Bought 'premium' subscription for the 20GB storage, but it still cuts me off at 2GB. I've been paying for the 'premium' subscription via Apple since first getting the Adobe Scan app, as I knew I'd quickly need more than the free 2GB storage on Adobe Document Cloud. But when I reached 2GB it still prompted me to subscribe for more storage - while displaying that I'm already subscribed to 'premium'. I've logged out from all devices and logged back in, deleted some documents and refilled up to 2GB multiple times, and always the same. Apple's best suggestion is that I could apply for a refund - but really I just need it to work! Any ideas gratefully received!
