Hello,Is there any way can I select on my own what Adobe Fonts I would like to use on my brand? Because right now the only way I can add a custom font is by uploading it from my PC, but I would like to select my font family from Adobe Fonts.I think this bug should be fixed by now since the same problem was also in Spark.

When I download my poster that I am designing in Creative Cloud Express it crops the poster causing a long black bar to go across the entire bottom and on the right hand side. It is doing this in the free version as well as the paid version. I have tried to redo the project from square 1 but it continues to do the same. I tried different sizes of the poster and it doesn't change - just keeps doing the same cropping with the black bars. Photo of what I am talking about is attached. 

Adobe Spark has changed.  What happened to the slideshow feature?  I cannot find the slideshow templates anywhere.  I am an educator.  Slideshow was the only feature I used in the classroom!  Help please!

As the title says, I really need one of these saved projects but the file will not open. I can't download it either.When I open it I just get the loading circle.I've tried clearing my cache, opening in mobile, opening in incognito but this will not fix the error.Please help!

I have been trying to access my previous spark posts/projects since this new creative cloud express has come into place and I cannot open any file on my destktop.  I have looked at previous posts such as Troubleshooting: Previous Projects not opening in Creative Cloud Express and I have deleted my cache, logged in via my mobile and opened the project incognitio mode and I still cannot edit my file. I have attatched a photo of the issue I am having; it just loads foreverI also cannot start a new post.  Any help would be much appericated.  

I am new to Creative Cloud Express but not to Adobe products in general.  I created a project for email distribution using size dimensions 600w x 650h.   Resolution looks great while creating.  When I download as jpg or png image the resolution is diminished considerably.  Is there a setting I am missing when setting up project?  (similar to Photoshop 72, 180, 300 for example).

Adobe fonts will show this screen every time I try to lookup a font (see attached) I can't even type something common in the search bar such as Arial. I've already reach out to Adobes' IT department, they suggested I remove this product then re-add it to the account like normal, and it should fix the issue, but never did. Has anyone else experinced this issue?

It worked on December 22 on my Win 7 / Firefox PC and network. It has not worked since (OVER A WEEK -- UNACCEPTABLE). Is there a way to escalate this to a team that actually fix the problem? Maybe the team that caused it to begin with?   Clearing the cache and opening in incognito doesn't fix this situation?   The PC version still does not open a project in Win 7 running Firefox. The PC version still does not open a project in Win 10 running Chrome. The PC version still does not open a project after logging into Mobile, syncing, logging out, clearing cache / cookies on PC The PC version still does not open a project in Incognito in Windows 10 mode The PC version still does not open a project in Private Window in Windows 7 The PC version still does not open a NEW project created yesterday   So, let’s see if there’s something you can do on your end to fix the problem. It appears that the migration from Spark to ACE was not successful and/or my files are corrupted.  

When using very large images, the size and positioning of the image is buggy. Scaling the image down fixes the issue, but it would be useful if an alert is displayed when trying to use an image that's too large. Or even better, fix the issue with large images.

I can't replace photos on any of my existing projects. When I click the image and hit "replace" I get a Service Error message. No matter how many times I reload, I get the same error. And, I honestly don't even need an Adobe Stock photo. I have my own image I want to uplate, but I can't get past this error to do it. Please help. 

I have a project that I would like to imitate however I am not sure what template was used. A) is it possible to find out the template and b) is it possible to open this project (other than someone inviting me to be an editor) in my own CC to make a copy and then work from this?  Here is the project        

HiIs there a way to edit the text that appears in the browser tab? I worked on a CC Express project in iterations and now want to remove the 'V11' that appears after the project name in the tab. I've tried renaming the project / file and republishing but it doesn't change.Thanks

The app logged me out and when I logged back in, all my projects were gone. This was months worth of work. What can I do to retrieve them?

Is it possible to upload a presentation that was made in the paid edition to your own paid edition to edit?  Someone else made the presentation but I'd rather make edits myself.

Hi. I have upgraded to premium via IOS over App Store. Is it not possible to use CC Express on my PC browser?

Since the latest update, something has changed about how embedded videos work in Webpage projects. On a PC, it used to be that clicking on a video brought up a pop-up with an "Edit" and "Delete" option. To actually play the video, you had to "Preview" your page first. After the update, clicking on the video just plays the video even in editing mode. So how on earth do you Edit or Delete it now?

I click accept and it shows loading, then returns to Accept or Decline as if i never clicked Accept.  Help!

Is there an option to add mulitple languages to a website in Adobe Express? If not, is this a feature that will be added later on? Would be very helpful if I were to use express to make a website. If not, I would have to make 2 different websites that are exactly the same just in a different language, and that is a lot more work and very ineffective.  Thank you!

How do I create a password protected web page in Creative Cloud? It was easy to do it in Spark, but now I don't see this option.

I was browsing the features and whatnot, and this caught my attention. I'm sure this isn't the proper forum, but it was the closest I could find for support/service. Which is a better quality image, and why would Adobe phrase this in such a confusing manner?

In Adobe Spark Post there was an option for free stock photos to use and another for paid stock photos to license. Now they are all lumped together so you have to sift through dozens of paid photos before finding a free one to use. There's not even an option to sort by free. I don't want to have to use the website to get free stock photos and then import them into the app. It adds extra steps and time and is tedious. I tried to complain to a chat person, but they said they don't take complaints for their mobile apps. Does anyone have a decent workaround?

Hello, tha animation option is really cool for Instagram and Facebook stories, but too short for this. The animations just take 3 or 4 seconds, is posible to change duration? If won't, please consider to add this option, I think CC Express is a good app but just need a few option to be a professional app.
