Hi,If I wanted to create an eLearning product using Storyline or Captivate and use Adobe Stock images in the product. What Adobe Stock license do i need if i intend to provide multiple customers with ONLY the Storyline or Captivate file, not a folder containing the purchased Adobe Stock images.ThanksGary

Do I have to consider the original fotolia period or do I have a year from the day of migration? I miss a function to check this for my credits.

When I started buying photos, I always received them in .jpeg format, which was perfect.I probably modified a parameter without realizing it and since then, I receive my photos in .ai. Who can help me and tell me how to find my .jpeg format back please?

Guten Tag, ich benötige nur einzelne Bilder und konnte die vorher bei Fotolia auch so kaufen. Oder man hatte die Möglichkeit, z.B. 10 Credits zu erwerben. I accidentally clicked LICENSE. I have not downloaded this image. I would like to reverse this so it doesn't count against my allotment.

I am wanting to cancel my subscription but I have 120 images to use still and don't want to lose what i have already paid for.

Hi Sheena I'm also having a similar problem. When I try to cancel the subscription by clicking manage account, i'm presented with a blank page where my subscription details and a cancellation link should be!This is incredibly frustrating, I don't want another payment to be taken from my account and I need to be able to cancel before this happens.ThanksDan

For the past 2 days or so, the Adobe Stock search in InDesign & Photoshop has been showing broken thumbnail images as below when doing a search:So I search for the word 'gardening' and instead of Adobe Stock images, I get the above.These images can still be placed, so when I drag them into InDesign, the images show up.Any images purchased also show the 'blue tick' as above.If I purchase the image through the web interface and add it to a CC library, it shows up normally (2nd image in the pallet below), however if I download or purchase through the CC library pallet it doesn't (1st image in the pallet below):Setup:iMac 27" late 2013, running Yosemite.2017 Adobe Creative Cloud apps, all up to date.Troubleshooting:Restart Mac, sign out and back in to Adobe account through Creative Cloud control panel, still get the same.This is the same on multiple Mac's, although some are showing a couple of images in the search, some don't. I have signed up for the free trial period and it says 10 images under available, but it tries to charge me still for an image. Can you help me with that? I purchased an image thinking that it would just subtract from one of my free 10, but it did not. It still says I have 10. Your help would be appreciated.

Cannot find anywhere to cancel the Adobe Stock subscription.  I didn't sign up for a monthly subscription.  They have obviously tricked me into this and now I can't get out!  Any help would be appreciated.

I registered Adobe stock plan with free one-month trial version at Jan 15. But I didn't use anything at all, and I even don't want to continue with my license. I would like to undescribe my license. so I've followed the manual with it,(https://helpx.adobe.com/kr/stock/kb/cancel-membership-subscription-stock.html)but I cannot see the "cancel plan" from my page.only i can see is the There is an issue with your payment details.HOW I CAN CANCEL the subscription with my adobe stock plan?  please cancel my adobe stock subscription. Dear Team from Adobe,I am somehow upset regarding the way adobe teats customers.I just needed 6 small pictures. Like in the past I went to foltolia.com. This time I was forwarded to Adobe stock. Like before, I had to buy credits.The differece is, that  I was charged with 40 € for 5 credits and no choosing of size/resolution. One pics is about 17 MB!I searched for special pix.Second time, I saw, "redirect to fotolia". Ok, same number, same credis, but 6 € minimum for 5 credits!  So 2 € instead of 10 € for the same pic.So the same company charges their customers with different prices? That is not nice.
