I've tried purchasing an Adobe Stock video clip three different times (Video #322336952). It won't download for me (and does not appear in my Image License Library), but my billing history shows three invoices. I'd like to access the video and have two of the three payments reimbursed since they are duplicate purchases of the same item.

Is PSD file acceptable in Adobe Stock? If yes, what I need to do that?

I have come across my photograph of Arches National Park being sold by a user. How do I have it removed  and should I post a link in this forum. Thanks in anticipation

So adobe said Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, during our review we found that it contains one or more technical issues, so we can't accept it into our collection. why is it showing that for my picture? if anyone sees this please give me an accurate answer.

My image, file ID: 358634063, Freedom Square[BW] has been rejected due to IP. Is there a way to resubmit as Editorial? Any other way to make this image accepted by AS? Please guide me how to do that.Thanks.

I downloaded 3-4 vector images that for some reason do not give me an option to use the layers in Photoshop. Why is this happening?

Hi, I've just licensed a 'seamless vector pattern' from ExpressVectors on Adobe Stock but the patterns are not seamless. I can't make them match up at all. As this file is not as advertised, how do I go about getting my credit back? File #: 207906959

I am looking for an InDesign templete for a magazine or brochure where the page is 7 X 8.5, basically a legal sized paper that is folded in half. I had a difficulty searching on the Adobe stock website for that specific page size. Any links to templetes would be great or suggestions on how to search more effectively on Abode stock. Thanks!

I just bought 3 videos on Adobe Stock. I have 3 payment confirmations in my mail and I see them in my order history. Clicking on the order shows the billing history as empty. I also don't see anything show up in my billing overview. Should I wait for a certain time before the invoice is generated? Because it does have a link to 'print my invoice in the payment overview' in the confirmation mail which leads me to the above mentioned overview with no invoices. Thanks!

Hi all, I am new to Adobe Stock. When I tried to find out the individual price for this image (ID 191742462), I clicked onto the "license" button, thinking there will be pricing options listed. Instead, I got the "licensed" tag on the image, and I realized it immediately purchased the image instead of having any sort of confirmation for the purchase.  Is there a way to undo a licensing?  Thanks!

I just logged into my account today and noticed 100+ photo credits gone. After scratching my head I noticed that our company card expired in September so as of October my account was inactive. I never once received any email or contact that this was in jeopardy. I updated the CC info today thinking the credits would show back up. They did not. I am not happy about this. Pretty sour actually.Tried to do an online chat today. 3X sat for 45 minutes, 30 minutes and 1.5 hours and not once did any rep interact in a chat.REALLY ADOBE!!???-e

HelloI have not signed up to a year plan with Adobe Stock. I attempted to use the 10 'free' images as advertised and I am now faced with either a £23.99 monthly direct debit or a £113 cancellation fee which is astronomical and I just cannot afford it. Neither were made clear upon the 'free' downloads. This is really not acceptable and puts me in financially difficulties if it cannot be revoked. Adobe, please waive the fee and cancel the Stock subscription. I am also not happy that there is no online chat available and only phone calls of which are also not free.
