Just as the title says, the attorney at our company uses Adobe Sign very regularly, and this functionality has ceased to exist for him. He owns a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC along with many others in our Enterprise plan, including myself, who do not experience this problem. I have re-authenticated his license to verify that all functionality should be available, and have also repaired Acrobat Pro DC and verified we are on the same version. This is not a spam/filter/quarantine issue, as the email confirmations do not send across multiple recipient domains, eg our own and Google. I have verified this functionality works on an Enterprise, and a non Enterprise Adobe Sign account with my own separate logins. I have verified that the E-signature requests are indeed sending from his Adobe Sign account, and are "in-progress" when checking the status online. In addition, the recipients successfully receive the E-signature requests in their Adobe Sign profile, but there is NO MEN
I have an application that dynamically generates a PDF which I need to have signed by two different people. If I add both signature fields to the PDF, the first person I send the agreement to has to sign in both spots before the system will consider that person to have completed their signature. I only want them to sign in one spot and then the second signature is a final approval that should be done by a second person. I have no trouble setting multiple participants, but how can I require only the first signature for the first recipient?
Hello: I have contacted Adobe Customer Service via chat and phoncon many times regarding various questions and issues with Adobe Sign and my latest about Adobe Sign Text Tags. I have been unable to get a straight or educated answer from Adobe on how to use text tags to program my Adobe Sign form. My Adobe Sign form requires 9 separate signers to upload documents before they sign the form. I have tried to look for a step-by-step tutorial or video that could simplify using tags to accomplish the complexity of my Adobe Sign form with no luck. Can someone provide me or help me with text tags with Adobe Sign forms? Thank you much! Shan
Adobe Team, We are using Adobe sign integration with SharePoint and are now getting below error. I have looked up the forums and two other folks have posted same issue but no one replied or the problem never got resolved. Appreciate if you can advise on how we can resolve this error. Thanks
Hi, A user needs to open certain documents by Reader only as per image attached . ("You need to open this secured document using Adobe Acrobat Reader")This particular user has adobe acrobat pro license, after so much difficulty i managed to install both reader and pro on the same system, however the document only opens when Reader is there and does not work with Pro. Please advise how to get around this. Thanks
Goodday, We operate a service to assist Veterans with their disability claim. Often times older Veterans are unable to fill out forms so the form fill function is terrific in presenting a clear for for the VA to render its decision on various claims. However, we were recently sent the following message: To:Norman ........Mon 25-Jul-22 13:37"Thank you for your email. Please note your request for records must be in an acceptable digital format such as PDF and MUST have a wet signature. Digital signatures are not acceptable for Privacy Act requests................"This email was sent in direct responce to a "Digital Signature" where the Veteran typed his name in the signature filed, the Adobe program turned the font into a "Handwritten type" font but clearly says that its a digital signature. I'm trying to deploy Adobe sign for my company. We are using Adobe sign to collect signatures on agreements, invoices, etc. However, after the files complete the signature routing they are send to another department that often needs to add comments on top of the document for paperwork processing. Before using Adobe sign, we would just not click the "lock after signing" box. However, it appears Adobe Sign always sets the document to lock? Is there a way to prevent this?

Hello Community Is it possible to insert an image in an Adobe Sign form from Dynamics 365 Sales? I can easily insert text using the Agreement Template and Data Map, but do not find a way to insert a note (image) related to the primary entity into a form. Thanks!
once I have obtained and activated a certificate for remote digital signature via the infocert provider, how can I retrieve it in order to be able to proceed with document signing?when I click on the signature point, I correctly choose the infocert provider but then on the next screen "choose digital ID for signature" I see a blank space
Hi,I have seen that in documentation, the client id should match in webhook event. But I am not sure where to get ClientID. I am assuming that teh apps I created with ClientId and secret key that to be used? But I have seen that When webhook event popup verifies that if URL is correct endpoint or not then its passing the ClientID which I have never been able to find anywhere in Adobe SIgn account. Can you please help me out on this?Thanks,Neeraj
I've paid for an annual subscription to Adobe Sign but I can't login. I downloaded the app on my Iphone and went through the steps to pay for the subscription. When I try to log on it won't let me. It says my trial has expired and it makes me go through the purchase again. When I try to purchase it again it says I already have. I've used Adobe chat twice and called the 1-800 and have no one could fix my account. The kept referring me to this forum. Thanks C.L. Russell
Hello, we have a multi page form with one signature field on it. Management would like the workflow to be as follows:1) Form can be autosaved and returned to at a later time2) They do not want to have our staff be required to email the form to our clients for signatures, they want the form to be something the client can get on their own.3) They'd like the end user to be able to forward/delegate the form to someone else for signature. Normally, one end user fills out the form and then has someone else sign it.I realize this is a lot of asks, but management insists it must be possible so I figured I'd check here to see if I have any options. Hey!! I would like to know if the below mentioned work flow is possible in Adobe Sign? 1. User #1 receives a document for review (Approve/Reject, but NOT sign). An optional editable field ABC was left blank.2. User #2 receives the document for signature. The field ABC has no value and is still editable at this step. User#2 provides value for ABC field and signs the document.3. User #1 receives the document for signature without any editable fields and signs the doc. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks..

I need to have a contract/disclamer that my clients sign and want this to be integrated into my automated onboarding workflow. I have individual access to all the cc apps and am hoping I can do this with adobe sign. I've used adobe sign to collect signatures on specifc documents but I have always created a new document for that person and sent it to them manually. I want to have a single link in my onboarding email that a client will be able to click on and it will start the adobe sign process of sending them the pdf contract and having them sign it. I want this single link to work for every client so when each client gets the onboarding email they will be able to get a unique contract that only they will sign. Is this possible? I am IT Support for a company. One of our departments has started using Adobe Sign which I know nothing about so bear with my perhaps not fully proper explanation of the issue please 🙂 Until last week apparently they could have signatures added to multiple forms but now it seems to put the signature of 1 person on both signature lines on the second form only, and unable to have signature fields on the first form. One of the users was able to work around it and can move the signature fields to the appropriate spots onto the form with missing signature lines, and prefill the names but they didn't have to do this before as the signature fields were in the correct places. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!Sue
I have a web form agreement in Adobe Sign for which all participants are manually designated/inputted by Participant 1. After they complete their portion of the form and hit 'click to sign', they are prompted to enter the first name, last name, and email for participants 2 and 3. How do I auto-populate the information Participant 1 entered into the form after they complete their portion? I see how it can be done if you customize the senders in document setup, but this is a web form and I do not enter any information about the senders before sending it out.
I started to create a bulk send document however needed to make changes to the template. The original bulk send is in draft but there is no delete option under the actions pane
Dear Adobe Team, We have been contacted by an Adobe Sales Rep who tells us that our Adobe/Echo Sign contract will need to be migrated to VIP because EchoSign will be shut down. If we don't migrate, we will lose access and functionality of Adobe Sign. This is the second time we have been contacted. When the first agent approached us, I had a call with him, but he was unable to send me any documentations or links to official webpages confirming the requirement to migrate. As the same agent contacted me again a few months later with the same email, I checked with your support team and they told me that the email of the agent is valid, but they were not aware of any required migration plans. We have now been contacted by another agent, again telling us the same story, this time in not so perfect German, and that we NEED to upgrade to avoid termination and nothing will change, same price, yada yada... I have the Small Business trial of Sign. When I attempt to "Share My Account", after entering the user's email address I get the message "Sharing across shards not allowed." The user I am trying to share with is also signed up for a free trial of Adobe Sign Small Business. Could this be the issue?
We have an application where users should be able to send documents to be signed via AdobeSign. In development I use Postman for example. I've had some problems with the Api (v6), but so far it works. What I can't get right though is creating WebHooks. My registered application actually has all the right (account), yet I get the following error: "The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation". What else can this be due to? Does the order in which the agreement is created matter?Currently it is like this:* Create TransientDocument* Create Agreement as a draft.* Transfer the signers* Set Agreement to AUTHORING status* Get signer* Transfer FormFields* Set Agreement IN_PROCESS At which point do I create the webhook and how?
Anybody know an easy way to collect payments at the same time as signature through Adobe sign? Adobe advertises the braintree integration, but braintree requires a minimum of $25k monthly transaction volume to apply for a merchant account. That isn't feasible for our small business.
