It would be great if the left side with a menu stays open. currently, while clicking around your image, different menus open and close and the image jumps around as you try clicking on an area. 

Hello Adobe Community,I am a K-12 teacher in India and I'm trying to sign up for the free Adobe Express Premium for K-12 educators. Adobe's website clearly states this is available for individual teachers.I attempted to sign up using my official school email address. However, during the process, I was never prompted to upload any verification documents (like a school ID or salary slip) to confirm my K-12 teacher status.I then contacted Adobe Customer Support chat twice . Both agents were from the "enterprise team" and kept trying to direct me to fill out a "consultation form" for institutional contracts or suggested contacting a team for paid individual Creative Cloud licenses. This was frustrating as it did not address my query for individual teacher verification for the free Adobe Express Premium.For comparison, platforms like Canva for Education and GitHub Education provide clear, direct individual teacher verification processes, often involving document uploads if the email isn't s

Can I use a video created in Animate Characters (Free Adobe Express) for commercial purposes? It would be a small part of a large digital resource. Where do I find license information for similar products that I might create? Thank you.

 I continue my tales of old, hoping that someone cool enough to be in the Adobe club, will travel down to the archives, pull out some old VHS tapes and watch what Adobe has created over the decades. Why? Because Vimeo has added video "hotspots". Yes, the "Hotspot" created by Adobe in the early CS days to make web building easier in Dreamweaver. You could upload any static image, draw a box and add a link to any page. Please bring "hotspots" to Adobe Express. And yes, I will post this on the community board. I share here so if there are more votes, it can possible become a reality. General public users, I am one of you and if we all vote together, maybe it will make a difference.

I created a QR code that linked to a specific page on my website which I got printed on flyers. I think the URL for that page must of changed because now when I scan the QR code it just takes me to adobe express website.Is there a way to find out what the orginal/old URL use to be for that QR code? If I had that, I could get the website URL changed to match where the QR code use to take you.

Hi, I am having issues with some of the team I am providing branded templates for, going off and using the bespoke brand fonts to create off brand assets themselves. Is there a way to block these bespoke fonts from being used outside of approved templates?Thanks

I’m facing a serious issue. I had created a QR code using Adobe Express, which pointed to a specific Google Maps location. Unfortunately, that location has now been removed from Google Maps, so when someone scans the QR, it no longer zooms into the right spot. To make matters worse, I created the QR code before signing into my Adobe account, so it’s not available in the “My Projects” section. And I’ve already printed this QR code on an invitation card, so reprinting or editing the QR code isn’t an option right now. I’m desperately looking for a workaround—maybe a way to redirect the existing QR to a nearby correct location or somehow recover the project. Please, if anyone knows a solution or has faced something similar, I could really use the help.

Hi - I created a video using "Animate characters". instead of "recording", I selected "browse" and uploaded a mp3 file. The problem is that she sings even when there is just music - no singing. I'm a newbie and looking for suggestions to fix this.  Version 28.2.0

Hello community,I’d like to raise a point that I believe concerns many of us who use Adobe Express not just to create, but also to automate our publishing workflows (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business…).While tools like Figma, Canva Pro, Crello, and others offer direct links to . jpg or . png files that are easily usable in automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n…), Adobe Express, despite being the creative leader, only provides a link to an interactive web page. 🤔 🤔This makes things unnecessarily complicated for those of us who want to automate and stay within the Adobe ecosystem.Maybe I missed an option somewhere? Hey Adobe Express Community,As a dedicated content creator, I'm consistently running into a significant hurdle that's impacting my workflow and creativity on the platform. The current landscape of online content, especially for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, is overwhelmingly dominated by the 9:16 aspect ratio (1080 x 1920 pixels), which is ideal for full-screen vertical video content like Reels. This is the industry standard for what viewers expect and what platforms promote for optimal engagement. The challenge is that the vast majority of stock photos and videos available in our Adobe Express subscription are still predominantly in the 16:9 (widescreen) ratio. When I search for any image or video, I find that less than 10% of the available content is in the 9:16 ratio that's now essential for creating marketable, well-formatted content. This forces creators like me into a frustrating workaround: we have to leave Adobe Express, search for 9:16 stock on thir

Hi All I am wondering if there is a way to create a pool of static AI generated shots of the same avatar in various angles and with different clothing, emotions etc They will be used in a tutorial leaflet specifically for tattooing so its important to keep them the same and generate a set of images that are clearly the same character. If this cannot be done in Express then perhaps someone can offer a suggestion in another Adobe app? Thanks for reading!

I'm brand new to using Adobe Express, I just downloaded the app a few hours ago. I tried to create my very first project and the app keeps stopping me to tell me that my storage is full... When I tap the prompt to "manage" my storage it takes me to a page with nothing there, I can't delete anything because I've never created anything. How can I fix this?

vor kurzem konnte ich noch von den Dateien ein PDF erstellen lassen. Nun stoppt die Erstellung immer bei 90% und bricht dann nach einiger Zeit komplett ab.

I'm simply sharing my opinion that it's ridiculous that Adobe Express doesn't support RAW files from my iPhone. For that matter, it's also ridiculous that Adobe Express doesn't support HEIC files.

I have a Photoshop subscription, and the help page says Adobe Express Premium is included, but I cannot access features without subscribing. It is the same (my only) account. Is Adobe Express no longer included, or is this a problem I need to pursue?

Hey, I wonder if I can become an Adobe EXPRESS Contributor? I mean that I as a designer will create templates for your library, so users will be able to use them. Are there any beta version of this program? Maybe you can look at my portfolio and I can join the program... Or who makes that templates to the library?

I received a great logo design, but I'm unable to edit the project. Search videos, etc. but nothing has been effective. The design has text boxes, but not selectable to edit.   

Hi,I use Adobe express the first time for generation Linked In Banners and have some problems.Where can I upload a ase Colorpalette? I have a complex brandpalette and don't want to copy every color by hand inside Express.I uploaded a Brand font but if I try to use it on a textframe it switches every time back to Source Sans. Some textframes work but some als onot. Is the own font function buggy?Best

Adobe files section say 4GB used but I can't find any files there (other than 2 which are nowhere near 4GB), have checked the other tabs on the left of the screen (Shared with you, projects, etc) but no joy.  Does anybody know where these 4GB of files are actually stored please? 

Where is the Random Style Suggestions Wheel Generator of Adobe Spark? Has anyone found something similar. It really was worth paying for Adobe Spark. Adobe Express? Not so much. 

I would like to schedule a post with several page on Instagram thanks to the Adobe Express Content Schedule but I have a problem.  I have imported my different pictures for my caroussel. In preview mode, I have my caroussel who works perfectly. But, when my post is published on Instagram, I have a problem : only the first page of my carousel is published. The other pages have disappeared.  How can I solve this problem ? Thanks in advance for your anser 🙂  

Can I use Adobe fonts to make word stickers without using any other graphic? For example words like 'cupcake', 'donut', 'chocolate' etc where each word (containing several letters) is made as a single sticker. If someone knows the answer, then please explain in detail. It would be very helpful for me. Thank you!
