I have placed an order for a PDF Pack on 13/07/2015 AD003035136UK and found that the product was not suitable for my work. I cancelled the order four hours after I bought it.But I cannot get a reply from Adobe and I see from their website that they reply within 48 hours. Can you help? Thanks. Rosemary

How do I download the old edition of Adobe I had with just edit features only? There was a toolbar in upper right where I could just add text initials sigs etc. Is there a download link?

Hello,I use the Adobe cloud feature on my Windows PC and Apple iPad Air.  I was working on a document, and had highlighed and annotated it in the Adobe App.  Then I updated the app, and all of my changes were gone.  They weren't in the cloud, they weren't on my device - it was like I had never read or worked on it. How do I recover my edits/highlighting? 

Adobe PDF does wonderful job when it comes to converting PDF file into Word document. However, I want to know if there is anyway to convert my numerous PDF files into Word without me having to go through each and of them clicking and affirming questions for conversion? For example, there is an option to convert numerous files into PDF format just by checking a box to indicate the ones that I want them to be converted. However, I do not see this option when it comes to converting a PDF into Word format. I need to go through them each and individually, checking various things such as destination folders.It would really save me some time, since I wouldn't need to sit in front of my laptop, manually clicking away.

HiI tried to use Fill&Sign on one PDF I had to fill ... but when selecting the file I get an error message: editing restrictions - not supported. But I can't see what is the problem. The PDF allows filling and  signing... see attached screenshot. How do I know what is wrong? Best regards, Manni

I'm confused about this "free" account that cost $20.  I originally tried to use this to convert a PDF document to Word, but it didn't work, so I never tried again.  Now when I tried to call the company, I'm told to try to reach them online....So does anyone have any ideas about cancelling?

How can I highlight documents I am reading in the online version of Adobe Document Cloud. I can do this in the mobile app, but not on the desktop. There are no tools visible to do this, as far as I can see.

Hello I have encrypted my pdf with a certificate using the protect shortcut in adobe acrobat DC. When I upload the secured PDF to the document cloud I am unable to access the document in both preview and download with the appropriate adobe id. I keep getting a message of "cannot preview file type" in the link to the document cloud. Am I doing something wrong or is there a way to fix this problem? Thanks! -Noel

I have Export PDF. Works good.I want to extract a Word 97 .doc to a PDF file. Then I want to convert it to a 2010 Word .doc file. Do I need to purchase PDF Pack to do this? If yes, do I cancel my Export PDF account because the Pack will do all that Export will do?

I have written a 542 page novel in word for Mac 2011. Every time I try to convert it to PDF, it coverts pages 4 to 539 perfectly but skips pages 1, 2, and 3.  Any idea what is wrong?

I am lookng for a product where I can produce a secure PDF for multiple clients.  When the document is complete, I want to secure it with a password, to make it more difficult to copy, but then I want to save it in a secure location, send the link and password to clients.  When clients go to download the PDF, they will be asked if they agree to the terms and conditions.  If accepted, they can download the document.  Does that work in DocumentCloud PDF services?  Thanks.
