I am subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack.I want the ability to drag and drop to insert, delete, and arrange pages. So it appears I need Adobe Acrobat Pro. Is that correct?If I upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro, do I have to install anything on my PC? Or can I simply drag and drop to insert, delete, and arrange pages online (in my browser) using the same login I use now for Adobe PDF Pack?I don't want to install anything. Hence my question.Thank you!Bob

Hello, someone please help me.  I don't know why on line tech support is unavailable.I just purchased Adobe Export PDF in an attempt to be able to export documents from .pdf to Ms. Word.  I have a PC.  When I open the document in .pdf my name appears in the top right hand corner.  When I click on it and select export to Ms. Word, I get nothing.  Can someone instruct me on how to do this?

I have a problem sign in with my account. It is very confugsing. I have adobe reader x but adobe company made me try adobe xi so I tried for free trail. It was too heavey that it causes too much trouble. so Unistalled it. after unistall adove xi, adobe x had trouble. so i reinstalled it. today, I tried to use PDF converter (PDF to word) on line for school, I could not sign in to my account anymore. I'm paying for one year serivice for PDF converter online. So, I want my money back or must fix problem right away.

Hi, I am using Adobe to send my PDF files and in the old system, it remembered previous email addresses so I didn't have to type them in every time - they would come up as I started to type. Is this facility not available now? This is adding precious time to my work and I am finding it very frustrating. I can't see anywhere to add addresses or anything - please advise as I am considering switching to a different system

Cannot convert pdf to word - just spins and says retrievin current session status - has been doing it for days

I am using Adobe Reader XI. I purchased the silence to convert to Word docx format. When I try to upload it tells me that An error occurred while trying to access the server. I use a Lenovo G500 laptop computer. Have I wasted my money????

I am looking to purchase Adobe Document Cloud and have gotten answers to a few questions already.  Once I create a file and have uploaded it onto the Cloud, I want to create users so that they can log in to the Cloud with their username and password so that once they log in to the cloud ad view the document(s), I can have a receipt that will tell me who accessed the file, at which day and time.  Is this something I can do within the program, or do I login to the Cloud as an administrator and create users within there?

HiThe other day I downloaded Adobe Export.  It wasn't sufficient, so I subscribed to Adobe Pro.  Since Pro has an export function, I would like to cancel the Export product and get a refund.  I did cancel the auto-renew, but I'm still signed up until April of 2016.  Can anyone provide help?  I'd like to contact Adobe directly to ensure that this issue is address, but I can't find a direct contact / email for help.Thanks everyone for your assistance!

I converted bank statements to Excel and only one statement converted correctly.  All others had lines from bank statement but no data.  Do not understand why one pdf converted correctly and others did not?

I have a subscription to the Adobe ExportPDF product. I recently installed a newer version of Adobe as the site where i was trying to download a file required an up to  version of Adobe .I now cannot convert a PDF file to an office file. Your advice would be much appreciated.
