New to adobe connectors.Trying to sign a document with some data from sharepoint list. Get following error when flow runs. "PERMISSION_DENIED","message":"You can only request signatures using workflows." Ive added "start and wait for an approval" doc is approved but still get errorAny ideas?
Hi - I am trying to enable hybrid signature workflows for my team.We have acrobat pro so surely we have this capability as this includes adobe sign as a service. I cannot find anywhere to enable this capability, nor adjust any other settings for adobe sign. I have changed my product role in acrobat pro to acrobat sign acount admin.

HiRecently, we have noticed that the date and time of signature (usually appearing in blue) as stopped appearing under the Siganature field. Why is this? We need these dates to be showing as in some instances the documents may take a few days for all parties to sign. Thanks
Just installed Adobe Sign add-on on a SharePoint. Sign options show up on contextual menu, but if I send a file for signatura, new winddow with url https://sharepointonline.echosign.com/XXXX opens but or it get stuck on a loadin loop or it answer with error "Adobe Sign login has expeired. Please contact your Adobe Sign account asministratot lo login again"I am using user with same email on Adobe Sign Admin website and on SharePoint. Any idea?
I am trying to sign a document that is web based for my job, when i hit the button to sign it, it opens a page saying I need adobe 8 or higher before I can view the document. I have acrobat pro for Mac. any advise?

Please provide me some assistance with this issue. I have a document that is being held up with one of the signatories in their legal department. I would like to pass this person and let the rest of the que sign the document while this one signatory continues to wait. The document went out for signature in December and this one person I am trying to skip (because the default was on in order for signature and I missed that when I set it up or else I would have sent it any order) and they have had the document since Jan 9th. In all my research I have seen that:There is no way to change the order of signature after the first person has signed the document.Not sure why you cannot have that function it does not change the document at all just the signature flow.There appears to be no way to skip a person, without the ability to do the above option, skipping someone would be a nice function to have. Hi In our company, when trying to sign a PDF and using the mobile method (Use your mobile device to easily draw or capture your signature. A link will be sent to you mobile device via text) an SMS is only received 1 out of 10 (or more) tries on the Belgian Proximus network. When I try this on another mobile network (Telenet) it works every time.When using a Telenet number (which is working every time) the sender's number is always a short number (like 8128).On the Proximus network (that only works once out of 10) the sender's number is +447873077777. I reached out to Proximus and they told us it might be a problem with the used SMS Route. Do you have an ideae what could wause this? Kind regards
Hi all,its easy to edit a web form - you can add or change fields, hit save and voila, you’re done.BUT, how can I edit the recipients of an existing web form?I’d like to change the email of my approver. Do I need to remake the form(s) from scratch?If that’s the case, I could use a group as the recipient / approver and then manage recipients by managing the group. Oh wait, that feature doesn’t seem to be present for Web Forms either!?These features seem to be easy for agreements but missing for web forms? Can anyone help or confirm this?Thanks all.
We have webforms that require two signatures. Is there a way for one signer to forward to second signer to complete form? Would appreciate any thoughts... we now have incomplete requied forms from hundreds off Members. It's only going to get worse until we come up with a solution. I am using a form on our website that sends users to a webform with url parameters that fills out the webform with defualt values. There is logic on the website for the user to add a second user's info that also gets transferred to the web form. My question is how can I get the webform to be sent to the second signer after the first signer goes thruogh the process and signs the Adobe Web Form? Initially when making the webform I see the part where you can add other signers or approvers, however, we do not know the second signer's email address till the first signer inputs it into the website and it gets sent over with the url parameters. I thought about creating logic in the website code that could send an email to the second signer's address once the first signer submits the form on the website and gets sent to the web form url. However, we need the second signer to sign the same document that the first signer has signed so it would have to be one at a time. Is there any workaround fo
Hi everyone. I recently noticed when I exported data from an Adobe Acrobat document into an Excel sheet that some of the radio buttons are not coded correctly in the document and no not align with their actual variable number. For example, variable AS50 on this document has a value of AS51 in the radio button, so it is being exported into the Excel sheet as AS51 rather than AS50. Also, because there are two AS52 radio buttons, only one is getting exported and the other cannot be found in the export. Further, there are some discrepancies in the way some data is getting coded, as well as the locations of some variables, which will need to be amended. To our knowledge, we can edit the properties and locations of these radio buttons in Adobe; however, we are wondering if there is a way to apply the changes that we make to the Adobe document to all of the already completed/filled out versions of the document. That way, we don't have to manually re-enter all of that data

We already have a logo that our company is using however since we have different groups in our Accounts other groups would like to use a logo specific to their group. Is it possible to use different logos per group or per template?
We have a flow that was built over a year ago and was working until recently. The trigger of this flow is an Adobe Sign trigger - "When an agreement workflow is completed successfully." The trigger and the subsequent steps work (including one that uses the dynamic content from the trigger "Agreement Name"), until the step below. The step "Get a PDF of a signed agreement" is failing with the error, "The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation." Both the trigger and the "Get a PDF of a signed agreement" step use the same Adobe Sign connection. The user whose credentials were used for this connection had to sign in again earlier this month, when we were getting the error "Access token provided is invalid or has expired." When you send out a signature request, the email says "[name] requests your signature on..." My administrator was on leave for a year and her substitute changed the default name in the meantime. Now she's back, and I can't figure out how to change it back. I changed the profile name in account settings and everywhere else that I could find, but it doesn't work. - Sophia
Are others having issues with uploading docs to Adobe sign. The uploading process is dragging and it doesn't complete the process.

I created a 2 web forms with a form filler and 2 approvers. I posted the forms on my website and they were working perfectly for a couple of weeks. Then one day one of the approver's TYPED signature changed and subsequently all of the other web forms with the same email address changed to this same incorrect typed signature. I don't know how this happened but somehow this incorrect typed name is associated with the email address of one of the approvers.
