Hi Adobe, I used the following prompt to create a flyer  "Make a flyer for my Indian restaurant in Sydney for mothers Day" The result was very generic and mediocre. Feels like using a very old template. Since you have access to so much data already please use those to be more creative. Midjourney is giving better results you could collabore with them. 

Hello - I made a presentation (Web Page) in Adobe Spark / express and would like to insert a moving graphic (organization chart).I made the animated graphic in Photoshop and saved it as a GIF. In Adobe Spark / express, I cannot select a GIF for "Upload photo". I don't want to include a video but an animated GIF. I tried Adobe Portfolio briefly, there I can upload this GIF. What can I do?

Hello, I have an iPhone 15 pro max and I’m trying to upload a 4k video file onto the app from an external ssd via thunderbolt 4 cable. However, unlike when I connect it to my pc, I can’t find the file when I browse. This is what I ran into when I shot with the 4k pro res settings in video on my iPhone, shot directly onto the external ssd from the iPhone. Is it possible to upload these files or must I use a computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I'm on a Mac using the desktop web app. I just created a 1080x1080 instagram post using some shapes from illustrator and native text and the text is blurry and jagged on exported file. I tried importing outlined text from illustrator as a png and it's blurry too. I've attached a screenshot of the one using native text. Help!!    

Hi guys, I'm new to using Adobe Express and I would like to animate photos so that they appear as panning & zooming videos for an Instagram reel.The In & Out animation is clear, but how do you prevent the fade-in... so a photo is simply shown panning across the screen? Thanks for your help

When I try to remove the background in a video, it gives me the following Remove background is supported for video under 2 minutes. Please try again with a different media. Is it limited or do I have to purchase more than the basic package?

When I'm using express and trying to use add-on like google images or title pro, they all say unavailble. I am on a MAC.

Spark page is and has been a very useful tool. I can use it on my old iPad but there is no way of downloading it on the latest iPad. It's been promised to work on adobe express but after looking through Express it doesn't seem possible to access Spark page for creating web pages there.. It would be great to have an update about how to access it on Adobe Express. This software is useful in education for presentations etc it should be made available for newer devices. Here's the link where the last info on Spark page was published on  18 Apr 2024: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/express/kb/adobe-spark-video-page-included-adobe-express.html

Is there a better way to organise numerous templates inside a brand kit within Adobe Express online other than then all floating loose, there doesn't seem to be an option to add folders to organise them or view as a list to name them in groups etc and the more I add the messier its getting for the end users who are all complaining to me

Today Adobe Express is not responding. It does not permit to DOWNLOAD, SHARE, POST .Also it does not sync between devices.PLEASE HELP!! 

Hi all, I'm having so much trouble with creating a label for my partners business. I'm using a black background and every time I print it it has a blue tone to it. If I just print a "black square" it prints black. Same with another editor app...  I'm totally at a loss, can anyone help me please? 

my professor asked us to create a video using express. I have created my video and it has 6 different pages with voice narration on each of them. however I cannot get the video to save as one file. It will only download as six individual files. How do I fix this? 

Adobe Express have been great with my limited time schedule to build 16X9 or wide screen displays with motivational messages assigned to images. Express had a great tool for replacing images for these Wide Screen so, where is it in the new Adobe Express, I have very little time to look through a instructional video to search what happened to Replace Image on the NEW ADOBE EXPRESS? Why move this operation? It allowed me to quickly search through subject topics to find that image to replace as I had to quickly assemble the photo, message to build an assortment of inspiring message to post on screens--.

I can't get a single moving sticker. It was there earlier on Spark Post but now in CC express it just has a blank space. 😒

I used Adobe Express every day for years to do my instagram post layouts. It was fast, easy and while it had a few hiccups and limitations it was simple to use and perfectly suited for my needs. The new version takes what used to be a simple process. that took 30 seconds maximum and now it can take me half an hour to design a single post. Not to mention the clunky and slow interface. This is going to be disastrous for me as I was so reliant on daily use of this app.  I just want. the old version, not this bootleg Canva. Is there a way to restore the old version on an iphone? Thx

My students were creating presentations in Adobe Express and we usually include voice overs. However, the voice over option that is found in "media-audi" has disappered for some students. We tried making a copy of their presentations and even starting a new one, but still doesn't show up!
