The AI does not know what a platypus is. Or how to do an image as a simple cartoon. Or how to use the colors that I requested. I don't know what the AI does, but I am not impressed and will be going elsewhere.

Hallo, ich hoffe, dass mir jemand zu diesen Thema helfen kann. Ich habe die Premium Version von Adobe Express und veröffentliche kleinere Videos auf Youtube mit Adobe Music Track. Bei einigen Songs / Titeln, die ich mir aussuche ist ein eindeutiger ID-Code für den Content:z.B. ASLC-3073C754-CD44E474F1. Diese Songs mit so einen ID Code nutze ich problemlos bei Youtube.Jetzt gibt es da aber noch viele andere Titel / Songs, die ich gerne nutzen würde. Die haben aber nur eine sogenannte: Asset-ID-Nr.: 1030253945 und keinen eindeutigen ID Code. .... Jetzt meine Frage: Kann ich diese Asset ID auch bei Youtube nutzen. Ich bin mir da sehr unsicher und würde mich sehr über eine Rückmeldung freuen. Ganz liebe Grüße Anna

Would love the ability to select multiple rectangle shapes or text boxes, and adjust the width or height of them all together. Google Slides has this feature, as does Canva of course, Figma, etc. Would save me a lot of time when adjusting layouts. Screenshot shows Express vs Canva functionality. Thanks!!

Can I use free plan of adobe express with their free elements (not marked with crown) to offer freelance services such as youtube thumnail designer and social media post designer etc? I am poor and that's why I can't pay for premium account. I don't want to get into any trouble. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Am I able to convert a youtube video to mp4 to save on a flash drive using the free version of Adobe Express?

I've updated the title of my adobe express landing page but the previous name still shows up. I fee like I might be missing something but when I go in to edit, it's updated everywhere. I republish to save the changes, etc. When I post the link to social media, the bottom of the thumbnail still has the old text. Anyone have any ideas? It should say "Fall Season coming September 15th" but still has previous info about a "Spring Season Starts in March". I can't figure out how to fix it and how it shows up on social media. 

Is anyone else frustrated and inconvenienced by this update to Express? Instead of jumping into my workflow I must spend time moving template files  here and there?  Do it or lose it, I guess. This is what Premium means. Premium interruption.

This new version of adobe express on iOS is horrible. Can't get anything done. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling membership and switching to something else. 

Adobe Express Animated Characters Internal Server Error 

I cannot load any of my files. I was editing on Adobe Express and then my computer died and now I cant access any of my previous files. It just loads and loads and then says "soemthing went wrong, please refresh Adobe Express". Eveyrhting else on express is working, it allows me to create new but not open what I was working on. I tried from multiple devices and it still isnt working :(((((

Hello everybody!I use Adobe Express on my smartphone and in the browser of my office PC. While I'm able to save and download projects from my phone, that doesn't work in the browser. I can work on my projects without any problems but when it comes to leave the project Adobe Express tells me it's not done with saving. But I can wait a lifetime and it won't finish. The little cloud-icon rotates a while and then finally shows an x.I tried to delete the cache, the cookies, I tried incognito browser and another browser. Nothing helps.  Since my phone screen is to small to work properly on some projects I really need the browser-Version as well. What can I do? (My projects made on the phone appear in "my-Stuff" in the browser, but I cant open them there.)

I have just started to us Adobe Express to add subtitles to video clips and it all seems fine when I'm creating it but when I download the clip the subtitles don't sync.  Any advice on how to fix this please.

On iPhone 13pro when exporting a project to social media or downloading to photos, audio is out of sync with video. I used a saved video out of reface app added to Express and dropped in some text (all done on iPhone). The same video from reface app uploaded directly to instagram works fine and is in sync as expected. Any ideas as to what's going on?

Hi, when I review my original video, the audio is correctly synced, but when I review the audio after having subtitles added, it is out of sync.  1. Adobe Express (Google Chrome Browser)2. Windows 103. See above4. The audio should not desync after uploading.

I am using the Web and Desktop Adobe Express .Ink app (downloaded in the last 48 hours) and trying to generate animations from voice recordings, I have the above error (Image attached below), seen it on all of the community and error affiliate threads that go back into September 2024 (although similar ones appear from way before then, surely this shouldn't take that long to fix a bug), followed all noted steps to clear the error on my part and no definitive fix. I have spoken to other students and they are still affected. This issue makes it impossible for us to submit our projects on time. Can this be rectified?

Rename the edited file, video or photo, after using the Quick Edit in Adobe Express, to differentiate the edited file from the orignal, when downloading the new file? Thanks.

I'm trying to download my document to pdf and I keep getting this error:"A network connection error occured while downloading your file. Please check your internet connection and try again." I checked my internet, restarted my computer, refreshed... nothing is working. Anyone encounter this and how can I fix. thanks!

Hello, I’ve been testing & using the web based version of Express to create Instagram carousel designs & I’d really appreciate some help with a couple of issues I’m running into. I’m designing the carousels in Adobe Illustrator, exporting them as AI files & uploading them into Express. I’ve tried creating a carousel template with a solid background colour that runs consistently across all pages. However, when I upload the final design to Instagram, I notice a slight shift in colour at the page breaks, which disrupts the seamless look I’m aiming for. I haven’t found a way to keep the colour perfectly consistent across swipes.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a recommended workflow or setting to avoid this issue?

This seems like a trivial question - but for the life of me I can't find the option to change the text colour in Adobe Express.I chose a design and the colour scheme but still want to change some text to a different colour.This is a basic design function, surely it must be there, somewhere.can anyone advise please.thanks

I have a story script and would like to leverage this to create an animated video (5-7min). How can I do this with Express (or another Adobe tool)?  

My express updated and now all of my files are gone. I'm having a hard time getting a hold of anyone at Adobe to see if I can get them back. Did this happen to anyone else?

I have two posts that are not loading. They start, then stop, and a spinning wheel appears. It also occurs on my team members' replays, so it is not something to do with my internet connection.
