I have few webforms setup, link is shared to recepient which is signed and both parties receive the final copy. Not the attachment picks the webform name, is there a way to customise name of attachment to pick values which are filled by signer in the form itself.

We have users who are trying to sign certain agreements withn their Adobe Acrobat Sign account and they are opening to a blank page. Why would this occur? and not to all agreements?

I am looking for expansions if it is possible:Can I set multiple reminders at different time interval?Today, I can only see 2 options (Every day, untill signed & Every 7th day untill signed). I want to send a PDF using E-Sign and after going to this screen I do not appear to have the password protect product option as shown below. I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC. I need this option to set a specific password that is applied to the signed PDF document so the document will be password protected after it is signed and submitted by all the recipients/signers. How do I get this to appear please? At the moment mine only shows set reminder in that box.
When I sign a document, Adobe selects a font and displays it like soPrior to an update, I had a font that looked more like a real signature.Is there a way to change the font to a different font more like the one before the update? Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have a document that appears in my list of "In Progress" documents with a status of "Out for Signature."However, in actuality, the document has been fully signed, and when selecting the line items to look at the details it shows a status of "Signed." That is the correct status becuase all the required signatures have been completed. Yet it continues to appear in my progress view as "Out for Signature." How can I resolve this so that the status levels match, and the document can be moved to my "Completed" view?
I am have several user groups to identify the companies that under our Business ID. When we are using Adobe Fill and sign the originating company when we send the PDF for signing is our Business ID name. We have numerous companies under our Business ID and I would like the company name to appear on this document so our clients are not confused on who the document has been produced by. Do I need to create different business ID's for each company under our parent company? If so how do I do this, or who do I contact for further assistance.Denizen Group Limited - NZ
I need adobe sign document, where needs to be changing forms depending of certain checkboxes. There will be 3 different topics pointing to checkboxes and when each checkbox is true there should be certain form set visible positioned right so there wont be any empty spaces on the pages. I mean if i use show/hide, other content's position wont change and there is just empty space when forms are hidden. How i can show / hide forms while remaining visible content updates its position nicely?

I tried changing content type to 'application/json' or 'multipart/form-data' but no luck either. Does anyone know a way to fix this? Thankyou
Somehow mandatory mobile signatures has been enabled and we cannot turn it off. We cant even find where to turn it off. There is no feature on the admin console nor anywhere esle. Customer Support doesnt seem to know how this happened or how/where to fix it. Although I googled how to disable the feature in Adobe Sign. The steps being shown online dont match up with what I see in my account. The support folks are completely useless. Many signers do not wish to enter their phoen numbers and a refusing to sign documents. HELP!
My co-worker and I send documents and need to be able to sign each others' sent items, so we both have auto-delegation set up with each others' email addresses. This allows us to sign off on documents when we use the Send menu. But when we send something through Bulk Send, only the original sender is able to sign and not both of us. Is there a setting that can fix this? Or are you not able to use auto-delegation with Bulk Send? Thank you!

I know how to link a specific Template to a custom Button, but what is the syntax to use so it will show be a list of Templattes so I can pick which template to use. I am told it's possible but don't seem to get the right instructions on how to do this?Anyone know?

My pdf is filled using Adobe software coldfusion on my end, and then loaded as a transient document successsfully, and then sent for signing. My question is, how do I know what the issue is with my pdf when it works for the "try it out" functionality, but not when I use the API? Can I see the document within my AdobeSign account anywhere for example? ( they do not appear under the Your Agreements section, under In Progress, because it hasn't been sent I assume ). Happy to supply transientDocumentId etc if required. Thanks,
