Premiere Elements

 I have just updated my Premiere Elements 2021. The program fails to upload the video workspace. I am using an M1 Apple iMac and the Monterey OS. Elements 2022 keeps freezing when attempting to add and edit clips on the timeline.  Fairly new computer, Dell Inspiron 15 5510, Windows 10 Home, running 11the generation Intel I7 13370, 16 gigabytes memory.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

I do not like the home page for the latest models of Premiere Elements for a Windows 10 PC.   So much so,  I don't use my PE 2020 but PE 14 instead.   I'd upgrade to PE 2021 or 2022 if there is a way to turn off the saving of projects to the home page.    Thanks for any info. 

Please forgive me if I have missed something and this is easy, or is something that can only be done in advanced tools like Premiere Pro. I have a collection of 2 hour AVI master files (from Video8/Digital8/MiniDV tapes). Each AVI file has its own project in APE 2022. For each project I have cut the AVI file into a number of separate video clips on the timeline. All good - no problems so far.  In an ideal world, I would like to drag each clip in a project from the timeline to the Elements Organizer such that the clips appear as individual media objects in Organizer which I can individually tag (people, events, locations) and subsequently use as source material in future projects. After exploring the program and the forums I don't see any easy way to do this. Is this possible without exporting each clip individually or recapturing the tape library with scene detection turned on which would result in the master AVI file actually becoming a collection of individual cli

Yes, I looked on these forums and saw similar issues but none of the solutions work for me.I have been having this issue for a while. Sometimes it works fine and plays back smoothly, sometimes it pauses ever second during playback. Moving clips to same SSD didn't work. I've even doing a project with a single file as to not mix formats and settings and its having the same issue.Disabling hardware rendering did not work.Changing Audio hardware did nothing.I have a duel monitor setup, I've tried single monitor. Still nothing.I'm guessing its the issue with something stealing priority from the application, but I have shut everything down and it still does not work.I just downloaded and installed this app not 2 months ago, it should be up to date. I'm logged in, and the site shows that I purchased Premiere Elements 14, but it doesn't show it activated on the computers I use. I want to deactivate one (I can't remember which one it is),  so I was told to deactivate on the Adobe site so I could install on my new computer.  My new computer won't let me run it until I deactivate one.  How do I find them if it doesn't show up on the list on the page  account.adobe.com/activated-devices. 

Hi - I'm new to Premiere Elements but a seasoned computer user and experienced with various video editing programs. I have a strange problem that is a show stopper for me and hope you might be able to help.  Before purchasing Premiere Elements I ran a number of my AVI files through the trial version. Everything was great. After I purchased a license from Adobe.com and entered the key into the system I immediately noticed that any AVI content I imported no longer displayed video on the timeline/preview window. Audio played buy the video was black. After trying a number of things including a complete reinstall of PE 2022, I eventually logged out of my Adobe account to de-eauthorize the computer and revert to trial mode. Immediately upon starting PE2022 and importing a file video was again visible (albeit with the trial watermark). I have installed PE 2022 but it gets stuck at loading PlayerMediaCore.prm during launch.Windows 10, Microsoft Edge, 64-bit.Had no problems installing and running Photoshop Elements 2022. 

I have a purchased copy of PSE14 on DVD. My newer Mac doesn't have a DVD slot so tried to download a copy from Adobe but this company doesnt make it easy. One note i saw while navigating this maze said to enter the 24 # serial # but the serial # on my box only has 22 #s? Adobe not too friendly to purchasers IMHO. Any Idea how to reinstall? I hate to buy a DVD player only to find the program wont work on OS BIg Sur.

I have been using Premiere Elements on a Windows PC for several years and now am using Premiere Elemants 2020. I have a library of dozens of PREL files. My old PC just will not handle big PREL files so I  am thinking of switching to a Mac with a M1 or later chip.If I make the switch in computer types, will I still be able to open and use the old PREL files with the Mac computer?Norman

Is it possible to use content from my Premiere Elements 10 CD on version 2022?  The content in version 2022 is limited and there are some 3D motion, and audio files in Elements 10 that I want to use on Premiere 2022. Also, are there other places on the internet I can find 3D motion, and audio files that I can use on Premiere 2022?  I am creating an intro and want the text to spiral into the frame, sort of like the tasmanian devil, as an example.

Ich nehme Clips mit ca 10-15 Minuten per: Medien hinzufügen - von Webcam.Der Clip wird zwar komplett und in voller Länge als avi gespeichert, aber im Projekt bekomme in immer nur ca. 1 Minute angezeigt. Auch wenn ich die komplette avi in ein neues Projekt einfüge bekomme ich immer nur die ersten 1 - 1,5 Minuten angezeigt.Was kann ich tun?

Lade ein Video im AVCHD H.264 Format als Medium und will das auf eine BluRay ausgeben, nur so zum Testen.Im Export-Menü wird mir aber nur DVD und MPEG im Format 720x574 oder 720 x 480 angeboten.Wie kann ich das im Orihginalformat als BluRay (modulo ISO-Datei) ausgeben?Unter Einstellungen ist alles ausgegraut und ich kann nichts ändern.Hermann-Josef

Hey, I am making a video with music and I wanted to add the music. To add the music was no problem, but when I am changing the position from the video, the music also switches and is cutted. How can I fix the music in this video, so that I can edit the arrangement of the videos without the music being cutted?

Hi, can you help and confirm if I upgrade my current photoshop elements 2018 and Premiere Elements 2018 to 2022 can this then be installed on a separate laptop as a second activation? Or is this a one activation only and I can upgrade the current laptop but to install on a 2nd laptop would require the need to buy again rather than upgrade? Hope you can help Andrew

Installed the software and have photos with location tags. However the map does not show at all - just a black window where the map should appear. See screenshot. What to do to make it good?

I just installed Photoshop elements 2020 and Premiere elements 2020. My display size is 2560x1440.UI in photoshop element is OK ans similar to the look and feel I had with Photoshop Element 11.UI in premiere elements uses very big fonts and look like low resolution screen. How can I solve this, which make Premiere almost useless ?Thanks for the help.

Hi,I wonder if someone can help please?I like to use Key Frames to fade in/out audio tracks on my Timeline and I'm using multiple input sources in my project. When I drag down the yellow line on the audio tracks in the Timeline from camcorder input it correctly reduces the volume, however, when I do the same on audio tracks from both a GoPro and an iPhone I can't fade it down to silent. Is there any reason for this and is there any way I can fix it please? 

Just got Pre Eire Elements 21 after using version 9 and found several changes.    Is it possible to see thumbnails in the Timeline please?    At present just displaying the file name.    Thumbnails useful to check arrangement of pics for slideshow.

Sometimes in the exported file, Premiere Elements 2022 adds damaged frames at the beginning of the new clip in the timeline. This doesn't happen in the preview, only in the exported file.Damaged frames also don't exist in the original clip.See sample screenshot showing exact same frame in PRE and external player.I was so happy to buy this software but it doesn't seem to work for me.I've followed https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/kb/gpu-troubleshoot.html but it doesn't help. I have disabled GPU Acceleration in Edit - Preferences but it doesn't help. I have latest NVIDIA drivers 496.76 for GTX 1070, latest Windows 10 updates.Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz64.0 GBWindows 10 Pro 21H2
