Questions

I created a brand to share with my communications team. It has logos, colors, fonts, templates, and graphics.  I'd love it if the templates they select to make new creations were then saved into that brand so we could work together without having to share a link. Is it possible to have team work spaces within a brand instead of the new creation being saved to their private adobe express "my stuff"? Is this something that is in the works? (I hope so!) Thank you for your help!

I just cancelled a 14 day free trial before I was charged and all of a sudden my 'storage is full' and no matter what I do to delete old projects it won't let me create anything new because it's 'still full' which is ridiculous! Feels like I'm being punished for cancelling the trial. There are other video editing tools out there you know! Canva is very good. Much easier to edit videos as it has haptics so it's easy to know where I'm editing in the video. Better than Adobe but a bit more complicated to use but I'll get there. 

I wanted to know if I can use PNG files which I downloaded from Adobe Express in other non-Adobe platforms for futher editing and making videos for use on social media.  

This is the first time I haven't been able to download my Instagram reel. It's my first time doing a reel around 45 sec, I usually do reels around 30-35 sec. I keep getting the same error message: "Download failed. An error occured while downloading your file. Try again."  I even tried downloading it on my iPhone and it won't do it there either. I've deleted my cache, restarted the app and still no luck. This is really interrupting my work. Any suggestions? 

Emojis are not displaying in text when placed in. Adobe Express should support this, there is currently no compatability to place emojis in as text.

I have a problem to get the font Scale VF into Adobe Express.See picture below, just a warning triangle in the corner when I choose this font. Can you please help me? It works in all the other Adobe programs... 

Hello Community, My company has created a new Adobe account with a new license for me, which means that my existing Adobe Express projects can no longer be found in Adobe Express. In order to save the projects, we saved all data locally before the account and license migration, so I have the projects as EXPRESS files.Unfortunately, I can't find a way to import these files into Adobe Express, because it doesn't open the EXPRESS files via the import functions, i.e. neither via “Upload media” nor “Import from other applications”. Can anyone help me to import the files? Surely there must be a way to import these files, which come directly from Adobe Express, back into Adobe Express? Otherwise all my projects would unfortunately be lost... Thank you very much for your help! Best regardsStefan

I have license for adobe creative cloud and I am not able to add add-ons in adobe express, these are unavailable and say contact your administrator. Can anybody help me where should I contact?

Hi all,I've just created a QR code for my businesses' website in Adobe Express. There are a number of WR generators online that expire after a set amount of time... Is this the same on Adobe Express? Or will the QR code exist forever? Happy to pay for a QR code if necessary, but don't want to print this particular one and put it up on billboards if it is going to expire!  Thank you,Sarah

I bought a Premiere subscription to Adobe Express, and have been editing without problems for weeks until now.  I'm able to open the app and start to play my timeline but it freezes with a page unresponsive aw, snap message.  I've already tried: Updating Chrome, installing a mac system update, several shut downs, restarts, disabling extensions, deleting browsing and cache files, restarting my modem, freed up memory on my computer.  I'm upset that I don't have anyone I can call even though I'm paying for this service.  I work for a social justice campaign and on a deadline, so any support would be great?

All my work was deleted by Adobe Express.  Not happy with Adobe!!!!!

When using the Erase / Restore function for images, I use a drawing pad but the pop up menu for copy, paste, replace, etc. pops up and blocks me from seeing what I am editing. How to make that go away? I'm using a wacom tablet.

I have created a video using different photos, videos, elements and audio. It is about 3 min long and I can't download the file as mp4. I have also tried uploading it to Google Drive or Dropbox but that doesn't work either. I am currently in my premium trial month, I see no errors for licensed elements. I have also tried emptying my browser chache, different browers and different devices. But the download bar always stops at 61% and then shows the error "Download Failed. An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again."Does anyone have an idea why I just can't download my project?Thanks!

The exact same issue has happened with me in terms of quality of the generated text. I have re opended a file needing to alter the generated text and the quality is significantly worse. It isn't generating the same style even though I am using the same prompt.

Yesterday I have deleted 4 very old projects in Adobe Express (Webpages), and I also deleted them in the paperbin in the cloud. So they are really gone, and I have no access to them anymore. But all of them are still accessible with the original link! How can this be? How long does it take to finally delete them.Before I deleted them I tried to remove the public access, this doesn't work.So I deleted them, this doesn't work either. Any ideas? 

I am paying $19.99 a month for an Acrobat Pro subscription and I can't even access photos in Adobe Express because they are all Premier!  Tonight I was locked out of a document I was designing, which is not cool.  I am being offered a free 30 day subscription, after which the cost will be $9.99 a month.  This doesn't make sense when I already have a subscription in which I'm paying $19.99 a month.  Previously, I had a higher priced subscription and had access to programs like PhotoShop that I didn't need and were taking up too much space on my computer.  I switched over to the Acrobat Pro subscription in January and had no problems with Adobe Express until now.  All I need is Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Express; what plan do I need to have full access to both of these programs?

I have been trying to finish my Adobe Webpage but it doesn't seem to be saving my work. It will save some, but not all. I have redone it now 5 times and I'm getting ticked off. I have a cloud icon with white "refreshing" fixed arrows on it. I assume it's got the arrows on there because it is SLOWLY uploading my work to the cloud? I'm afraid to shut my computer down because I don't know if it will upload my webpage to the cloud and save my work. Anyone have this happen to them? This is a first for me - using it since May and haven't had many problems. No problems uploading it to the cloud before, that I know of anyway. I don't know how else to save my work. If I close Express, will it continue to load my project or will it lose most of my project for the 5th time? Getting annoyed and frustrated!

I have created several bits of artwork in a project I have set up. I now can't access the files, I am logged in correctly and have cleared cache, restarted, tried in 2 browsers. Nothing is working, any ideas?

Dear Adobe Team, when will an update for Adobe Express be available so that we can finally work with reference lines and grids? It's really a pain in the a%& to work without them in Adobe Express. You have them on almost every other Adobe program, and other comparable platforms manage it, after all... Thank you!
