I have flagged this as an issue before but as the one who builds all the templates, when I test using it as a template. This version automatically saves itself into the shared template folder with everyone else to see my “untitled test files”. How do I change this location to save in My Stuff only?

Bonjour, j'ai fait un simple montage vidéo, et je rencontre un bug lors du téléchargement, il y a un élément qui ne se charge pas et qui n'apparaît pas dans la vidéo téléchargée. Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème, ça fait des heures que je suis coincée dessus ?

Why Adobe express has such difficult to navigate structure for organizing stuff ? Projects, Libraries, Brands and then keeps flaring warning to move templates to Project, if not then by xyz date it will no longer be usable. What is Adobe trying to do here ? Make product and workflow more complicated ?? Adding fonts to a library is such a painful task, half of the time it does not sync or Adobe Fonts is not able to find my library. A very terribly designed product imho. 

I accidently uploaded 100+ images under files in 'your stuff' to create a project. Does anyone know how to select all and bulk delete, I dont see that option. Please dont tell me I have select them one by one and hit delete and then hit confirm :'( 

Having issues with auto-generated captions in Adobe Express it's randomly jumping position. A single line shifts higher or lower despite consistent settings . The caption tool fails to maintain uniform alignment for all generated text blocks.

When looking for imagery using the word rebel, I was disappointed to find the confederate flag served up as the second result under design assets. It was not easy to find a way to report this issue, so could someone assure me that this is being forwarded to the right department? Your hapless AI help text was unclear on how to report content from within Adobe Express (which is wild, considering).

I am trying to delete some folders. They are all empty.When I right click a folder or click the … my only options are: Rename and DuplicateNo Move, Copy or Delete How do I delete my folders?

please refer the attached screenshot to see whats happening. A- assets are not deleted. And even some of the assets are deleted the file should open and show other contents except the deleted one. so that is not the case. I have 15 gb remaining in my Adobe cloud account.  I have permanently deleted old files.  I have plenty of storage according to creative cloud lightroom cloud storage.  Why is Express not letting me work stating that I am out of storage?  How do I fix this?

I created the QR code but will need to change the link it points to in the future. How do I do this without changing the actual QR code graphic? Is this possible with Adobe Express? If not, is there another free way to do this?

Hi thereI need to merge two different templates into one. So I've opened the two templates in two projects in the browsers tabs. Now I want to copy one slide of project A to the other project B. When I do that, the proportions and the positions are completely wrong and it's not usable. What I've tried:- select all with cmd + A or the mouse- copied the slide when the "all pages view" is open- add a new slide from the library In my opinion it must be possible to copy a whole slide with content and paste it with the same positions into another project (same slide size)  in Adobe Express. Howerver, I couldn't figure out a way.

I am trying to download a video, but whenever I press download, a prompt appears, saying “We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon.” This issue has been going on for nearly a week. I’ve searched several previous posts on the forum, but none of the solutions seem to work. Using a different browser and using incognito did not work. When I tried to duplicate the file, it did not let me, saying that while file sync is in process, the file cannot be duplicated. Is there anything more I can try in order to download the file?

I would like to use the website tool to create my bio website, but without the image that is required by default being displayed at the top. Even without an image, a colored stripe appears. Is there a workaround so that I don't have to use this image? Thank you, Frank.

Is there an ability to bulk select items on a template I am created and allocated the same permissions i.e locked item, replaceable image etc as its really time consuming allocated this one by one...

I’ve created a template for other teams to use. I have several elements on the template that are completely locked and the text locked but editable. But individuals are able to unlock all the elements in the template, which defeats the purpose of us creating a template with locked items.I’ve followed the steps in the lock editing settings and searched for a solution, not finding a fix to my issue.

I am using Magic School AI.  I subscribed to it because it has an image generator through Adobe express.  However,  It does not work.  It says that generative AI feature is not available in my account.  I was on chat with an online assistant for more than an hour but it did not work at all.  I went through the instructions on pop up blockers but it did not work.  Anyone who can help, please?

I am new to Adobe Express, and I am trying to build a simple landing page for a client. I have a theme. But is this really so hard? I just want to be able to place an overlay image (a small logo) But when I click add image, it imports it as unscalable.  I just want to overlay this logo and be able to scale it. Does Express really not have layers? Pleeeaaase help I just want to place a logo!!!!!

I’m currently taking a year break from personal projects using Adobe Express Premium, but because I’m using 5.8GB storage, I am now going to loose ALL of it, due to downgrading to the free version.  Please make it possible for us to pay for storage only, without having to pay $15 a month for Premium. Even if I go through all my images, It’s going to take me forever to delete 800mb, as all my images are around 1-2mb each!! It’s a complete nightmare! I’m starting to really regret using Express. I wish I bought a standalone program instead, as now I’m tied to paying Premium for life or spend hours going through 800mb worth of images. :(
