Questions

While using CC Express on ipads, a few students had projects disappear mid-editing.  They'd go to select something within the edit tools, then when they'd click done, their projects were gone.  Thoughts?  I have some reservations about recommending this tool to teachers and their students if this is an ongoing issue, though I have used Spark for years.  Thanks for any insight.

I have the complete license for Creative Cloud. Everything was ok until the last update of CC express. I can't access to adobe stock photos. What's happen ? It was ok yesterday and now not. Hope this is a mistake because it will be very unfair to ask consumer who payed the premium creative cloud to pay again. That is not on the contract term...  

I would like to be able to slow down the typewriter effect. Right now it's moving at about 20 characters per second. I'd be happy with a choice of 5, 10 or 20 characters per second

I am having the same issue in CCE as I did in Spark: when i animate some text (a headline) and the rest of the text loads the very last part of the final letter is cut in half... as seen below on the .co.uk bit.  The K is split or half obscured.  I have tried changing the font to a less bold one and also adjusting the font size but it is still splitting the last letter... I have tried with image/without and it doesn't make any difference.  Seems to be an rendering issue, perhaps?  

Hi, the way magnetic guide works is bizzarre: sometimes it's ok other times no or the guides just lack. this happens in different situations, not only in the example attached. noticed even about group of text: the middle guide relative to the group itself appears but not the one showing the center of the whole image

I think this is the right place for Adobe Spark questions, if not sorry. I have two issues. First, it appears that Spark doesn't support HEIC files? Is this true? More than two years after them being common still no support?   Second, I support a school and several of my students have gotten this message: Bad ConnectionSorry, we are unable to connect to our servers. Please visit this article to check that access is allowed to all required domains, then try again.Error: E_FETCH_MUSICDomain: cc-api-storage-creativesek.adobe.io We have tried it on machines with no firewall outside of school and error persists, so I don't think it is a blocking policy. It seems like maybe a corrupt project. There is no ability to access the project at all. Anyone seen similar? Thanks.

Granted, using spark on a laptop not iOS but I don't see a separate spark board.  Tried on different laptops netting the same result.  Waiting for the page to load and nothing.  My internet is fine. Wondering if its back end issue or an udpated I didn't notice.  Help appreciated. 

Announcement made it seem like everthing new is included but then seemed to imply it requires a new license.  What's added, subtracted, changed in my plan? Not paying for anything new. Web tools added?  Desktop?  Mobile?   "Creative Cloud + random product names" is ridiculous branding for existing CC Photo users Sounds like a trick to force upgrades.  If not, learn to use clear, simple english instead of marketing speak.   Mod note: changed your title slightly for search purposes. Today when i opened the Creative Cloud Express app in both Windows Edge & Google Chrome, my anti-virus web browser plug-in highlighted this site as suspicious which i have never experienced before, including when i was using the tool yesterday.  I proceeded to the site and attempted to download multiple graphics that i was working on yesterday. All of these files were blocked by my anti-virus software and flagged the file as containing a virus or an unwanted program so i am reluctant to download any further files from the Creative Cloud Express online tool.  Has anyone esle experienced this issue ? Has the site been compromised ? 

After the new update when i chose the design the app close and say no net connection This is very annoying fix this issue

Hi,I created a project yesterday and with the switch over from Spark to Express, today some of projects won't duplicate and others will. Is there a quick fix for this?

after the update, I can't open any of my projects, it gives an error and I can't move, nor open the project

SparkPost has been my best friend in the isolation of the pandemic, I love it. I'm just confused about pictures. I just opened Creative Cloud Express & I'm not finding the free pictures except a few in among stock photos that are premium. Why do I have to go through a lot of pictures I don't have access to and how much do I have to pay for access to them? 

After the Adobe Spark Update, I can't find our typical fond "Myriad Hebrew Bold". Do you have the same problem? How can I use it again? Greetings

When trying to add text to a project...the text box is not popping up, just the text "search". So currently adding my own text is only an option if I duplicate something I've already got and then changing it. Changing the color on the text is currently not an option either. The color will change in the editing box, but not on the project. 

Hello,can you animate both text and photo in a post or do you have to pick one or the other?

I have updated to creative cloud. When I select an existing my project that is branded, it says I have to update to use branding. I have updated. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the same thing happens.

Over the last 24 hours (I assume with the migration to Creative Cloud Express?), I have intermittently been unable to edit or duplicate projects due to network error. The pop-up message when a project fails to load provides a link to "contact support" but I am unable to click that link, or copy the information the error message asks to include in the report.  FWIW: I am using Google Chrome, and when I tried to use Firefox, the issue seemed to resolve, but since the problem is intermittent, I do not know if it's specifically a Chrome-related issue. I've included the photo of the error message I recieved.

Hi, I'm trying to open my adobe spark page that I created for a project at school, but nothing is happening. I see the creative cloud logo changing colours, but nothing else. Usually the page opens in seconds. We tried on different computers and browsers but nothing is working. I'm kind of panicking because my whole school project is on that page. what can I do? Since the Express changeover (which happened with no warning, I might add), I find I can't duplicate projects. I have already tried clearing the cache. Is there a workaround I can use to make a copy of a project to work on? My current workflow requires this functionality.

Why is the preview image feature gone when trying to design a post in Spark? I got charged for 3 images, not knowing that the feature is gone. I can't preview an image within the app anymore? 

I have a class of students who are in the middle of making a spark video.  They can login to adobe, but they get an error message wen they are trying to edit their projects.  Can you please help??  It says bad connection.  Firewall blocking spark.
