Hello I am using Adobe Spark Video on ios and website browser using video files and photos.My photos automatically add in the Pan & Zoom function and I need to DISABLE it.Does anyone know how to do this?  Thanks Kevin

Every time I save an image in Adobe Express, a pixel thin line appears, going down the outer most edge of entire right side. Even when the background image is stretched beyond the bounty. Why?

In the app I don't have the size option for posts on Google maps, I only have size options for cards, and social media posts. When using other formats, Google maps does not publish Adobe express creations. What should I do?

Hello, I need your help with missing projects from Adobe Express, when I log in, it shows "you currently have no projects" but when I go to Creative Cloud, the projects appear in my recent. I tried to open them from Creative Cloud but they keep loading non-stop.

I was out of the country for years and I was happy with my template from adobe spark, but now I wanted to change the content now that Im back.  Where do I find the spark template content I made before adobe express??? Most of it was just portfolio links but there was a tremendous amount of text that was only on the template. Where is this info stored or should I accept that it is gone forever? Please heeeeeelp!?

Imagine I have 30 Posts as Image Files stored at my local drive. I want to schedule all images spreaded each day in a month. For example for 01 July - 01.jpg should come. Is there a way to do it with single click or as in an easier way?Thank you very much.

Hello!  I searched before posting and didn't find anything, so apologies if this has been asked before but I missed it. We recently started using Adobe Express for Education in the K-12 schools that I support, set up with the district deployment rather than having teachers create classroom accounts.  I was recently notified by the district's IT department that they had received an email that 90% of their Adobe storage limit had been used up.  They showed me that the district had 1.8 GB out of 2GB total used. Does each district only have 2GB of shared storage on the Express for Education plan, or could there have been an error in this district's setup of it? Thank you for any insight! Chris

I have to make a banner of 3m by 2.50m but it is not possible to go beyond a certain number of pixels how do I know in advance how to convert?

As a new user, this is probably very simple, but darned if I can figure it out. I have two different twitter accounts. On certain days I use one of them and on other days I use the second one. Can you provide me with a step-by-step process how to switch from one to another? Help!  

My photos are appearing in my projects for a few seconds before disappearing. The rest of the project remains in tact, it is only the photos uploaded from my network drive. This has not been a problem in the past and is not a problem with the shared drive.

Adobe Express is too slow to work. In the last 2 hours when I tried to add voice to my video slides, I could add for only 7 because it is simply saying mike issues, but as soon as I refresh the page, it is working fine and the refresh itself takes at least 5 minutes of time, horrible experience, Day by Day it is getting only difficult to create videos using Adobe. Do we have a solution for this?

I have made some Linkedinbanners and noticed when i save or download my artwork, the logo is changed.It cut a bit of the logo - how do i solve this? I feel i cant trust Adobe Express to deliver what i see in many ways.

The images I upload for my web page project in CC Express render pixelated on mobile devices.This is occuring for both .png files and .jpg files. Hello, I'm having trouble linking my company's instagram to my Adobe Express account. I've tried clearing my cache, logging out, restarting my computer, etc. but nothing seems to work. Can someone please assist me as this is time sensittive.  Also - I bought a premium subscription but my account is still only allowing me three posts per month. Can someone please assist me with this as well? Thanks!

So I've been using Adobe Express for the past several years and suddenly the social media icons are missing when applying shapes. Any thoughts on why?  

Hello,  I have tried everything. Switched insta account to business, added insta account in to META Center, my insta account is linked with a Facebook page. All is linked into META business suit.  I keep getting this. In total, I've spent 1h30min, at least 54 attemps of connection, removing many times the business app integration, i did it, all into this troubleshoot, everything. It's beyond my tech-savvy skills now. I need assistance from the Adobe Team.  What info can i provide? Thank youR
