I tried to upgrade to Adobe Pro, using the 7 day free trial. I waited over an hour for the upgrade to activate and it never did. So, I canceled the free trial. Your product doesn;t work and is way too expensive. It's a shame becuase you seem to have a monopoly on this kind of software. I need to be able to edit a PDF and I can't becua the upgrade never installed. ANd I tried everything your website suggested; unistalled, used the cleaner too, etc. Nothing worked! Very dissatisfied!

I’ve been designing a few graphics for my fast food review blog, including one on the Burger King breakfast menu. I used Adobe Express for a quick mobile-friendly flyer, loved the templates but struggled with font contrast. Has anyone found a font that works well for this type of food blog themes? Something modern and tasty-looking?

When creating social media posts And stories the embedded link does not work once it's posted. it's working from the creation on Adobe Express but once posted it's not working.

Goodstack is a nightmare!I work in the non-profit world with multiple organizations and I've been using AdobeExpress since it's launch and LOVE this platform!!  Abobe has been so gracious to provide product subscription grants to non-profits through Techsoup, which has been a game changer for the small non-profits I work with.  The recent change from grant administration from Techsoup to Goodstack, to say frustrating is an understatement.  The organization approval process is rediculous and then they require some employees to provide proof of employment and others not.  They're arbitraily saying that the organization is not eligible, eventhough it's already been approved.  I work for a small non-profit that needs 2 subscriptions.  We provide grants to colleges  to start prorams for students with intellectual disabilties and provide scholarships to students with intellectual disabilites to attend those programs.  This is the response I received:&n

Where can I find my lightroom photos if I am generating a Web page with Adobe Express? For all the other possible projects flyer, photbook, instagram, presentation ...... I can find my Lightroom Photo but not if I want to create a Web page.Can this be, that it is not possible?And if I am uploading photos, where do they go? Can see these uploaded photos somewhere?

For some reason, whenever I try to upload images from my computer, I get a broken file (gray outline with error icon). Anyone else having this issue? Know what's going on?

I've tried this in different browsers and Express is creating a new file every time I click on an existing file. It will have the existing artwork in the new file but it's not sized properly and the document is "Untitled - [Today's date at time]."  Anyone else having this issue?

Hello community, I’ve been through many threads and searched YouTube etc. – couldn’t resolve my issue: I am creating a video (Insta Reel), containing a number of clips in sequence. All clips are connected with transitions.So far so good: I would now like to add a company logo in the top left/right corner to be displayed PERMANENTLY over the entire video, in the exact same way as a background music would continue running – WITHOUT the transitions affecting this. Meaning, the logo would always be shown in the same place while the clips would change normally underneath is. Is there a way to do this? Many thanks!!!

Hi,I've opened a new Webpage Template to create a photo story, but when I try to add photos there is no option to access my Lightroom photos that have been synced with the cloud, I can only upload from device or generate image. When I look in "Your Stuff" I can see my LR folders that have been synced with the cloud. What am I missing? Thanks!

Idea submission: Undo the most recent update.     The "Media", "Elements", and "Charts and Grids" are now under an "Add Content" button instead of just being on the side bar where they used to be. When I want to add an image to my flyer, WHY would I want to click add content > media every time I want to add media instead of being able to easily add media?? Why is there now another step everytime I want to add a design element? In what world would I, a user, want the user experience to take longer than it used to?   "File name" is no longer in the top bar where I can easily read what I named the file. I now have to click the down arrow to see/edit the file name. Again, why add another step? What used to be one step is now two, but in an extra inconvient way because it doesn't even show me what the current file name is unless I click it.   Continuing with the theme of adding another step where there didn't used to be one; to change the background of

Adobe Express did not remove all the background of my video. I did not see an option to manually remove and object or to retry removing the background. How can I resolve this issue? 

Good dayLoving much of Adobe Express, including the available music tracks that can be added. There is just one things which frustrates me endlessly. If one makes a search request for all the sections of the music library, the first results are reams of Sound Effects. Quite often that is simply not required. I would like to get results from the entire library at times (a good way to discover new items) BUT I do not want these heaps of Sound Effects when I don't need them! Is there a way to temporarily disable Sound Effects? That would be such a help!  Anyone, please.  

Hola.He leído todos los hilos acerca de éste problema en la comunidad y aún no se ha solucionado, pienso que es un error que deben arreglar cuanto antes. 1- Inserto una imagen a mí proyecto2- Le quito el fondo con la herramienta color de fondo > sin color de fondo (no fill)3- al guardar la imagen selecciono la opción: Formato de archivo > PNG Transparente4- la imagen se descarga y se guarda correctamente5- al momento de usar la imagen "sin fondo", me doy cuenta de que en realidad tiene un FONDO BLANCO. En vez de guardarse sin fondo, se guarda con un fondo blanco Éste problema se presenta en las siguientes aplicaciones para móvil: - Adobe Express versión 8.27.0 (455)- Adobe Express (Beta) versión 24.6.0 beta Espero que se solucione Pronto. I'm a new user to Express.  I've designed an A5 flyer and want to add bleed and trim, but I'm totally confused. No matter what I try I can't get my PDF download to show a background that fills the bleed area. Do I keep the size as A5 (148x210mm) or expand it to add 3mm all round?I've tried adding Margins and Bleed, which shows on screen but doesn't work on download, even though I've selected them in download settings.I've tried using the Print Preparation Add On, which adds the margins but still doesn't show on PDF.What am I doing wrong? Help! 

Both of my browsers are in light mode.  Windows 11 is in light mode.  Adobe Express is stuck in dark mode and I can't read the text (everything has not switched properly). I have gone to the settings where my icon picture is and see only 4 choices, none for the theme.  How do I switch the theme so that I can read the page?  Thank you.
