Questions

I am looking for a list of the 10 images used in the June 8, 2016  Create Magazine Take 10 Challenge: Weightless.  I downloaded the montage of the images, turned it into individual jpgs., and tried to do a search in Adobe Stock with no luck. I really want to use the same images so that I can compare my final product with all of the ones found on Behance. Help.

Hi folks,I accidentally licensed an image, then realized I'd already licensed it & saved it in a different library. The image is of an organ, just licensed today (8/17).  Can I get this undone? Thanks,Bob Balsman

Hi All,This question is two-fold.  I too have purchased images that were supposed to be seamless but are not.  I have no way to contact the creator.  Is there a way to report this?  Is there any way we can contact creators ever?  Often times I struggle because the most beautiful designs are not of use because they are not png (transparent) and the seamless scenario when I discover they are not.g.

I have a client that wants to buy stock photos for his website.  He only needs 3 photos, so he wants to buy a monthly subscription, but only for the 3 photos.  Once he has purchased the photos he wants to end his subscription, but is afraid the license for the photos will expire... Does he own the photos once he purchases them, or in order to use the photos forever does he need to keep the subscription? Thanks in advance.

How can we purchase imagery on PNG (transparency backgrounds)?

Hi! Can someone can help me please? I have this problem since at least 1 month and it drive me crazy!!!! Please, do this test for me (you don't need a subscription to do the test) : STEP 1 : Go to this image on Adobe Stock : 92717872STEP 2 : Click on it and choose «See more» at the right bottomSTEP 3 : Go completely to the bottom (there's 4 pages of similars pictures) STEP 4 : Click to see page 2 or «Next»RESULT FOR ME : I have a new page with this message : Sorry, no results were found with that term. (sometime it redirect me on an other page with absolutely no link with my research)It's the same thing for each images! I have 108 credits and I can't search images that I want. Adobe support told me «Please note that we weren’t able to reproduce this issue and hence it seems to be a browser specific issue.» But I know 4 person that expect the same issue and I have the problem with Safari and Google Chrome. (OS 10.9.5)Maybe if we're many they will try to find what's happen? Thank you ver

I licensed the stock image Weltkarte in Hammer-Projektion - image | Adobe Stock  which is labelled as a vector file according to my search settings only to find that it was a raster image inside an AI file.  Can I get the license refunded?

SO after accruing 50+ unused credits, by paying a subscription for an entire year and not using the credits I paid for, I stopped my subscription for purchasing new credits each month.Today i go to purchase an image, and all of my credits are gone? How is this acceptable policy? I mean I couldn't use those credits immediately so I didn't need to buy more perpetually... so thats grounds to take away the credits I did purchase? I am really disappointed in Adobe. This is not the type of company I thought you were. This is a shortsighted and downright wrong practice. Shame on you.

Hello, everybody!I would like to upload some images on Adobe Stock but to be honest I can't understand how I can earn money from that. Many many thanks,Sara

Hi,If I buy a Standard License and use part of this image for say a T-Shirt design and I advertise it and sales then start coming in, can I then buy the Extended License.I ask this as it would be very expensive to buy the Extended License and then run ads to sell and if the design does not sell, I will blow a ton of money. Thanks for your help. All the bestChris

I paid this fee for near on 12 months and was gathering a stock pile of images I could download.I didn't use this service enough and so I cancelled my subscription. Now I cannot access the 29 or so images I had "saved up" over the months from paying the subscription. Can someone please explain do I loose access to the images I have technically "pre paid" for - now that my 12 month subscription is finished?

Hey, I'm not sure about what type of license should I use...I want to use an image under my music on YouTube as a background image. Hopefully it will be more than 500,000 views. So, my question is: what type of license should I use for this kind of usage? Standard or extended?Maybe standard license is enough because I will use it just in the YouTube video and posted it on the popular social sites and my website.I found this in the Adobe Stock Terms:"(B) Standard License Specific Restrictions. In addition to the restrictions in section 4 below: (1) you may not cause or allow any Work to be reproduced more than 500,000 times in total. For example, a Work may not appear on more than 500,000 printed materials (flyers, advertisements, covers, packages, etc.). Likewise, the Work may not be incorporated in a television program, video, or other digital production if the audience is expected to be greater than 500,000 viewers, in total. This restriction does not apply to Works that are displayed
