Questions

Why in the world would you change your software so drastically, by a 1000%. So everyone has to completely learn a new app & and editing tool. This is ridiculous and some of the features are just not there or impossible to find. Have to go learn a whole new system when I was literally just trying to go change a few things on a pre ious creation. Worse move ever

Found a bug in Adobe Express:Windows 10 | Browser - Chrome (upto date)Making a IG reel, mainly still images and animated text. Wanted to add audio, clicked the add audio in the timeline at the bottom. All I get is animate all. No audio options? 🤷‍♀️🙄And when I click the 'Media' option in the tool bar, the same thing happens. Animate all is the only option I get. No Adobe Stock images, videos or audio options 

I'm just finishing my trial period of Adobe Express. So far I've been loving it. But today [the day before I'm due to pay for a yearly subscription], everything disappeared. I didn't delete them. One minute they were there and I was working in files, the next minute every single one of them just disappeared. After awhile they were back, then gone, then back and now gone. Can I expect that this is how this program/app is going to work? That's unexceptable.

I'd like to be able to organize branded templates that our marketing team makes available to the instititution. Ideally, we could categorize templates by type so users looking for poster could skip directly to those templates without sifting through all templates.  Currently, we've created a brand for each template type and link directly to each "brand" from our Sharepoint site. I'd prefer to have all templates under one brand with specified categories. Has anyone come up with a workaround?

Hi  I tried to zoom in on my work-space with the short command Ctrl - c as in other adobe software. Then this happend and I cant get back. I would appreiciate if anyone can help me.Thanks   

Good Morning,    I noticed I do not have a "download" button available on my adobe express project- only a "share" button. Any idea why I cannot download?   Thanks, Matt 

I cannot export multiple pages anyone on the adobe express app on the phone. I used to be able to now i can't. At 1st of was exporting out of order. Now it's not exporting multiple pages at all. The only workaround is to download multiple to my phone then exporting.It's a tedious process when it was easier to exporting straight to Instagram.  Help anyone? 

Hi there! I've uploaded fonts in the past directly through Adobe Express (not through ACC) and had no issues. In this case the .ttf file shows in the preview as green and the font colour cannot be changed whatsoever. It's 14.25mb large and has no other issues with effects and sizing other than the default colour and the inability to change the colour. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks!

We use Adobe for business and have a team administration. Adobe Spark Pages were created for customers with user “A” a long time ago. User “A” is now on parental leave and an account has been created with user “B” for the replacement. Since licenses must be assigned to a person. User “A” was therefore deactivated. Now the Spark Pages dosnt work anymore. We were asked whether the data should be retained. I answered yes to this. I no longer remember whether I specified a user specifically. According to customer support, the data should then end up with the contractual partner. I can't find any Spark Pages there, but I also don't know where exactly to look for them. Does this cloud data transfer also affect the Spark Pages? And if so, where can I find the data, if not, can I still access the Spark Pages with a deactivated user? And how can I transfer them to another user?

Hi, I am trying to have my file printed! Do I move it to project in order to sent to the cart? Or What am I doing wrong. I can not find any buttons to send to cart for print. I went to the resize, selected what I needed hit print and nothing happened. Please Help 

Hi Is there anyway to allow the user to bold/italicise the font or make it slightly smaller and even add a hyperlink etc in an editable template where the text it locked but still editable for the user?At the moment this is a massive issue as it means leaving text blocks completely unlocked to allow for some formatting - this misses the point as then it allows users to add huge amounts of copy that the template isn't intended for. We need some flexibility when the text box is locked but editable to allow for minor formatting without having to leave it completely open.Any suggestions/solutions?

I have Express on my phone and on my laptop. On my phone it's fine - the background "page" colour is grey but on my laptop it's white. So anything white that I create (that's white) I can't figure out where the border is. I've looked in settings and tried playing with themese but cannot change it. Can anyone help please? Please see screenshots.   

Hi i own a digital agency, there are 2 people in my company that work for the client, we both can edit the posts that are scheduled, change time of publishing and especially we can edit the text that is being published with it.  My client however is invited to the calendar with the permission "To-Edit" is still unable to edit it, does anyone have clients edit their posts? can I do something about it?

A few years ago I created a logo for my band in the older version of Adobe Express.  When the new version came out I converted it and it broke everything.  I tried to fix it then., but got frustrated and stopped.  Now I need to have a higher resolution version of this logo so I'm trying to fix it again.   I searched and found there used to be an option to reconvert the files, but that option doesn't appear to exist anymore.The design isn't difficult, my biggest issue is figuring out what font I used.  The font in the "converted" file is very wrong.  I've tried to search for a font match with no luck.  I have the paid version of Adobe Express, but when I created the file I had the free version.   Here is the correct Logo  Here is the converted logo  Can anyone help me identify the font?  In the converted file it uses "Amatic SC", but as I said that looks totally wrong.  Did Adobe totally change that font?&nb

Hello. I am unable to download any of my projects. I've tried as both video and GIF and keep getting the same Download failed error message. This is happening with others on my team as well.

Hi all. Trying to troubleshoot why my Adobe Express document suddenly will not download as a PDF with the correct format. Some of the font appears to be bolding itself, thereby changing the paragraph structure and causing overlap. It does not happen if I download as a png or jpeg. I've attached the correct version as a png and the incorrect version as a pdf. This document has downloaded as a pdf in the past with no issues. I just had to go in and correct some text at the bottom of the page (no where near where the issue is occurring at the top of the page), and now this. I've tried clearing cache. No dice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
