I am an Android developer and I would like to make some of the beautiful free stock images available for people to use as wallpapers/homescreen backgrounds on their phones. My plan would be to make an app where these would be available. The app could be fully free, and therefore non-commercial, or if that were possible under the licencing terms, I might offer some in-app purchases. In short I have two questions:- Would I be allowed to make such an app if I made no profit from it?- Would I be allowed to make such an app with in-app purchases? Many thanks for letting me know. I have read the Licencing Terms but I was not too clear about my particular case.

so apparently adobe refuses to let anyone contact them which is wack so posting here is my only option.  Basically my issue is I have a seperate account connected to my University email, and I cant connect it to my Universities adobe access. I tried to delete it and start over, but it just says its deactivated and so I cant create a new account with that email. Anyone know a solution? Or how I can contact these people?

Hi there,  I accidentally hit license for an image. It was not downloaded, is there anyway to undo it.

i'm being charged twice a month for one account. how do i contact someone at adobe? this is ridiculous! 

Yesterday I licensed two photos from adobe stock. I have the free trial which allows me to license 10 total photos for free. These two photos were my first two of the ten. However, I received a payment confirmation for the first photo. This does not make sense, because when obtaining the license, I did under the assumption that it would be one of the ten free assets. The second photo was charged 0 dollars, so I'm not sure what happened. This is very worrisome because the photo "purchased" was very expensive, over 200 dollars. What can I do to fix this??

Hallo Community, vielleicht ist es auch jemanden schon mal passiert, dass bei einer Grafik von Adobe Stock JPG und EPS/AI angegeben war, aber die Illustrator Datei dann keine Vektoren enthält und auf ein PNG zurückgreifen möchte. Leider kann mir der Adobe Support nicht wirklich helfen und hat mich hier auf die Community verwiesen. Hat jemand eine Herangehensweise? Wie kann ich den Illustrator kontaktieren, der diese Grafik erstellt hat?  Beste GrüßeAlexandra

Hi, ich habe eine Frage. Ich habe mir ein Bild mit einer erweiterten Lizenz gekauft. Werde diese aber nie benutzten, weil das Bild unbrauchbar ist. Besteht die Möglichkeit von der erweiterten Lizenz zurückzutreten und nur die Standard Lizenz zu kaufen? Bzw. kann man die extra bezahlte Gebühr für die erweiterte Lizenz zurückerstattet kriegen?

These are just to use used decoratively, but I believe this is a presentation that will be sold as a course and I dont know if they'll be allowed on the standard one in this case.. please let me know your thoughts! I purchased Adobe Stock images with eps format and while I can open them in the past, now it's giving me this message when I open in either Preview or Illustrator. “AdobeStock_442388590.ai” cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware.Safari downloaded this file on December 1, 2021. Please help because it seems like a recurring situation specially with eps/ai vector files that I purchased. Thanks.

I have been a customer of Adobe Stock for over a year. I am subsribed to a plan that includes 10 files/month download. However, I have never used it, not downloaded a single file. So I just realized that I've been paying the monthly fees for several months without using the service. Moreover, I have searched on the Adobe platform, I can't find a contact for the department/team in charge of this type of issues. Is there anyone, either among the users community or the Adobe team, who can help me with this: where I can address to solve this problem, and if it is possible to get a retroactive refund for the months I did not use the service?Thanks in advance for your help.

I just downloaded a vector image. When I went into inkscape to upload the .ai file, it gives me a "failed to load the requested file..." error

Kann ich ein und dasselbe Bild für 2 Kunden lizenzieren? Erster Kunde hat das Bild vor 2 Jahren verwendet, ein zweiter Kunde hätte nun gerne das gleiche Bild ebenfalls. Ich müsste also eine neue Lizenz für das Bild erwerben - kann aber nur immer "erneut herunterladen" auswählen. Weiß jemand einen Rat?

Can anyone tell me how much the asset (with enhanced license) will cost to the user, who has the standard plan ($ 79.99 / month)? or the price for the enhanced license remain the same regardless of the plan?

I paid for 1 year subscription and wanted to cancel future subscription. But Adobe has automatically renewed my subscription without my consent. This is not a fair trading practice.  Is there a way to cancel the automatic renewal without me paying a cent?

Hallo. Ich brauche bitte Eure Hilfe und habe folgende Frage: Sachverhalt:Ich habe einige Adobe-Fotos mit Standard Lizenz und ein Adobe-Video mit Plus Lizenz.Fotos und Video habe ich in meiner hauseigenen Homepage integriert. Jetzt möchte ich Werbung für mein Unternehmen auf einer anderen Werbeplattform machen.Auf dieser Werbeplattform wird mein Unternehmen auf einer eigenen Landingspage präsentiert.Die Landingpage befindet sich auf einen anderen Server als meine hauseigene Homepage.Damit der Wiedererkennungseffekt besteht möchte ich die gleichen Fotos und das Video verwenden.Darf ich die Fotos und das Video auf meiner hauseigenen Homepage integriert haben und gleichzeitig auf einer anderen Landingpage auf einer Werbeplattform ? Danke für Eure Hilfe und Eure RückmeldungR  

What happens to the photographs in case of death of the photographer?

NOT impressed with this "license" button.  I clicked on it thinking it would give a drop down with pricing etc. but instead the image was automatically licensed!  Seems like deceptive practices regarding assets!  Will I be charged, and if so, what is the charge?  How do I remove this?  I do NOT need or want a credit... remove it from my account.   [moderator adapted topics according to content]

Bear with I'm new here 😉'Licensed' a template on stock and added it to my library as I have done with other assets. It appears fine in my library, but has a shopping cart icon on it.If I try and use it I get a pop upIf I click the shopping icon it looks like it tries to license it, but just reverts back to the shopping cart icon and still cant use it ?What am i doing wrong or not understanding here ?
