Does anyone have any tips on speaking to an actual person about Adobe Stock sales? I've tried the phone number on the Adobe Stock website twice and sat on hold for 40 minutes one time and 30 another and no one ever answered the phone. I tried calling the main Adobe Sales number and all I could do was leave a message for someone to call me back. I've submitted online requests for a product demo twice and had no response from that either. I'm starting to think Adobe doesn't really want to sell their own product. Can't imagine they wouldn't have the Sales lined manned with someone available to speak to about purchasing their products.Thanks for any tips!

Hallo,ich habe Adobe Photoshop CC neuerdings. Ich habe für einen Flyer aus der Bibliothek eine Stock Vorlage benutzt zum testen. Ich dachte bzw. ich wusste nichtdas ich im Endeffekt 2 Vorlagen für 39€ gekauft habe. Mir wurde nicht angezeigt das ich mit dem nutzen der Vorlage automatisiert etwas kaufe, ich wollte das nicht!Hab eigentlich nur getestet...Wie merke ich in Zukunft wann ein Adobe Dienst oder zb. was aus der Bibliothek Adobe Stock kostenpflichtig ist damit mir das nicht wieder passiert?Normalerweise müsste ich doch den Kauf nochmal bestätigen!Kann jemand helfen?

We have made some updates on Our server since we moved to a new Office, but I have saved images in my Library since we moved here and it has worked - but not today? I bought 5 pictures and I paid 49,14 Euro. But in invoice I have only Net amount 39,14 Euro without VAT.My accountant told me that I should have 49,14 Euro in invoice. Do you have similar problem? What should I do?

I am completely confused after trying Adobe Help chat, so I'm here to talk to humans instead.I'm a graphic designer creating an infographic in Illustrator for my client. I've drawn most of it myself, then I found some nice business people vector icon illustrations in Adobe Stock and would like to buy them (with credits) and then change them to fit with my infographic, for example colour, line weight, adapt into new poses/scenes based on the original style, so effectively changing them to something new, from the original as starting point. I assume as they are illustrator editable files this is OK?My question is – does the basic licence cover this, but more importantly, is my client covered to use the infographic multiple times with my adapted icons in, or do they need to licence them at all and if so, licence them for every time they use the infographic somewhere new, eg on website/social media/literature etc as with photography assets?I love Adobe Stock and want to make sure I am lice

My connection was interrupted while browsing Adobe Stock and several images and buttons didn't load. I clicked on one to view it in hopes the image preview would show, but must have accidentally clicked on the hidden license button. I really don't want this image (61457906) at all. Is it possible to get a credit applied to my account or unlicense the image? I've seen several similar discussions in the forum where credit was issued. Thank you!

I started the one month trial of Adobe stock without knowing what it truly was and was never told I was paying for an annual fee. I have a student adobe creative cloud account that my school pays for and so when I follow the guidelines on adobes website to cancel my subscription, it says I have to contact an administrator from my school for help and will not let me do anything else. I contacted my school admin and they say if I paid for something they do not control that and to contact Adobe for further help. I have emailed, called, been left on hold for hours without receiving any help or ANY RESPONSE back. I am a student and can not afford the $30 that is taken out of my account every month for a thing I do not use just because Adobe will not answer me or help me. I have been contacting them since April without help and want a refund and to cancel my subscription. ANY help will be amazing

I also noticed today that my account is no longer showing that I have any images available.  I have a yearly InDesign subscription that includes up to 10 free images per month, and allows up to 120 to rollover, and when I logged in today, I am not seeing any (I had between 75-90 left to use).  I have tried logging in and out, and that did not help any (I logged out of creative cloud, and from the online account, and neither solution worked).

Hi,I was in the middle of licensing a couple of images, when the website did not react to my actions. I then clicked on license again and it worked fine. But then I received a second confirmation of my licensed image, so I checked my account and saw the same image licensed twice. Image ID is 134828113Since I only need it once, could someone from support please help me?Thanks!

My Adobe Stock account consists of assets from multiple collections... is there a way I can download my own library so that I don't have to sort all of the assets on my hard drive?

Hello. I have a monthly plan where I get 10 images / month.Do they roll into the next month if I don't "buy" all 10?E.g., I only used 1 image in May, does that mean 9 extra from May have rolled into June?Or is it a "use it or lose it" situation?Thanks!

I want to immediately close my Adobe Stock trial account. I had no idea things with Adobe are so deceptive nor that nothing good is included in the yearly plan, all the good stuff costs a ridiculous fortune. Please close my Adobe Stock trial account. I will have no use for it and I do not intend to pay for anything added to My Library. I can find no other way of contacting Adobe for the cancellation. Hi. I have a plan with credits and downloaded a number of videos (all in .mov format). All play except video 206135476. I am trying to view it on a Windows 10 computer. I get an error message saying "unsupported file type" and "missing codec", yet all the other .mov videos I downloaded on the same day play without error. Any suggestions? Could the specific video be corrupted? Thanks for any help. Craig

Hi,Not sure I correctly understand the terms of Standard License.I have an Adobe Photography Plan and 10 free Stock images.Can I use an image as part of a music CD cover design and CD print itself, considering I am doing the work for the artist and that the image will be altered (like adding extra photos on top of it, etc)?The CD selling copies will be way under 500.000 copies (most likely, thousands) and will be freely distributed. I just used a stock image credit for an Ai file, and the main element on the stock image is NOT vector, but an image. I was under the impression that this was against the selling guidelines with Adobe? File is linked below. The fan background of the file is an image. Completely misrepresented if you ask me. How do I report it and get my credit back? The file is rendered useless to me, as I need to change the colors drastically to serve its purpose within Illustrator.
