I use Adobe Express on Android Mobile.The tab where all past projects are displayed is not displaying my newer projects, but only projects upto or more than 12 days old. Refreshing, restarting, rebooting... Nothing has worked. Kindly Look into matter. I had to redo my projects in another app. 

I have a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription, so why can't I use Express's premium features?

I've been using Adobe Express for awhile and can always access my entire photo gallery/camera roll. But today, most of the roll is missing. My permissions are still set to all photos and no settings have been changed... any advice? Thanks 

I have had a premium account with Adobe Express for a few months now and I've used it a lot. Today when I opened the app, it acts like I don't have an account. They received their money for this month on October 1st. My IPhone shows that I have a premium subscription for this app and that I pay $9.99 a month. I can't call anyone in customer service because it says I don't have an account. Help! Also, I do get this message when I go to sign in with my Apple ID. See picture.

Why does the new Adobe Express icon/logo not show on my device? It works on my desktop.

I'm working in Adobe Express on a windows computer in google chrome and the keyboard isn't working with a few letters. A, S, P aren't functioning. Keyboard works fine in other browser windows like this one.I've closed the project and re-opened it, same issue. Happens when I create a new text box or edit an existing one. I can copy and paste text containing those letters, just can't type them.Thought the batteries in my keyboard were dying, but put new ones in and same issue. Anybody else seen this!?! 

The photo in the glideshow option in webpage in Adobe Express doesn't show when the webpage is piblished. Any idea why?

I want to use the adobe express scheduler. I successfully connected my FB and Insta accounts and also managed to load the media (e.g. a Insta Post Image), however when I press "add to post" it keeps on loading and nothing happens. It looks like it got stuck. Does anbody know what the issue is and how to solve it?

Greetings! I have some text in step by step type of format. The "steps" extend to a second line in some cases. I ma using a basic dash as a "bullet" for the steps. I need the text on the second line to be indented past the bullet and line up wit hthe first letter of the beginning of the line. I hope this makes sense. I included an image of what I am trying to do to help explain.I can not figure out how to do this outside of making many text blocks, but this seems like overkill. Has anyone come up against this issue and been able to overcom it? I am a "newbie" here with Express, so I hope I am not asking a dumb question. I couldn't find anything in my searhes about this. Thanky ou in advance. 

I have created an Instagram post using Adobe Express on my iPhone. It looks good, but when I add animation or even export the static image, two of the type layers are blurry. I have tried deleting the layers, duplicating layers that DON'T blur, duplicating the project … but the same two text objects always render blurry. (It's a weekly schedule, and "Thursday" and "Friday" are the culprits. The layout looks good, and I like the app, but this seems like a huge bug.

Hi, I use Firefox as my browser and the webpage keeps telling me it's unable to save my content and I can't get anything done because the popup appears every 1-2 seconds. It works fine on Google Chrome. I tried turning off enhanced tracking protection on Firefox and that did not help, I also tried clearing the site cookies and data, which also did not help. What's going on?

Can someone help?When I click on the Brands option it's great to see that I can set up my logos, colors, and fonts. On the font dropdown I am unable to see the fonts I have previously activated with adobe. It appears that you can upload fonts from your computer though.I've tried looking to see if I can download my activated fonts and upload them to creative cloud express. So far no luck. It's important to me to use the fonts that my company uses for their brand. Has anyone been able to figure this out?Thanks for any suggestions. 

Can I create Adobe Express templates made with MY OWN artwork and sell them with a link to the design (like canva pro)?

I've been sent an Adobe Express link, and signed up for an Adobe ID account, but still can't access the link.https://express.adobe.com/page/Wg1WWeAFk375W/I keep getting a "Something is Wrong" error.  I click the Sign in again button, but still get an error.How do I resolve this?

My first scheduled post, due to go this morning failed twice.  Has anybody had this issue?  I received a notification email from Adobe Express 3 mins after the scheduled time alerting me, when I signed in and updated the scheduler to try again, it also failed.  I included emojis in the post text - could this be the issue?

Adobe Express Premium is included in my Adobe subscription and it seems that I am not able to share a project I created to a free user. It says I am using some Premium-only modified brand elements in my project, even though there is none used. What can I do?

All of my work has gone missing. Nothing is saved. When I go to create a new design, it still doesn't show up. I'd like to believe with hope that all my work is somewhere in the cloud and someone can magically access it all back for me...

It would be nice to be able to control the speed of the text and photo effects in Adobe Express, ie instead of 4 or 5 seconds to 10-15 seconds (selectable 5 to 15 seconds) 

when i select the photo library, i am not able to see the latest photos. I've tried reinstalling the app but to no avail. Anyone else also have this problem?
