Why is the first vector image that comes up if you search for Ukraine in Adobe Stock come up with the map that does not recognize Crimea as part of Ukraine? Does Adobe support Russian Agression? Und was kosten diese extra zu der Standardlizenz?Wir wollen für mehrere Kunden (gleiche Branche / gleiche Werbung nur jeweils mit dem eigenen Logo) Lizenzen kaufen. Bei unserem letzten Bildeinkauf ist eine so schlechte Bildqualität das das Bild so nicht zu gebrauchen ist. Im gesamten Schilfbereich ist eine grobe Streifigkeit sichtbar, die dermaßen auffällig ist da das jpeg-Bild mit 3369 x 5099px eigentlich für den Großformatdruck gedacht war.

Hi there, From what I can understand, attribution should be in the form of Contributor Name / stock.adobe.com Is the username of the contributor sufficient?Is a backlink to the source legally required?Does the credit have to appear on the same page as the asset? Kind regards,
Regarding the free stock images in Abobe Stock, there is only a "standard license" option. Can I purchase extended license for these images? I can see two options (standard and extended) for general images but not the free ones. Thank you.p.s. I'm a creative cloud subscriber but not adobe stock.

I can't handle it anymore. Some company called JTBC (in Korea) is continually filing copyright disputes against me on Facebook. FB policy is to automatically take down your video unless you demonstrate proof that you are licensed. I bought my licenses through Adobe stock for videos and they were not cheap! I expect to not have to do this repeatedly. At this point, I have to take up my issue with Adobe because Adobe is selling product licenses owned by JTBC and I am telling you that JTBC is ruthless and I consider this full on harrassment. They have filed takedown notices against me multiple times on the exact same video. I really need to talk to someone at Adobe. I have tried contacting JTBC but to no avail they just ignore me. What can I do about this?
I get that Adobe has to try to keep things safe, but having to authorize from another app over and over just makes working with your products frustrating. What's the point of a "stay logged in" button if it doesn't actually do so?
My husband downloaded a jpeg version of a file he wanted for a project. I need the same file in vector form. The only option I'm getting is to redownload. The rest of the files in this series all come as both vector and jpeg, so I have a hard to believing this one doesn't have both as an option. My default settings are set to always ask which type I want to download, but it's not doing that. There is also no setting icon like I've seen in screenshots given in responses to similar questions. How can I get it to let me download the vector form?
Avoid using Adobe products these guys are abosolute sacmmers and will trap you by any means, i signed up for a trial of Adobe Stock and went to cancel the trial subscription before the trial end date and the cancel plan feature was "unavailable" so i could not cancel the plan before the trial end date which has forced me into a 12 month contract with a $200 plus cancaltion fee.
I need to cancel an adobe stock subscription but I'm not able to find the account where the subscription is enabled from.I do have the debit card account information where the charges are taking place.I would like l cancel this subscription as soon as possible. I'm a loyal Adobe customer and paying for Adobe Creative Cloud for about 3 years now. Last month I decided join also Adobe Stock Photos annual subscription - 10 "free" images / 1st month.Today the payment for the next month was issued and no problem with that, I kept downloading images when I needed them. But when I wanted to download another photo, I didn't see it was written "Premium", and clicked on it ONCE, since I was sure I still have downloads within my subscription. IMMEDIATELY a payment of 609.99 EUROS was sent to my PayPal, which is connected to my bank account. I tried to cancel it immeditely, but it doesn't have the "Cancel" button. It is basically a SCAM, since you're not allowed to double check what you're paying for.I opened a refund case on PayPal, will see how it goes, but I WON'T leave it like that. What kind of reputation Adobe wants to have???!!!!
I'm new to all o fthis. I'm creating a pitch deck for my start-up. I subscribed to the free trial and want ot download 10 images (cocoa beans!). Can I use these in a pitch deck i would send by email to a potential investor? I do not intend to put it on our website or otherwise place it on social media. Thanks.
Hello, I was browsing through your 'Free' stock images assuming they'd all be public domain. However, I noticed that they all seem to have the 'Standard License', which to my understanding means they can't be used in a commercial project (in this instance a book that would be commercially available). The part I'm confused about is there doesn't seem to be any way of licensing these free images on an Enhanced or Extended license - is that correct? If there is a way, how would you get the different license? Thanks for your help
Hi. I am really annoyed that my Adobe Stock automatically renewed yesterday. I had contacted Adobe in Oct/Nov to cancel a subscription I accidedentally subscribed to when trying to buy just a few individual images. They made some agreement to get me to the end of last years subscription. It is very unfair to the customer that you cannot put an end date for your subscription in advance, that there has to be an auto renewal. I have Adobe CC and that is enough for me. I need to cancel Adobe stock without incurring a charge. I understand I can cancel within the first 14 days free of charge but it is showing up that they will charge me €202.I also really object to companies that do not have a good means to contact to customer service. A chat box where you can actually chat to a person and not a robot would be helpful. Please advise how I can end my subscription without a charge.
