I have just upgraded to the free trial of Acrobat. I want to edit a PDF file. I tried on the disktop app but it keeps crashing. I have just got a new laptop and downloaded Adobe acrobat reader and PDF from my account , the option to save to the cloud on the tool bar is not available on screen nor can i get any fixes of the tick general box etc as seen on here in previous thread. It is fine on my old laptop and shows up but not on the new and the save as button is also greyed out on the toolbar.
Recently when I convert PDF to word documents, the resulting word document looks like heiroglyphics. It is totally unreadable. A co;py of the output is shown below.
I have been using a font called Proxima Nova (https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/proxima-nova) for several years, and just recently when I export PowerPoints to PDF (using the embedded acrobat tool in PPT OR if I print directly to PDF) the exported PDF is in Times New Roman with significant formatting issues. How can I fix this? I have fonts embedded in both the PPT file settings and the Acrobat export settings, and the online converter is not working either. This is a new issue and I have been using the same base PPT and updating it for years.
I am trying to save a document I have edited. For example, an application for a client. When i edit and save the file to my OneDrive, it is blank when i open it and wont show anything I just edited. In addition, when i edit it from the adobe cloud storage, it will auto save and continue to create conflict files without my interaction. When i try to save a final copy of the file, it usually ends up either blank, or one of the conflict files depending on if it is saved on OneDrive or on the adobe cloud storage. The trouble is, i need to send applications on behalf of my clients to carrier sites, and i am not able to attach files that are in the adobe cloud storage so i have to download them to OneDrive first...yet when i do it is blank. How do i 1. Turn off the auto save thing so i can just save it when i want to without creating 100 files. And 2. See the data I entered into the document once i save it to my OneDrive? This issue is so
When I try to open a PDF not created on this computer, I receive the following: "There was an error opening this document. Access denied". What am I supposed to do? Thanks if you can answer this.Marlin
Hello everyone, I used the online tool to fill out a PDF and download it to my computer. Unfortunately, I hit the option "save copy" which is in the "..." menu (option 3 out of 4) before I download. Now I am afraid my personal data is somewhere in the Adobe Cloud. And therefore I want to delete since I just need the option to fill out the PDF via computer.I am sorry, but English is not my mother tongue. I hope you can understand me.Regards
I do not understand, in the past I could always save a PDF to a JPEG, but now I cannot. I bought the PDF pack from Adobe for $70 and can now convert things. I want to share this with the rest of the office (there are 6 of us) and although we all have our own computers we are all on one server. I cannot find out how I can do this or if I can do this and there is no phone numbers to call and it cannot be helped over chat and I very frustrated.
I am the admin on our business account. I purchased Acrobat Standard DC for a staff member. When I go to manage users it says that the license provisioning has been completed. She did not receive a welcome email inviting her to use the account. How do I give her access?Thank you
Hola no puedo iniciar sesion desde la PC.
Hello, we saw this article and applied it to a development SharePoint Online tenant environment (Microsoft). https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/office365-using-sharepoint-onedrive.htmlThis does work and allows specific user(s) to open the document in Adobe Cloud so user can make comments. However, we are concerned with security. Although the document was opened from SharePoint Online (a secured site), the document opens in new tab with URL documentcloud.adobe.com (exact URL: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/spodintegration/index.html?r=1&locale=en-us). Is the docuement at this point in Adobe or still in Microsoft/SharePoint Online? Does Adobe save (or temporarily save) the file in Adobe when opened from SharePoint (Microsoft) when "Using Adobe Document Cloud PDF experience for Office 365 on SharePoint and OneDrive"?
ouverture très longue de PDF comment régler le problème?
I am trying to convert my bank statements from PDF to either csv or qbo for quickbooks online. Is this possible? If so, how do I do this?
I can see that text was changed and that sticky notes were added, yet the comment bar on the right reads "No Comment" I have chosen "Expand All" comments and "Show all" comments.
Is there a way to prevent a PDF from opening with the comments window open?
Hi Team,Whilst we were working from a PDF cloud link and resolving comments as progressing through, when I had unshared the link, the only comments remaining, were those that required actioning and the other 100 or so comments were no longer there? Is there a reason or some glitch on Adobe Cloud? As we are were working with a client on this and the implications are quite severe on both ourselves as a business and client relations and as it can potentially cause issues with maininting a certain level of service, loosing trust on client side. Therefore, is there solution for this or how best to ensure that it doesn't happen again because potentially, I'm in the midst of trying to find another product to replace Adobe altogether. Many thanks, Annoyed user
I am converting a large PDF file (3.44 MB) file to EXCEL. The conversion comes back very garbled meaning the columns to convert well at all. What are the some things I can do to make a cleaner conversion?

Hi, I can't get the comments section to not pop open whenever I open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat, Windows. I have unchecked the "Show comments pane when a PDF with comments is unopened" multiple times, restarting or shut down my computer, then upom restart when I open a PDF, the comments pane opens again and that box is once again checked. I open dozens of PDFs per day and this is driving me crazy. Please help!
