I can't use Adobe Express Web version. After opening any document, even a blanc one I get this error:"Connection Interrupted. Adobe Express needs to reconnect to the font service. Refresh this page to continue working.". I have a Premium account. Refreshing or going back to home and back to the app doesn't work. I'm using Chrome and Brave and I get the same error. Incognito mode results in the same error in both browsers. 

Is there any way to animate object in a different direction than up, down, left or right? I want to move (slide) my object to move at an angle (it doesn't have to be specific) and I can't find any way or questions or tutorials on the topic.

Hi there, Just wanted to let you know that the decision to move the branding button on the left hand side menu to an under-menu, while there is A LOT of room for the button to go is a tedious and horrible update and I implore you to move it back.  Same with the rename function which now opens a pop-up menu. The UI is progressively getting worse, everything gets hidden and which used to be one click now takes 3. THIS IS BAD DESIGN. Sorry to be so blunt, but you're worsening your product instead of improving it. I would be very grateful if you at least change it back, or better yet, ask and listen your user base what they want for HELPFUL changes. Thanks.

As a CC user and subscriber for years, I'm both furious and mortified at how badly Adobe is being beaten by Capcut.  Adobe seems so far behind the curve in so many ways I can't comprehend the level of shame it should feel (but probably doesn't).  And it's not just Express, Capcut is nipping at the heels of Premiere Pro and in many ways beats Premiere Pro by leaps and bounds.  WT actual (censored) Adobe?  Do you have no pride at all?   To this day Express and PPro are missing so many features that Capcut has, and does extremely well.  Let's start with background removal for video - Express's is terrible. The AI is a joke, Capcut's KILLS Adobe's video background remover in performance.  Not only that, you can't export it out of Express because Adobe is too lazy to add that capability.  But not only that, Premiere Pro doesn't even HAVE a background remover.  I could go on and on about what Adobe's video editing in both Express an

I've created a couple of Adobe Express sites and just now realized that the photo grids aren't mobile responsive. For example, I have a photo grid with 3 graphics/images in a row. I assumed that when looking at the site on mobile these would stack vertically but that's not happening. Is there any workaround to this? Am I doing something wrong?

Adobe express won’t load an svg file from my phone saying it’s not a supported file type, but then in the list of supported file types is svg. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? The file is an .svg vector file I want to edit for a business logo.

I've got a simple slideshow with a bunch of photos in a video timeline.  After I apply a Zoom In animation, I cannot apply the scale animation to all of the photos.  If I use the "Animate all" option at the top of the animations pallet, it only gives me "bloom", "glide"...etc options.  NOT scale or zoom.The three dots on the element in the timeline allow me to apply the duration to all, but not the animation.  The "animate all" in that same pop-out doesn't seem to apply that scale/zoom in animation to anything else in the timeline. I had to apply the scale/zoom over and over to every photo in the timeline.  What have I missed? Thanks.

I hit the remove background and I get a message saying it is not working. 

I need to remove the background from several images as part of my work, and doing this one image at a time takes a lot of time. I am looking for a more efficient way to handle this task, so I would like to clarify whether it is possible to remove the background from multiple images at once.

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Express on November 27, Adobe never sent me an email telling me how much it will be after the trial ends. I have live chatted 2x, and each time the rep just keeps saying I am still under the free trial, and they cannot seem to help me with the fact that my billing section shows nothing, no where to contine or cancel. On Adobe it shows the free trial ends today, there is not any information on my account that shows what the cost will be after today. I called the customer service number, after an automated system goes through the prompts, it hangs up on you.    At this point I have no idea if i will be charged after today and how much, I have been trying to communicate with them for the past week, no success.  I want to keep Adobe Express, the free trial also does not show any option to cancel or continue. Is there a glitch in the system? I have already signed out and cleared my browser and have tried logging in from my phone

Can I organize and group 3rd party fonts together without a computer (and therefore without Creative Cloud)?   I recently installed a number of new, 3rd party fonts to use in Adobe Express, but a bunch of fonts within the same typeface didn't get grouped together for some reason. So there are multiple fonts which all belong to the same typeface (i.e., "Arial bold", "Arial condensed", "Arial italic", etc.), but instead of being grouped under one typeface as they should be (in this case, "Arial"), they're scattered all over, each font being listed separately, and finding or using them is such a difficult and convoluted process that the whole thing becomes a waste of time. I need to organize my list of fonts, and group the aforementioned related fonts under their respective typefaces, as they should be, but I don't own a computer and therefore can't use Creative Cloud. They’re either too slow, packed with ads, or the audio quality just isn’t good enough. When I try to download a file that is a slideshow of photos and videos in the free version of Adobe Express, I get a message that I must start a free trail of Premium Express to download.  I believe this may be because I have inadvertently used premium assets in my project.  How can I tell what are premium assets in the project?  

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I am contacting you with a question about the commercial use of Adobe Express. I have read your terms of service, but am still not quite sure.Am I allowed to first use the template for YouTube Shorts, upload a blank video, add an audio file to it, generate captions with a specific font (for instance blocks or outline) and specific colours with Adobe Express and then use the finished video commercially on social media like YouTube, Instagram and TikTok?All of this would be done with the free version of Adobe Express. I'm not sure why you guys keep randomly changing the UI. No we don't want our pages to scroll vertically and no we do not want random boxes for features that are easilly accessible in the main menu. Why is there a random box asking me to resize or edit my page?  Instead, why doesn't Adobe work on adding features that are actually useful like allowing us to fill text with gradient, adding bevel and emboss effects to text and images, allowing us to add shadow effects to icons? I just want to make a QR code within my project. I used to be able to do this easily. There was a puzzle piece button and I could find the QR Generator within it. The puzzle piece is gone. There is a plus sign, when clicked on has options for media (photos videos audio), elements (design elements, background, shapes), charts and grids, & gen AI. I see nothing about add ons. 

Using Safari with a Macbook Pro.All Animations for videos have a white fade transition.See attached. White fade occurs, even though there is no Transition between these two layers.See attached. I love using Adobe Express, but it’s a big problem for me that I get the message “files have a 99-page limit” when I want to create an e-book with more than 99 pages. Is there any way to change this? I’m happy to pay for a higher-tier subscription if that increases the page limit for a single document.

For the love of God, please talk to your software engineers about MOVING the Edit Page and Resize Image option that lays right over my project. It's hard to see the top part of the page when that box is in the way. I have to minimize my project to be able to see the whole page without that box in the way of my design. 

I'm a light user of Adobe Express. I use it mainly to create graphic design layouts for copy that consists of my own poetry. I then post to social media.  I've developed a layout with a background, font usages and guides. Adding additional pages using that formatting seemed like an unnecessary recreation of the wheel. Certainly Express offered templaes on the page level as well as the file level. Well, yes it does. It's not as stupid and crude as I thought. I created and saved my layout as a template.  Then I made extensive edits to my copy.  In the end, what I thought was a file was me writing into the template, adding pages to it. I thought it was like creating an AE template. Once you save it, you're back to work in your work project. Nope. Express doesn't do it like that, it seems. There's no way to know that it doesn't work as other Adobe Apps work. So I assumed.  And now I've apparently lost two hours of carefully crafted work. Or have

I really appreciate the new converstion tool from acrobat to express and being able to edit and change a PDF, however I wish we could batch edit things like text/fonts, headers and footers, images, across a whole document that's 20+ pages long. I know canva has a button that lets you change all font type to another, but canva doesn't conver the document as good as express does, so I would love to have these tools within express. Plus other batch editings!
