Hello,I have never met such support that is not support at all but complete chaos.I  purchased photos in 2015-2019 in Fotolia stock. Now I need to get my history back because the author sold his right to photo troll company (they earn from bombarding websites owners with lawsuites). That is really tough situation. What was my surprise to know that I can not access my Fotolia account anymore. I didnt know that it was Adobe now, I did`t not recieve any emails or so. Ok that is my problem now.But I paid my money to the company and I had letters from Fotolia stated dates of purchases. What I need is my licenses back to confirm in the court.In the last few weeks I tried hard to get help from Adobe support.No result.Auto chat provides links that do not help.Chat with operator ends with nothing: they either say it is not their department or the chat is closed before operator replied anything.One time operator gave me an email where I should write but the answer was " it is not our depart

Whenever I search for images on this website (E.g Doggy underwater) I get loads of unrelated results or just the keyword shows up and it's soooo annoying! Why do websites have generally bad search functions vs google??   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I have had and used Adobe Stock for years. Today, while searching for videos (even those I've previosuly bought), all of them are now listed as Premium and have an additional charge. I can filter by standard price for photos, but not for videos. Help! 

I am in the Adobe Stock website. When I select an image and click on "save to library" how do I direct it to a specific library that I have created?  If the answer is make the library the "default" library how do I do that? When I click on "my libraries" then right click on the library, there is no option to make it the default library.

I"m having a serious problem with adobe stock.  I'm subscribed and logged in. However, every search comes back with a "page does not exist" response in the browser.  I have used firefox, safari and duckduckgo. All browsers come up with the same response.  Any ideas? thanks in advance,tomd

hi,I just noticed that I’ve been charged for Adobe Stock for the past 5 months.My account is a student account, and I don’t see Adobe Stock listed on the Manage Plan page. I tried using the links on thttps://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html but none of them allow me to cancel the Adobe Stock subscription.Am I eligible for a refund of $150 ($30 × 5 months)? please help me.

Hello, I changed my personal email which was (1) to my work email (2). But for some reason messages from adobe stock come to (1), why is this so? my new work email (2) is already indicated everywhere, but letters do not come there, although I verified it.

Searching for inspiring young girls reveals 35 images featuring girls with alcohol on the first page. In contrast, searching for inspiring young boys shows significantly fewer alcohol-related photos. This disparity is both disappointing and biased. 

Hello,I need to get my Fotolia licenses and invoices back.I did not know Fotolia was closed and I have not got any letters about the need to sync the account with Adobe. This is a relly dissapointing situation for me. I paid money and purchased legal content. But can`t access my history of purchases. I asked in the suuport chat but they never helped.Who can I contact to get my history? 

Hello im being Charged $30 and $70 each month and im on the $29 plan pleas helpi do not have 2 accounts my account is only active on one computer please help. 

Some of our Creative Cloud Team members seem to have lost access to our Stock credits amounting to 325. We pay monthly for this and I have the invoice if needed. We pay 65.99 per month and get 25 credits per month. Normally we have 3 users who have access to this and now there's only 1 person in the team who can see the credits. Is there anyone who could help? Thank you.

I needed a picture with a baby lying on a bed with a dog and I was hoping for one with a baby that is not white. White is all I can find. Now it could be me and how I am searching but I did search many different ways and I do not want an AI version but I did not even come across any of those when searching. I shouldnt have to go and pay for a different stock photo service to get more diverse imagery.    Is there a better way to provide feedback on stock needs?   [[Moderator deleted original stock data. The Generative AI images are terrible and i'm looking for a feature that can be default "on" the same way Safe Seach works, something like the attached example. We have quite a large team selecting stock and we need to be able to have these images hidden without search terms or special knowledge of how to omit them.

I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent interaction with your customer service team.   I initially spoke with Shilpy to enquire whether there was a better price available for the renewal of my subscription. Rather surprisingly, instead of discussing any options with me, she transferred me straight to a department to cancel my service—without so much as a conversation or any effort to understand my query.   In light of this, I asked to be taken through your complaints procedure, but my request was simply ignored.   The advisor I was transferred to (Tanish), did not introduce himself—neither his name, position, nor department were provided. He continued to ignore my request regarding the complaints process and avoided answering my questions each time I asked. I am interested in using Adobe Stock images in a video project. My process consists of:    • Cast my actors via Adobe Stock images    • Create a storyboard with an AI tool (ChatGPT or Midjourney)    • Generate video from the the storyboard (Veo, Kling, Runway) Does this violate any terms of usage for the Stock photo?   

I downloaded Adobe Stock Mogrt File 1412139681.  It's a counter but only works correctly if one is working with 3 digit numbers.  If starting with a single digit number there's an abrupt jump from right to left as the counter ticks up.  Attached file shows fluid example with 3 digits and abrupt jump when starting with a single digit number. How does one go about getting their plan credit returned and/or contacting the designer to have them adjust their mogrt? In addition, it would be great if one could leave reviews and/or tips for templates they've purchased.

Hallo, ich habe ein Stockfoto als erweiterte Lizenz erworben. Eigentlich hatte ich es zuvor noch über Adobe bearbeitet und den Hintergrund ersetzt. Gekauft habe ich aber scheinbar die unbearbeitete Version. Ich vermute, dass ich mich beim Kaufvorgang irgendwo verklickt habe. Kann ich das irgendwie wieder rückgängig machen und das unbearbeitete Bild "zurückgeben" und im Gegenzug eine Gutschrift erhalten? Ich würde dann nochmal versuchen, das Foto zu bearbeiten und erneut zu kaufen. Über Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Hello, I have purchased a stock photo as an extended license. I had actually edited it beforehand via Adobe and replaced the background. But apparently I bought the unedited version. I suspect that I made a mistake somewhere during the purchase process. Can I somehow undo this and "return" the unedited image and receive a credit note in return? I would then try again to edit the photo and buy it again. I would be very grateful for any help.

I habe 10 Bilder im Kostenfreien Abo heruntergeladen, nun habe ich das Abo beendet und es wird auch keine Lizensübersicht mehr im Profil angezeigt. Darf ich die geladenen Bilder trotzdem noch für eine Website nutzen ?vielen Dank ! I Loaded 10 pictures in that 1 month contract for free. Now i stopped the contract, the licence overview ist not visible anymore inside my profile. Is it still aloud to use the loaded files for a internet website ?many thanks for help !

Can I use free photos and music of Adobe stock to learn many groups course that is offline or online via zoom, then all group got on recorded sessions. Can I use same photos in course for more than place.  

I am working on some youtube videos and want to grab my sound effects on adobe stock. But there is nothing there, in Premiere I am able to find stock SFX sounds. But that window is too small to browse around and look for the perfect sound effect. Then on stock.adobe.com I can only find music audio. It's really got me annoyed, this is something that CapCut is great at, and now I am SOL for sound effects. Please Fix!!! Like I wish i could just go to stock.adobe.com and search for subscribe sound, bell, ring, boo, ding, wowsers... you know basic ass attention grabber sound effects.
