This is my first discussion, and I did not see an "Adobe Stock" forum, so I posted it here. I subscribe to 10 image downloads a month, and I do not see anywhere on my account how many I've used and how many I have left for the month. How do I find this information out?

Hello !  For first, sorry for my english, its not my native language !I post here because i want to cancel my subscription, but when i go in the good link (/cancel-plan) , it said that its impossible and that i have to contact you.The chat sadly doesnt work ! I really need to cancel it because i wil not be able to pay the next month !Thank you for your help !

I would like to cancel my subscription to Adobe stock. I have tried many ways to do it. It's impossible. There are no options to cancel the plan. No options to contact the staff. It might be easier to cancel the subscription

Is there currently an extended license available for video footage intended for world-wide distribution via film and TV? I was unable to locate the "extended license" tab on any video clips. If there is an alternative option, please advise. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I noticed that I am being charged twice for Adobe Stock. Once as a standalone plan and once in Adobe Creative Cloud + Stock.My stock account was originally with Fotolia before they were bought by Adobe. I just noticed this today but it looks like it has been happening for a long time.Anyone else noticing this?

How do I get rid of the licenses for the following items? I wanted to preview them but I accidentally clicked license.It seems this has been an issue for other customers. Hi guys, I have a question and maybe someone can help me. I want to buy some video assets from Adobe Stock  for a film that we are working on and I am a little bit nervous about the license that I should purchase.We need a worldwide license and besides this we are not able to estimate how many people will see our movie, or how many times will be the film projected.I would take the extended license, but I saw that videos are available only with enhanced license. The question is definitely to the staff. Ive purchased a licence  coz I needed to buy just one photo. It was couple months ago. Since that time I pay for the licence monthly and cannot sign out without paying penalty. Guys... its like crime in a daylight! look at my accout - I have one photo and dont use, dont need your service . YES, Ive missed this 14 days time but its not an argument since I dont use service at all. When you dont want car leasing any more - go on, take that car and end of the story. So go on - take that picture and thats all but dont want me to pay you 50% of year contract. I dont even log in...

My users have a different Adobe ID than me and when we try to use the team subscription, I can see the images but they can't access.

Hello,Is this how it works? I buy 10 credits a month and I now have 44 that I have not used. I was going to cancel until I have used up the credits I have bought, but decided to check the internet about what happens to the credits I have already paid for. Am I going to lose them if I don't go on buying more credits? If this is how it works I will have to look for another solution. Regards,Pernilla

Hi!I have 20 images available to downloadIf I cancel my subscription, would I still able to download them at later stage?

So, I downloaded a couple of smoke/light pictures tonight - transparent smoke was my search term and both of the images had the checkered background, indicating the background should be transparent. Only it wasnt, the checkers follow with the image... so I have seen a couple of similar questions where the answer seems to load them into Illustrator and "remove the background layer". There doesn't seem to be that option in Photoshop CC and I really don't wanna shell out another $26 per month for an application that I would just use for that... even tried installing Inkscape but there solution there. Guess I can live with loosing a couple of credits but what I would really like to know is this: is there any way to tell by the preview info if a picture is "true transparent"? And by that I mean of course that I don't have to turn off the background layer to make it transparent - I have grabbed other pictures that has worked without having to do that. Hello,I have a question about the license and the creditine to the photographer :I want to use Facebook/Twitter/Snap/Insta Ads for that I want to use Adobe Stock photos.In your license terms I found that I have to name the owner of the picture if I don’t change the picture.But I put text over the photo. Is that enough for me to not have to put  creditine to the photographer in my picture.See some example below of how I use the images. Hi everybody,I've subscribed my account in order to try adobe stock for 1 month free.I completely forgot the whole operation and I have not downloaded any images. Yesterday I received an email from adobe for non-billing due to a problem on my Paypal account (36.69€).I Kindly ask you to confirm what I thought is the procedure:-I've changed the payment method and now I've to wait about 24 hour for system update-After that I'll be able to stop my subscription and wait for the refunds in 5/7 working days.Thank you so much for the help!

Doe the current "10 Free Images" include mogrts? Other discussions mention "standard" content. Mogrts are identified by "Free" or "Premium", Does the 10 Free Images apply to either category of mogrts?
