Hi, i hope someone can assist.I am busy making shorts in Adobe Express, like i have been doing for the past year. All of a sudden adobe have issues with me adding 2 audio tracks (one voice and one music) - i have only one audio on the track, as soon as i want to add the 2nd it says “You have multiple audio assets in the same location”.ALSO, i am unable to download the short. I never had any of these issues before?  

My Adobe Express App on my iPhone will not let me open saved projects or create new ones. Each time I try the screen just loads and loads and nothing happens. The desktop app seems to be fine but I noticed I can't copy and paste there anymore and buttons like "duplicate" are missing.Whats going on with Adobe Express?

I’ve been creating a lot of social graphics and quick designs in Adobe Express recently, and while the editing experience is smooth, I’ve noticed that exported images sometimes look slightly softer or lower-quality compared to how they appear inside the editor. I cannot seem to download PDF versions of my project. PNG and JPG are working just fine, but PDF will get to 90% and stop. It never finishes downloading.

Will we see an Multi Select: all, adjust selected group clip duration, auto adjust clip duration to BPM of attached audio or custom bpm

I have subscribed it today following the name ADOBE. But there was nothing as special as they propose. In real world, Google gemini, Meta Ai, Arena Ai are doing thousand times better Ai job and unlimited for everyday day than adobe. Adobe sucks……. really  [abuse removed by moderator]

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem belegten Speicherplatz in der Cloud. 

Ich habe im Abo 100 GB abonniert. In der Adobe Cloud App wir mir eine Belegung von 148 GB von 100 GB angezeigt. Dadurch kann ich auf Express keine Daten mehr speichern.
Ich habe den Speicherplatz aber nicht belegt. Ich habe alle Quellen geprüft die mir von Adobe Service gesagt wurden, also: https://assets.adobe.com/ https://lightroom.adobe.com/ https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ https://www.adobe.com/express/

 ich habe alle Papierkörbe gelöscht, wie von Adobe angewiesen! ich und kann ca. 6 GB finden. Wenn ich Lightroom CC benutze wird mir eine Cloud Belegung von 6 GB von 100 GB angezeigt.

 Ein Adobe Mitarbeiter hat sich remote auf meinem Macbook eingeloggt und alles überprüft und auch keine Daten gefunden die 148 GB belegen…. 
 Jetzt werde ich seit 2 Wochen vom Adobe Service immer wieder hingehalten und man sagt mir, dass ich 1-2 Tage warten soll.

 Hat jemand das selbe Problem?

Hello!I have created three vacation webpages containing many photos and texts with Adobe Express and I have a question that I have not been able to find in any search.  Can I save my webpages to my computer as I would a picture?  I have the links but I would like to save the full webpages directly to my computer just in case I lose it on Adobe Express.  Thanks!Paula Brown

A month or so ago, I could drag and drop an image into Express and basically start working on the intended project. Now, I have to upload it from my computer or where ever. Please bring back the drag and drop function.CheersNate

Many of the faculty at our university are interested in creating a narrated video lecture in Express based on the PowerPoint slides that are uploaded to Express. Currently, this process is not an easy one since the PowerPoint slides are recognized in Express as a Presentation as opposed to a Video. Are there any plans at Adobe to make this process less cumbersome?

Is there a way to know if a template is mobile optimized, or is there a mobile emulator to see how a design will look on that device?

So I spent all day working on a class project, went to download it, now all of my work is gone. PLEASE tell me how to recover it! I thought Adobe auto saved? 

Hello!  I am trying to use the bulk create & generate add on, but we want to be able to remove background on some of the images that will be uploaded from the CSV file.  Is there a way to do that within the template at a bulk level?  Or any images that need background removed, do i have to individually press the remove background button.  Thanks!

Hi guys, I hope you can help me.  I am working in a shared document in Adobe Express using corporate fonts. Now when I want to edit certain text areas, I'm being asked to upload the fonts first. I bought licenses for those fonts used there... (Brix Sans Bold and Brix Sans Regular) It is a desktop license though and I am not sure,  if the error message is coming over and over again because I need a web license instead.  I followed the steps as described in other posts here in the support. Also I checked my Creative Cloud App, if the fonts are uploaded there. But all I am getting is these error messages. I will share the screenshots here too. I hope somebody can give me advice what I can do to solve this. Thanks so much in advance!

This is more of an Feature request, but if someone has a good solution to this problem please, tell it.Alright. So. First of all, I think that the possibility to convert images into vector files is an excellent Quick Edit feature. It really helps to use Express as an “One for All Media Purposes” platform. Here is the problem.i want to create SVG from an image in such an way, that it is transparent on the background. Logical (and easiest) solution would be, that PNG with transparency could be converted into SVG without background.This is a really important feature for businesses that want to use their logo in Express. Further more. One main reason to use vector shapes is to be able to mix them easily with images and colored backgrounds. This is not possible with a black (or white) background.Easiest way to add this feature would be so, that transparency would be saved from PNG image when Converting to SVG.

On January 24, 2026, I worked on an Adobe Express Web presentation between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. During this time, I made multiple edits and created several new slides, significantly advancing the project. When I accessed the presentation today, I found that only five slides were available, and most of the work completed on January 24 was missing. Although the version history in Adobe Express only shows the last saved version dated January 23, the browser navigation history on my computer confirms multiple access sessions to Adobe Express on January 24, within the stated time frame. This indicates that the work was actively performed, but the changes made on January 24 were not properly saved or reflected in the version history, resulting in the loss of nearly all progress from that day.

SVG conversion is a great add on in Adobe Express. But it´s lacking one crusial feature. The possibility to convert Vectors so, that have transparent backgound. The easiest way to creat such an conversion is to have ability to keep transparency in .PNG format. This way all those nasty png logo files could be easily converted to scalabe format. If you really want to make this tool shine, add the possibility to save conversion directy to Brand (or Library), this without downloading the file and uploading it again.

Whenever I upload a vertical video to adobe express, it's automatically stretched horizontally, even though the video itself is vertical (9:16). I've already tried resizing the page to vertical orientation, but that doesn't work since the video will still upload stretched. How do I fix this? I've uploaded screenshots of what the original video looks like (the correct aspect ratio) and how it changes once uploaded to Adobe Express (the wrong way).
