After duplicating an old project I find that I can not change the thumbnail. Please help.

I need to update the footer on my webpages but cannot find where that is done in the new Adobe Express. Any help?

Hi Adobe, Is there a way to automatically transfer all of my files from the old Adobe Express to the new one? It is way too time consuming for me to do each one individually. I started doing a few of them but there is just so many to process, not to mention that some are in their own sub-folders, and I want to make sure that sub-folders also transfer. Thanks,Alex

Question - Is it legal to use an adobe image of a person and add a design that i created to that person's shirt or jacket? The image would be used on Social Media to promote the shirt and design. 

Using this new version of Express is literally like stepping back 30 years in time and trying to design on an original windows computer. What the heck is this??

Hello, any chance anyone can identify the font style that was previously seen with the former Elevate theme before Adobe Express was updated? Let's say I import an image to my library, drag it onto my work and remove the bg. Can I save that modified version back to my library somehow? Thanks!

Hi, due to some creative limitations, are we allowed to export and continue editing Adobe express content outside of the app? Or does it all have to be edited in the app and directly uploaded after? Example: edit video, export, add audio and more videos to the video in a different app?

How do I save my project? if its automatic, this is bad!!  I want to be able to turn auto-save on and off, if I want to edit for an example a Logo, I make a huge mess of it, and then decide in the end I dislike it. What happens?  I also wish there was a Mac Desktop version, because I have an unstable internet connection. What happens if my internet drops out? and I need to turn off my computer?

Hi — I'm having a frustrating problem that should be a simple thing, but I can't figure out how to do it. I need to make an Instagram Reel with one video running in the background the entire time, and animated text elements on top. I've been using Photoshop and Illustrator forever, so I'm familiar with layers. I understand the layers in each individual scene, but what I need is layers/tracks in the timeline. One underneath with the video running the full length, and scenes on top of it with my different text elements. I know this can be done because I saw it in a sample file, but I can't figure out how to make one. I've looked in help docs and tutorials and can't find it anywhere, just lots of info on the layers within a scene. I'm using Safari on a Mac, newest operating system, if it matters.

Hi - using the Creative Cloud Express free video to gif tool and don't understand why selecting same options for videos each taken on same device within minutes of each other (so no settings changed or anything - pretty much same subject, etc.) are being processed into gifs with different dimensions. For each I select square aspect ratio and fill screen, but somehow the squares are coming out in two different sizes, seemingly without reason. I thought it might be to do with file size, as a smaller size file came out as the preferred large square gif. But then one smaller than this in file size was processed as a small square gif. I just want them all the same size squares! Any ideas? I'm using this on android phone by the way, brave browser, and seeing output gifs' dimensions when inserting into google doc. If that makes any difference  

My project will not open and i have not downloaded it. The project side of it staye loading for ages and I need to finish it up today. I've tried refreashing the page multiple times and it does nothing to help. Please help.

What is the point of Adobe Express if you've been using Adobe products for 30 yrs? Seems a toy for people who don't want to learn how to use real programs.

When I tried to resize the 1080x1080 image to Facebook Profile Cover Page size, the image resolution drops drastically. How can I fix it?

Bonjour à tous, Je suis enseignante et toutes mes dictées ont été faites avec Adobe Express.Je ne les retrouve plus ! (on est automatiquement redirigé vers Adobe New Express) Mes élèves font leurs dictées sur IPads ... et là impossible d'ouvrir la dictée réalisée avec Adobe New Express (j'ai quand même voulu faire un essai) Surtout : je trouvais l'interface d'Adobe Express très simple d'utilisation (je l'utilise depuis Adobe Voice !!).Adobe New express est beaucoup plus complexe à mettre en oeuvre (style iMovie) .. Connaissez vous un autre utilitaire aussi simple qu'Adobe Express pou faire facilement des petites capsules vidéo ?(je suis également formatrice Tice auprès d'étaidants en master 2). Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Très cordialement.Carole T.
