I would like to use firefly to generate static backgrounds for videos for commercial use, I would like to know are there any limitions.And in generaly am I allowed to use the outputs of firefly 4 / 4 ulta / 5 for commercial use? Thanks in advance.

I have several students that ended up added to the wrong period in Adobe Classroom. I was going to simply remove then, but then I got a confirmation message with contradictory statements and I'm not sure which to follow, because one is a bit concerning. Now I'm wondering, if I remove these students, will the lose all access to Adobe Classroom or just to this specific classroom.

Is there any way to directly access, read, or modify text elements already inside the user’s document using the plugin API?When I click on a box to access document text I get the following console errors:Starting document text check...SDK readyDocument Sandbox API not available - showing fallback message ChatGPT says this isn't possible with the 2025 version of the plugin API.

HiI am able to see onlly  names of project and folder names inside project . Not able to see any images saved in the project. Please help me to see images saved in my project with adobe express.

Please add + icon in layers area to add a new layer. Expecting it to just do it when you add something is not working, it just replaces the image that's already there.  Also make computer app and online version same thing. It's confusing.  Who knows what version it is I'm talking about. Whole app is confusing to find anything in. Thinking of going back to canva, even though I don't want to because that was even worse when I left. 

Why can´t I make animated gifs in Adobe Express anymore?  Before, I dragged a mp4 file into the gif converter and I used to get a animated gif. Now the file comes static with a lot of images.  What am I missing?

Hi, I'm trying to create a video in the Animate Characters section, but a HeyGen advertisement keeps popping up at the bottom of the screen. I understand the need for advertising, but this ad makes it very difficult to work because it completely blocks the view.The main issue is that the HeyGen ad has no close or minimize button. The only way to interact with it is to click on it, which opens the link. When I return to the editor and try to continue working, the ad appears again and blocks the workspace.I would really appreciate it if you could provide a way to remove or hide the ad so it doesn’t interfere with video editing in the Animate Characters section.Thank you!

We work with two different premium accounts. In one account the top options bar is missing. See image. Is there a way to add this bar to the top iof the screen?

Why does Canva accept larger SVG files than Adobe Express?

Just cancelled my monthly student subscription/membership.  The $199 cancellation fee is a big deterrent to returning!!!  The $ is needed elsewhere.  Not cool Adobe!

Hi everyone,I am working on a project using Adobe Express, and I'm facing an issue with image quality after editing and exporting the final design. The visuals look clear inside Adobe Express during editing, but once exported, the image appears slightly pixelated or lower in resolution.I have already tried:Exporting in both PNG and JPG formatsUsing high-quality download settingsChecking internet speed (since it's an online editor)Re-uploading the image in higher resolution before editingDespite that, there’s still a noticeable drop in quality, especially when using the design on larger screens and social media platforms.Is there any recommended export setting or step to maintain original resolution quality? Hi, I used Adobe Express to make a newsletter but I want to publish as a web page to copy it to a Thunderbird email account. It will only allow publishing to a jpg or PDFs. Note: I have hyperlinks in the newletter so PDFs and Jpegs don't work in this instance. Can anyone help? Besy, Vicky

Why does Facebook strike you with a copyright violation when the music is uploaded from Adobe? Even giving them the number, as Adobe says to share the license details, the rights owners are still not allowing me to use Adobe-licensed music. They are now taking all my monetised money on this post, but it's my cine film. Should be charging them. Will not be using any of your music as there seems to be an issue, and it is very unfair. Hi,I opened a new project/canvas of custom dimension on Adobe Express app and then tapped the 'plus' button on the lower-left corner. Then, I scrolled down and clicked on 'Generative AI' option and generated a few images. I wanted to know if this particular option is in beta? Thanks!
