Bonjour, J'ai souscris à un abonnement adobe stock avec un mois d'essai, or je n'ai reçu ni mail de confirmation ou quoi que ce soit. Cependant quand je vais sur mes comptes bancaires, je vois bien que le premier prélèvement est prévu. Je ne trouve pas non plus sur mon profil quelque chose qui m'indique que j'ai souscris à quelque chose. Je ne peux donc pas annuler mon abonnement. J'ai quand même pu utiliser 4 crédits (sur les 10 de la formule) le jour même de mon inscription, cependant, je ne retrouve pas non plus sur mon compte les éléments qui sont censés être dans ma bibliothèque. Est ce déjà arrivé à quelqu'un? Ais-je raté une étape? Merci par avance pour votre aide.

I accidentally hit the 'lincense' button and the image automatically starts downloading. How do I return it? Also, there should be a check to make sure I intend to download rather than automatically do it. Its too easy to accidentally hit a button and there should be a question asking if I am sure I want to download, or moving it to a cart for purchase. Clearly this happens to a lot of people. Has this been resolved? Can I return the unwanted asset?
I recently licensed #571689884 and would like a refund. Edit: I clicked on "download" on accident while inspecting my search results. I didn't end up wanting to use it because it is Generative Ai/low and a low-quality asset (the "writing" on the post-it notes are gibberish).

Liebe Community, ich habe vor Jahren als Foto-Modell an Shootings teilgenommen. Die Fotos wurden vom Fotografen in sein Anbieterportfolio aufgenommen, aus dem ich sie nun löschen lassen möchte. Eine explizite Zustimmung habe ich seinerzeit nicht gegeben. Der Anbieter des Portfolios reagiert nicht auf meine Nachfragen. Hat jemand einen Tipp, wie ich die Fotos aus dem Portfolio entfernen lassen kann? Vielen Dank vorab.

Guten Tag, ich habe ungewollt ein Bild Lizensiert, da der Button "Lizenz" nicht vermuten lies, dass ich das Bild damit direkt lizenziere. Meine Erwartung war weitere Infromationen zu den Lizenzen zu erhalten. Entweder handelt es sich hier um sehr schlechte UX, oder Adobe versucht hier Kunden absichtlicht zu versehentlicher Lizensierung von Bildern zu bewegen. Ich möchte daher bitten, das die Lizensierung Rückgängig gemacht wird.

Hi there are some super innappropiate images on adobe stock that i'd like to report. Showing an underaged girl no more than 8 or 10 with a dress that is just covering her chest. Although this dress looks too big the images are offensive. Whoever approved these images are clearly not doing their job properly please remove them for obvious reasons. I recently licensed image #127309915 from Adobe Stock which has a transparent background layer. I downloaded it and imported it into Photoshop but the transparency remained. I then loaded it into Illustrator to inspect the layers but I could see which layer is applying the transparent background.Can anyone help please?Thanks,Chris

Hey Friends, On a busy Monday, I was blazing through our weekly stock images purchases and failed to look at the price of one of them closely. It was a $400 selection. Which I saw the split second after clicking 'Purchase'. Tried all kinds machinations to stop the download. To no avail. In short, how do I return this image for a refund? We have not and will not be using it. I am more than happy to attest to this and see the image burned from my machine. But, I can not have bought a $400 image and look my business partners in the eyes. Is there a path to help?

I had never used Adobe products aside from the boxed version of Photoshop CS6 and just followed the prompts from Linkedin. It prompted me to start a free trial which I did.After the course, I didn't need it, and did not want clutter in my inbox so I set promotions to spam. I cancelled my trial and got a confirmation of it. Months later (my fault I admit) I noticed that I've been getting recurring charges for Adobe Stock. I have never used it and did not know I had been signed up for it.
