetre repasse immédiatement sur l'écran de mon PC portable. Bref, impossible de travailler dans ces conditions avec ce logiciel...Je

Is there a way to copy project assets from one project in Premier Elements 2022 to another?  I created the project in the wrong resolution and it will not allow me to change the resolution for the project that so I am trying to start a new project and copy all the assets without having to add them one by one again. 

Hello All,I just got Elements 2022 and I have an Nvidia GTX 1080 and an Intel i7. Ive installed the latest drivers from NVIDIAs webiste for creators (Studio Driver, 512.96), yet the option in preferences to use my GPU for hardware accelleration is still greyed out. Ive rebooted, searched around these forms and none of the solutions appear to work. According to Adobes docs, this should work. Can anyone help please?!Thanks! 

I imported an mp4 recording file of Teams in order to work on it but when once imported the audio does not match the video anymore. Someone that can help to solve the problem?

Hi. I installed PE 2020 yesterday and spent a few hours on it today editing a video. After my latest render and save, i closed the app and now it won't open. When I click on the desktop app the little home page appears asking "what do you want to do today" and three boxes - workshop organizer, photo editor and video editor. There is also a list of my recent files. But when i put the cursor over the video editor box, the box gets outlined in blue but nothing happens when i click it (single or double). it's just not opening up or loading or doing anything. Please don't tell me I have to reinstall! Does that mean I've lost the hours of work I spent today? 

I cannot open Adobe Premier Elements 12 because it will not "connect to the internet to validate my serial number."  I purchased this program years ago and have had no issues with opening it until a few months ago.  I have tried many different ways to fix the issue, including the following instructions posted on Adobe:https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.htmlI still am unable to use this program.  What else do I need to try to fix this issue?Sincerely Frustrated,Megan
