Hello, I am unfamiliar with Adobe Stock and did not realize that I had accidentally "purchased" 3 items with the company's account. Is there any way I can unlicense these 3 items (#258349495, #349435873, #295697462)?Thank you for your help with this.

Hi there, I am trying to access my licensed Adobe Stock images through Creative Cloud Libraries in Adobe Express. The images are all downloaded into the app, but all have watermarks. I've verified directly through Adobe Stock that all photos in question are licensed. Maybe the app is accessing a (watermarked) thumbnail instead of the original file? I would appreciate any help or guidance on this matter.  Thank you!

I am currently trying to find a short video of a person talking to use as a test before some video is shot (for developing motion graphics). This is proving to be a painful search on Adobe Stock because there's no easy way to tell upfront what videos have audio or not. There should really be a filtering option to exclude videos that do not have audio. Also it makes no sense that videos without audio still have the audio control button showing up, this made me waste some time troubleshooting to see if maybe I was just having audio issues or if the audio was broken across Adobe Stock. Thanks,Alexa

Id like to use a free image for merchandise. There is no option with the image to purchase an extended license.

Hi,We are about to publish physical board games using photos from Adobe Stock. We have the extended license, so all should be fine. However, we don't know how and where to write the photo credits. Each game consists of a box + lots of small game pieces with photos from different contributors. Can we write a general sentence on the box that covers all? Or should each piece have its own credit line with the specific name of the contributor? Or should we write all the names of the contributors on the box? Depending on the game there can be up to 80 contributors, so I am hoping there is a simple solution. Thanks in advance,Anne Sofie

I'm searching Adobe Stock - and many other sites - and there is now way to filter AI images in the search, which is really annoying since 9/10 of what pops up is now AI. I don't want AI and don't want to contribute to AI that people upload. Is there a way to filter it that I'm not seeing?

Hi, I signed up for a free one-month trial of Adobe Stock, during which you can download 10 images for free. The first image I downloaded read 'free' next to it (either in the download button or after the standard license type selection). It was this image: 132900812. The second image I downloaded said nothing but 'Standard license (1 Image)' and 'Extended license (€63.99)'. The 'Standard license (1 Image)' option was already selected for the image in question, so I downloaded it. I'd just like to make it absolutely sure before I proceed to download the ten images that they indeed are free. I mean... doesn't 'the standard license' always cost something when you are not in the trial period? Or as you see, I don't understand how these things work here... hmm... anyway...So I guess I could boil down my question to this: Can I download any ten images for free that are marked as 'Standard license' (that have no price tag after them like in Extended licenses) now that I'm signed in as 'Adobe

I purchased an image for $79.99 with the understanding it is licensed for commercial use.  The file name implies otherwise (AdobeStock_540209080_Editorial_Use_Only).  How do I know I have the proper license for imcorporated the image in my retail product?  The receipt does not provide relevant detail.

Hi, I’m interior designer not grafical designer, and I tried the free trial of one month and forgot to cancel. I can't use stock photos for my job, can not contact anyone to help me cancel the annual membership. Now I have to pay every month 38 Euro, but if I want to cancel I need to pay 190 Euro which is for me very a lot! I’m very dissapointed, that I can not get in touch personally with anybody from Adobe. I’m not using stock photos but I need to pay 190 Euros!! Help me with this, please!! For me here in Hungary, it is a lot of money, I can not afford it!!

The problem is the video thing at adobe stock, i allready have a subsciption.I need a even more expensive subscription just to download 3 videos a month?You know there are internet sites that offer unlimited resources for a slightly bigger fee, but way more recources to price ratio.You get 33% and adobe takes 67%, is that a fair deal? That is most ridiculous deal i have ever seen.It would not suprise me if in some countries you could get stampted as a fraudulent company when doing that. As are no justifiable reason they need to take that much.I get it, The US has this self destructive mindset where everyone is competing with each other and step on each other to reach the top.I think being sociopath also is not far away from the same mindset.I am really curious how someone can run a buissness like this and feel no remorse. 

Hi. My friend told me that adobe stock credits will expire by the end of the year. I tried to confirm that, but can't find anything that would confirm it. I found something that would deny it, but that answer is 4years old and something might change during that period. So.. does something change in this year and adobe stocks credits will reset by the end of the year?

Is it possible to purchase images from Adobe Stock if I don't pay for a Creative Cloud membership?

Hi.I wanted to download a couple (6-7) of pictures from Stock. I didn't want to pay for it. Apparently I must have had give my credit card number in order to download, since I ve been charged a fee of  36,89 euro (177,13 złoty). Transaction date is 22.12.22, accounting date is 24.12.22. Could I get my money back? I''ve deleted plans concerned with charging abovementioned fee. Chciałem ściągnąć parę zdjęć. Nie chciałem za to płacić (usługa miałą byc darmowa). Najwyraźniej przy zakładaniu konta wyamgane było podanie numerów karty bankomatowej. Została mi pobrana kwota 36,89 euro (177.13 złotych). Data transakcji to 22.12.22, data zaksięgowania 24.12.22. Chciałbym odzyskać te pieniądze, gdyż nigdy nie miałem zamiaru korzystać z żadnego planu ani płacić za żadne usługi. 

Hallo zusammen, was passiert mit den Bildlizenzen, wenn derjenige Fotoproduzent nicht mehr mit Adobe Stock zusammenarbeiten will und das Verhältnis kündigt?    Was passiert mit den bereits von Personen lizenzierten Bildern? Dürfen diese weiterhin genutzt werden (weil rechtmäßig erworben)? Macht sich der Bilderwerber strafbar bei der weiteren Verwendung strafbar und kann abgemahnt werden? 3. Il 25/12/2021 ho sottoscritto un piano con pagamento mensile e durata annuale. Ho aspettato lo scadere dell'anno per poterlo disdire senza penale e ora mi viene comunque richiesto il pagamento di una penale perché l'abbonamento si è tacitamente rinnovato per un altro anno ad un prezzo superiore! Come posso richiedere un rimborso? il rinnovo annuale è avvenuto da meno di 14 giorni

I received a charge on 12/21/2022 for the first month, I believe, but I want to cancel it and get reimbursed as I did not use it after the trial period and just 3 days has passed.Thank you for your assistance and happy holidays.

Hi, need to download a picture with the extended license because it will be used for an italian tv series production. It’s very important to know if the image could be modified (change colour, cut something inside). I have also to check the copyrights before downloading it because we need it for every platform, worldwide distribution. Can someone help me?
