I downloaded this image: Teal abstract wavy background design element with energy flow, graphic design Stock Vector | Adobe Stock and thought it was going to be a simple process to remove the words. It wasn’t, because it looks like the creator used image trace (paths that are not drawn correctly, etc.) on an existing asset, so the words are part of the actual vector graphic. Why do we get charged crazy amounts of money for a subscription service, when we get stock images that are really poor in quality? 

I have a Creative Cloud license through my work.  I use Adobe Stock regularly primarily for images.  When I tried to download an asset today, I noticed that the interface was different in that it took me to a kind of checkout page once I clicked to download the image.  Some of the images said they were included in the plan and others wanted credits to be able to download when I never had to use credits prior. Then, even if I have an image included in my plan, I get the following error stating I cannot download the selected image.Thanks for your helpCliff

I found an image I would like to report and am wondering if this is the right place to do so. 

My question says it all. I can’t find a way to move images from one library to another. That’s all. There is no move option that I can find. I can delete, but it does not say what delete means as the warning just says it will be deleted. Deleted from my purchased list of photos? I don’t want that. Deleted from what Stock is showing me? I don’t want that either. The warning should say “removed from this library” if that’s what delete means. 

How do I stop Adobe Stock images from syncing to my library? I just want to download them to my desktop. The answer to this question no longer works, as I do not see those toggle options when clicking “Manage”. No toggle available to turn off syncing

Merci de me rembourser min crédit et supprimer ce fichier et mieux contrôler les contributions car quand je sais que j’ai des photos à moi qui ont été refusées pour d’autres raisons, je ne conçois pas que vous n’ayez pas banni ce cliché et ses méthodes. 

I was chatting with someone else about this issue and then they referred me to you because apparently we have an Enterprise Teams Plan. We have a multi-user subscription, and recently there was an employee transition over a month ago. As part of that process, our IT department updated the subscription today so it is now associated with my name and email address.I'm not sure what changed, but I am suddenly unable to download images. Image AdobeStock_2013091340.svg is raster, not vector. I’d like my credit refunded and for you to please check the other images in this series to guarantee they aren’t raster as well. 

While testing InDesign, an Adobe Stock subscription was activated (I don’t know why). I am not interested in this subscription and have not downloaded any assets at all (exactly 0 downloads).However, I am unable to cancel or remove the subscription, and I cannot find a way to contact a support representative. Does Adobe provide an email address or a contact form for customer support? I downloaded image: AdobeStock_2029669428.ai from Adobe Stock. I used one credit. When I opened the file, I got a message that the traced image is missing. The file is completely blank. I would like a refund of my credit. How can I do that? I'm not getting ANY useful response from the chatbot.

Posting in the Adobe Create Cloud uservoice after a recommendation from online live chat help, as Adobe Stock neither has its own Uservoice or Feature Request submission option. There needs to be an easier way to report an issue with an individual image from Stock.Adobe.com. I've had a couple incidents where an item either was showing up in safe search despite being explicit, or the final downloaded image is different than what was shown on the preview - e.g., downloading a vector file for a set of multiple logo icons and receiving only one with a different layout. Going through help chat to report this is tedious and time-conusming. The live chat assistants usually assume I'm either swiping the unpurchased watermarked preview and complaining about its resolution, or I'm trying to get credit back for a purchase. This is not their fault, but it takes going in circles a few times to figure out I'm just trying to report an issue with an image so other users don't come across it

Can anyone tell me why my computer keeps giving me the spinning wheel when I use the ADOBE STOCK website?  I have to click the My Library button multiple times to get it to change screens.  It seems to be locking up.  Using the latest Mac OS.  

I am working on some youtube videos and want to grab my sound effects on adobe stock. But there is nothing there, in Premiere I am able to find stock SFX sounds. But that window is too small to browse around and look for the perfect sound effect. Then on stock.adobe.com I can only find music audio. It's really got me annoyed, this is something that CapCut is great at, and now I am SOL for sound effects. Please Fix!!! Like I wish i could just go to stock.adobe.com and search for subscribe sound, bell, ring, boo, ding, wowsers... you know basic ass attention grabber sound effects. 

I have found a lot lately when downloading vector icons from Adobe stock that when you open the file it’s just a png or jpeg place in to the file. The artist - Lambe does this a lot (2023381250 and 2023381063). People are paying for these graphics and they are not the correct files. Does Adobe not check files and approve them? Wouldn't have this issue with iStock.

Hello, I downloaded an AI file from Adobe Stock, but when I opened it in Adobe Illustrator, it appeared to be a raster image rather than an editable vector file. I cannot select or edit individual paths, objects, or shapes, so the asset cannot be used as a vector file as advertised. Asset ID:AdobeStock_1966179019 I downloaded this asset expecting an editable vector file, but in its current state it is not usable for its intended purpose. Please review the file, and if there is a problem with the asset, I would like to request a refund. Thank you.

J’avais appliqué un filtre de recherche d’images vectorielles. Le fichier télécharger est un .svg (donc fichier vectoriel) cependant, c’est une image jpg déguisée fichier svg. Pas déllements vectoriels dans le fichier.C’est un procédé fallacieux et trompeur.Je souhaite également que ce (s) se soi(ent) plus accéssible via la recherche avec un tag d’images vectorielles car elle ne le sont pas.Dans l’attente d’une suite favorable à ce litige, je vous souhaite une bonne journée.  

I signed up for a free Adobe Stock trial, entered my credit card numbers, and was okay. I see in my plan it's there, but when I hit Access My App, it shoots me to the Adobe Stock site, where it still offers me a free trial. When I go to an image I want to download, it says I have to either sign up for a free trial or can't do it. I have tried logging in and out to no avail. I have tried clearing my cache to no avail. I am not a computer maven, and I do not know what to do next. 

Too many assets are falsely described as “Editable Stroke” but after downloading turns out to be a lie. It is copied and live-traced slop from these authors, not even usable quality. This is a waste of credits. Reporting the following assets:#1999833667#2005948525Screenshots shared of what the actually file looks like when opened. Please refund/replace my credits wasted on these assets.

Recently I have had some poor experiences with the Adobe Support Chat. As a last resort I am wondering if the shame approach might prove fruitful.I just clicked on an asset by mistake and cancelled the download yet a credit was taken away immediately.I asked an agent for help. At first he said he has helped many times (stock response, oh the irony!!) then he said it is not possible upon realising what the request was.I notice two posts where the license has been cancelled and the credit restored. Any help would be appreciated. Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could help. I am designing a product label for a sauce that will go on sale in UK. The initial print run will be under 500,000. Is this classed as a product for resale, and therefore I need an extended license?Or, is it ok to just use a standard license?Many thanks!Molly
