Hello, I am looking for a safe and secure way to let our customers view our PDF files. Our customers like using Adobe Reader for PDF's, however our PDF's contain sensitive information that should not be downloaded and shared. Our customers access our website to view the PDF's, but we cannot have them download the PDF file. Is there any way for us to allow them to view the PDF file in a browser and also prevent them from downloading and distributing a copy of it? Thank you!

Hi,I'm using the latest version of Adobe Reader DC on Windows 10 64Bit Pro.I'm having issues viewing and filling PDF-Forms as well as some other PDF-Files.I get visual artifacts as soon as i hover over any form element with my mouse. Sometimes this also happens with plain tables (no forms).If the document is in small window and the toolbar is visible, i can click into the fields of the form without any artifacts. (acrobat_1.png)As soon as the black toolbar disapears, I get those artifacts in acrobat_3.png visible, when I hover over any element fillable.When scrolling or resizing the page, the artifacts disappear until one movest the mouse to one of the fields.When in fullscreen, it happens immediately when clicking into any form element. (see acrobat_FS1.png).What I already did:Uninstalled Acrobat Reader DC, used any random .PDF viewer - worked.Reinstalled Acrobat Reader DC, same issue.Uninstalled AR DC & graphic drivers (AMD Radeon), Uninstalled AR DC.Reinstalled (fresh install) V

We are using the latest version of Reader DC on Windows 10 Citrix VDI's and we have this problem that when user's logon to their VDI and open a PDF file it takes a long time for Reader to open. If they keep reader open the next files opens fast without any problem. We have Protected mode on startup disabled in Ehancded security settings. Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem ?

In some PDF files people send, weird charatcters like small figures and chinese like text appear instead of original text making the document impossible to read. The issue is not on the original file since I can read it clearly on my phone or other computers, it only happens in this Windows 10 laptop. I checked for updates ion the Acrobat reader and ran the repair installtion but the I still have the problem. Any help?

With Adobe Pro installed and .PDF defaulting to Adobe, when I click on a document sent via email for my signature, the document does not open  - I get a window that appears to be a browser window with a spinning circle that does not open. 

Trying to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on a MacOS 11.2.3 and there is always a failure at the end of the install process. The Installation Failed.  The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacture for assistance. I have tried running the Adobe cleaner, installing from an Admin account and a normal account but entering Admin crednetials, clean install and installing over a failed attemp but nothing works.  I can't find any information on the lack of compatibility with 11.2.3 and the latest version of Reader DC. Any ideas on the issue and a workaround? Thanks

Ich habe den aktuellen Acrobate Reader und ein Abo Adobe Pack -Abo, läuft noch bis Mai 2021. Wenn ich versuche, mit Adobe  Pack ein PDF zu konvertieren, werde ich IMMER auf die Angebotsseite Adobe Acrobat DC geleitet. Das Konvertieren geht NICHT. Was kann ich tun?

I have some old documents in All Agreements "waiting for you". I have signed and completed these documents but they won't clear from the list. How can I clear them? Adobe customer support have been totally useless at helping me find a solution and suggest that I ask the general public on this forum rather than trying to solve the issue themselves! Please help if you can!

I use Adobe Reader to send tax statement to the Tax Office. Until now I used WinXP and AR11. Now I was forced to switch to Win10 and AR19. Before for a new tax statement I exported the old statement to an XML file and imported it into the new updated tax statement. In AR19 I can't find how to export to XML and import an XML file. Can someone help me. Thanks.

Greetings,The Abode Reader DC quits unexpectedly after a few seconds from opening. I have a Mac Book Pro 2019 model. Urgent advise would be much appreciated. Many thanks, Panagiotis

When you try to add text to the document using the "fill and sign" function, the inscription "Enter text" is added. The window with the text input interface does not appear - the inscription "Enter text" is simply inserted. Interaction with the created object is also not possible.Adding other elements works as expected.The problem was detected by Windows 7 Enterprise, Windows 7 Pro, Windows 10 Enterprise (20H2), Windows 10 Pro (2004). All operating systems are in Russian.The problem was found in versions of AdobeReader 2021.001.20142 and higher. The same problem was found in stricter versions, for example 2019.008.20071. Last time, the functionality for users worked in the version of Adobe Reader 11.Testing the functionality in different documents - these documents were not protected.Someone please help solve the problem. 

We have some users can't print from adobe reader. If the open is opened from another program like foxit pdf or internet broswer it prints. When printing from adobe, we can see the printer dialog box, select printer but the job does not submitted to printer. This is even after fresh installation of windows 10 and adobe acrobat reader.

hiDo we have the ability to reduce the file size of a large PDF file in the latest version of Reader? we could in 7.0. Am I just not seeing it? Is it hidden somewhere in the tools using verbiage I don't recognize?thanks

This is only happening one one PC - if the user emails the PDF to me I can view it fine....We are both using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Any idea how to fix this?

Signature field has been setup to mark all fields as readonly after signing a document, and usually I save a copy of this filled document to another folder not to overwrite an original. However sometimes I click Save not Save As which overwrites it. Is there any way to protect an empty original form? A pdf can't be readonly because it can't be signed.

Hi people, I'm asking myself since downloaded Acrobat Reader DC to my desktop pc running Windows 10 Pro with 16 Gb ram and a SD of 240 Gb of which 120 Gb are free; why this program shows as being of 32 bits when my installed system cureently runs on 64 bits and your system must have detected during first installation. I'm having some troubles with this version, some times with a freezing screen...You are kindly requested to inform me about this matter. Is there a 64 bits version of this program? Thanks in advance for your kind reply. 

I am unable to open my pdf's. I have microsoft for my imac and I use outlook. I have Adobe acrobat reader dc. Sometimes they appear in in layers. Adobe said they do not have customer support for DC and I have to ask here. I am not real savvy with this and looking for a quick fix. Do i need DC? 

Hello from France, I need some files from my old performa 5200 (PowerPc).I can't read them directly with my iMac 2017 (intel), roseta does not works. Perfoma 5200 is runing with Acrobat Reader 4.0  but I don't know how to import a file and save it into pdf. Thanks for you helpMac OS system is : 7.5.6 PowerPc 603

When I open the Reader without opening a specific file (clicking on the Acrobat Reader shortcut itself) it shows me the last opened screen and freezes. When I open a PDF the app works perfectly fine.I already used the AcroCleaner tool and installed it again but to no avail.

I get the error when opening the document.  I then scan the file into another system and all of the words are removed.  I've printed the document and rescanned but this continues to happen with the document. Windows 10 64 bit.  Newest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed.

I scanned a 5 page document from an HP laserjet pro into my Lenovo laptop.  Everytime I attempt to convert the .pdf to msword I see a bar pop up at the bottom right says "initializing export engine"  then the page quits.  I have turned off protected view and unselected "enable enhanced security."  I have logged into my account.  So far nothing I can find helps.  Hopefully, someone else has ran into this before and can make a suggestion as to how fix this.

Hi, I have this trouble, it begins when I select a part of a text. Its in Windows 10 and thje software is Adobe Reader DC version 21.001.20145. It happens with all the pdf documents.

Immediately after upgrading from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 20.013.20074to 21.001.20135, the Find Text function doesn't find text that does exist in documents. Does anybody else experience this behavior? Thanks.
