Questions

I'm creating a simple project in Adobe Express (Halloween Bingo) and I clicked on the option to apply a brand. Just to see what it was. When I returned to the project, it is now only a single page (was 11), and I can't undo or revert any changes. I have lost all of my work. Any way to recover this?  Also, when I look at the thumbnail in the Projects section, it lists that there are 12 pages. I'm hoping the original 11 pages are still there, just not sure how to access them. When I try to edit the project and only has a single page available. I'm unable to navigate to other pages with the arrows or by typing in a page number aside from 1.

hi I'm trying to create a IG story adding one video from my PC to the story pages but cannot find the command to do so .  I can only create a video instaead of the IG story but in this case it cannot be in vertical mode, only 1:1 or landscape  thanks,  Fabio

Hi, iam a happy paid user of Adobe CC. When is use my Adobe Express APP on my Android phone everyting works great BUT when is want to switch BRAND i see in a second the screen where i can select my brands but if i click a brand the app close.I also see a spelling error.  Wechseln?  Its not a dutch word. Maybe Wisselen it have to be.Please fix this Adobe so i can switch BRANDS. Thanx.And don't come up with standard answers like reinstall the app or turn your phone on and off or log off and login. Please URGENTLY build this into your user experience, it affects our team work flow that we cannot schedule alongside our other social media posts. It seems obvious that you would build out Tik Tok too. 

Adobe ExpressThe given choice is only 25%, 50%, 100% etc any help please?

I just heard about Adobe Express (AE) and tried it and loved it. I have some very practical question about the rights of using the assets included in AE. The Adobe website lists some information about this (which I have read) but it’s not written in practical terms.First of all, I have the “Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps” plan. Something that’s a very integral part of using AE are the assets from Adobe Stock. I'm interested in using AE to do social media content, seems like it's really designed for that anyways. So, with my Creative Cloud subscription, am I free to use all these assets that are in AE? Let’s say I do social media content for a company. Can I just download the end-product from AE and publish it in any social media at some point in the future? 2) Does it matter whether I publish it through the application/site or no? I'm confused as outside AE you have to pay to use the Adobe Stock - but people are saying it's included with AE? Like how does Adobe differentiate where the u

I am a teacher who uses Adobe Express to make websites for my art students.This is paid for by the school I work at so is an Enterprise account.  Soon, I will change my job so I won't have access to my own materials associated with this account anymore,  unless I transfer them. I will want to transfer them to my personal account. How do I do this??  I hope it's possible otherwise all my work will have been a ridiculous waste of time, because I do not have time to re-build all the websites each time I move job. Could someone who knows about this respond please? 

Hi, does anyone know when Adobe Express will be able to provide insights in posts performances/analytics?

I have been unable to share any of my projects in Express with a new team member this morning. I have restarted my computer as well as my login to the web app. STILL not working!  

In Android, Express has made itself the default browser.  Anytime I click a link in Outlook for Android it now launches Express instead of my browser.   I checked default app settings,  in there, Brave is still set as the default browser.   How can I fix this?

Hello,does anyone know if the Shape Illustrations inside Adobe Express have a copyright on them? I wanted to use a few on a website project but couldn't find any info about copy rights. I do have the Adobe Express Premium Plan.Thanks!

For AE to be truly useful to an integrated branding approach, being able to upload existing PDF's and convert them to Express templates would be VERY helpful. Or upload IDML files. I am puzzled why we have to reinvent the wheel by creating assets within AE when we have the Creative Suite to generate files? This is easily done in Canva with remarkable results. I would think that the SHARE feature could have the addition of "Share to Adobe Express" and go directly into the brand. Or, have a feature within the Libraries that can upload to Express. This would be a game changer in creating branded assets in AE. For now, we are stuck with your competitor for this feature.

As a K-12 online educator, Adobe refuses to let me have access. I need help as their help area really doesn't want to take any responsibility for it. Frustrated beyond belief! 

Google drive has started filling in image thumbnails with solid colors. Even if I try to import a thumbnail I  can still see, I get an asset error message "WHOA - that asset failed try using a different image." even though it looks as though it is getting placed in my video correctly. Can anyone direct me to the vendor with the issue here? I have only had these issues the last month or so. SO frustrating, not to mention a waste of time.

I designed several posts last night using my iphone and now when I logged into my account on my computer, those posts are not showing up in my account.  I checked on my phone and they are still there, but not appearing on my desktop.  How do I get them to show up on my computer so I can further edit them with a bigger screen?  

When exporting a project that has multiple images and/or videos from adobe express to the scheduler, it shows you the warning that you will have to download all the media and then upload in scheduler. This is fine, I've done this. However the export only gives you the option to save as all images or all videos which is useless if you have some slides as animation and some as images. Then when you schedule the post for Instagram, the scheduler says that posts with multiple images/videos have to be uploaded via the mobile up. Again this is fine in theory. So when the time comes I receive the notification to post from adobe express on my iPhone, I follow the instructions, it auto opens instagram but it only puts the first media in there. The first media in my multi-media post is a video, so instagram sees it as either a "story" or "feed". The recent update of Instagram handles videos more like reels than traditional posts, so maybe that's why it's not accepting the mul

Using Content Scheduler, is it  possible to schedule posts to a "targeted" LinkedIn audience? For example, I work for a global company and only post to the US, which i am doing manually  now.  thank you!

I want to import Adobe XD Templates to Adobe Express to make sure that others could also use the same design with a easier software

I send most my completed projects for translations to 6+ mostly European languages. This currently limits work flow to only the .INDD file format. But the Magic type features in Express are far more attractive for typesetting with the translation variable (varied unknown character counts). Will Adobe provide a way to "package" an Express file for external users?  Or will the more advanced Magic text box features come to InDesign (or even XD)? 

Hey guys,I have several media that does not get posted to my socials via the Express Scheduler. Some images post, yet others do not - I have checked file dimensions as well as file sizes, and all seems correct, yet I still get messages saying that my Express has failed to post my content. Even rescheduling the content doesn't help.Please could someone assist me?Thank you in advance!!!

Hi,I have a concern about privacy, let suppose I don't login into my Adobe account and directly go to Free image background removal tool and upload one image to remove its background however i didn't download it and not yet logged in so is there any privacy issue with that image like will that image be publicly available etc or anything else. 

Hi, I don't know if anyone else has had this issue but using the phone app when i go to use a photo from my phone - the photos its got access to seem to be weeks old and its not showing my most recent ones. Is there a setting somewhere I need to change or update? Oh and I'm using an apple iPhone 14 pro on the latest software. Many thanks Amelia
