Do I have to have a confirmation id or something for every photo I download. Since it is a license it sounds like I'd have to have a code or something in some way shape or form. If that is the case, what would happen if you somehow lost a code or something. Would you just be out of luck. I'm still fairly new to this so I'm just curious.
You know what would be great? If people who've purchased rights to an asset had the ability to review it - with a star system and/or a comment. Especially since the only preview you can see on most stock is a fairly small, low res image.Add to that, if there were a way to exclude a particular contributor from search results, it would help a lot with working past the ones that like to spam search terms with hundreds of almost identical images. Also, for that matter, simple Boolean operators on keywords would be awesome. Like car+road+driving -truck -pickupAlso also? MAKE contributors who've 'shopped up the image list "photo illustration" or "manipulated" or whatever the decided term would be as a keyword. It would be awesome to be able to remove thousands of results where someone had added a buzzword or some arty effect. I know it'd be damned near impossible to do this retroactively, but dang, it'd be nice. And, of course, that calls to mind isolated / cut out images -
I'd like to use some photos to create mock ups to show my products (online selling of art prints), is it allowed with a standard licence?
I want to use few images i downloaded under the standard license in a free to play game (that will include ads). Images will be used as a background behind the game elements. Is standard license enough for this use?
HI,I licenced an image without realising that it required vector software #63918349. Is there a way of converting it to a jpeg without adobe illustrator? Or can I unlicence it?Thanks!Danielle
As silly as it sounds, I accidentally licences the same vector objects in two licenses. They have different item numbers, and this particular seller does all they can to flood the search results - s/he has vectors where there are over thirty versions of the same object mirrored, flipped, with or without a fill or background. So, anyway, I had to buy a number of elements from this set - over 50 stock assets for this one project - it it turns out, even with the hours and hours I wasted going over every one of the 5000+ images s/he has spammed the service with, I still managed to purchase a few assets twice. The auto-traced parchment background (they include it in hundreds of images) is licensed in several other assets I licensed, because they make it very difficult to find the clean single version of many of these - so it doesn't matter which one is returned. Is there some way to unlicense those duplicate assets? As clarification, for those who don't work in vector art applicati
I accidentally clicked the wrong button and purchased an image instead of saving a preview to my CC Library. Is there anyway to return the image since I'm not using it?
Can a company let resellers use adobe images they use for product images on their website and the reseller's site legally? Please site your answer. Images are not used on the physical product.

Hi Guys, I'm looking to purchase 1 or more images for a splashback. The splashback is 330cm wide by 70cm high. Do you have any images that will enlarge to that size without compromising the quality of the image? If you do, how do I identify the correct size of the image?I have experience using stock photos for advertising but have never needed to find one so big! Help would be MUCH appreciated!CheersSparkleCarter
Hello there,so I have had this problem for a while now, that is, I can't download any Adobe Stock assets. And today, I was curious and wanted to try again, thinking maybe it had just been that one day when it would not work… but no. Now it's even worse because the site leading me to Adobe Stock is all grey and I can't do anything. It just says that Adobe Stock is unavailable for my account (even though I'm paying for the whole suite) and that I should ask an IT-Administrator for help but I don't even know how or where. The options that are leading to the FAQ are not matching with my problem, so…Does anyone have a solution for me, please?Thank you,Nathalie
Hi there, I just signed up to Adobe Photos for a month free trial + 10 free images. I started clicking on images I liked thinking that I was adding them to an album for me to review later on for POSSIBLE selection, i.e. possible licensing.Unfortunately I was licensing them. When I realised this era, I immediately got onto 24hr chat and spoke to a man in India who claimed that he could see that I had already licensed and used my images. This is blatantly not true. No matter how much I tried to explain to him that I haven't DOWNLOADED anything, he just kept repeating the same thing and told me that there wasn't a way to unlicense the images.I then asked to speak to someone from the States (or Canada or Australia or the UK) and he gave me a number that no doubt would cost me a fortune to ring overseas. This is a very simple matter. All I want is those images to be unlicensed and for someone to explain to me how I can a
I used to be able to download pictures from Stock for 9.99 each. Now they're $79.99 each. What the hell happened?
Hi,I'm interested in purchasing images for the purpose of using them inside a booklet that will be sold. I understand that to use stock images in merchandise they need an extended license. If I want to purchase a credit pack of premium images (for example 80 credits for 16 premium images) are those 16 images covered under the license to put them in merchandise? There seem to be no option to select different licenses for premium images so I am unsure if premium images are covered.Thank you
I recently had 2 3D rendered illustrations rejected because I failed to provide a model release. A release isn't needed because the models aren't real people, they're 3D renders. I have no idea how to contact admin to let them know. I've been instructed to resubmit them with releases, but there is no option for sending an explanatory note to the reviewer. If I resubmit without a note, they'll just get rejected again. What should I do?
I recently licensed an image that I wanted to modify in Illustrator. I filtered on Vector, verified the image type was .AI/.EPS, and licensed it. When I opened it in Illustrator, the file is actually just an image with a clipping mask applied, so it's useless to me. I can't find a way to return an image, which I can understand. Is there a way to report an image that doesn't do what is expected like this? If I wanted to hand draw or image trace, I would have just done that from the get go - I was looking for a headstart. Thanks!Peter
Hello,I have a big problem, I just saw that there is a recurring subscription going on inside my account, and that I got charged for it for the past 10 months of an amount of 35,99€ per month !I do remember having signed up to a trial, but then I'm nearly 100% certain I cancelled it, but it looks like not... I'm now left with about 120 images I don't even need, and if I want to cancel I'll lose all those unused images...Anyone from Adobe can help me please ? I don't want to waste so much money...Thanks...

The Picture dont will be saled. Is the standard license enougt for that or have ich use the extended license?
Hi there, I accidentally licensed an image as I was browsing on my tablet. There was no prompt or anything. Is there any way to undo this? Thanks!
I have accidentally purchased the license for 4 images that will never be used. Is there a way to give those back and get a refund or the credits added back to my account? Thank you!
I have an annual subscription (10 resourcs per month), purchased 10 resources and want to buy 19 more for additional price. When trying to buy them - alert of system error pop-ups (in attach). How can I make a purchase?
Okay, it could have been my mistake.I signed up for a trial, deactivated it, and was still charged. I realized maybe I accidentally had another account running so I submitted all of my email addresses in the "forgot your password" so I would know which emails were associated with an account. Only the one came back..The one I already canceled. I this happens again expect bad things!
My debit card was cancelled a few months ago (swallowed by an ATM) thus resulting in payment problems with Adobe Stock. I've been unable to access my remaining 36 downloads. It told me to update my payment information, which I did weeks ago (using my credit card). However, the problem still persists.
