Bonjour, j'ai la version payante d'adobe à 17,99 € / mois quand j'utilise adobe sign, je n'ai pas accès aux : Champs de données (Image) Autres champs (Pièce jointe, Lien hypertexte) J'ai eu la hotline d'adobe qui m'a fait désinstaller et réinstaller l'appli. A aucun moment, on ne m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas bénéficier de cette prestation (j'ai un compte activé). Puis c'était 17 heures et la hotline m'a laissé en plan. Impossible de trouver comment faire pour faire apparaître ces champs. Cela fait en tout 3 heures que je cherche sans trouver Une bonne âme peut-elle m'aider ? Merci

My team and I (4 users) have requested developer access for Adobe Sign API, but have yet to get access or receive any updates. Can these please be provisioned? From https://developer.adobe.com/console/servicesandapis, there is a popup for "Contact your system admin to request access to this service", but do not know how to see or contact that system admin
I'm pleased with Adobe Acrobat Sign. It is a breeze to get documents routed and signed. I am perplexed, however, with the application's apparent conflation or seemingly indiscriminate use of the words "document" and "agreement"; as if these words are synonymous (see my Teams add-in examples below). I believe one would assume, for this application, that all agreements are documents, but not all documents are agreements, but that is not how this application appears to work.It seems to treat everything you run through it as an "Agreement," and as confusing as this is for me, I can only imagine how frustraing it might be for someone a little less familiar with the program. Perhaps some development time could be invested in cleaning up the user interface so that terms are more intuitive and consistant. I want to get documents signed; some are agreements, some are applications or forms, and some are just memos. But they are all "documents."
Do I receive an email notification if documents are sent to in inactive email address???
Dear Adobe Support, I recently updated my Adobe ID email address and since then I receive the following error message when trying to login to Adobe Sign... We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support. Please could you help me to unblock this so that I can login again? James
I run numerous documents through a workflow, but the documents themselves are from many vendors and therefore, I need to be able to preview and place fields. It is just slapping a signature block at the end of the document. The workflow looks like:Approver 1 (my company)Signor 1 (my company)Approver 2 (me, also sender)Signor 2 (vendor) Currently, I have to fill in all the steps and specifics as well as custom fields manually. Was hoping the workflow would be a timesaver, but it hasn't worked as planned. Any help figuring this out is appreciated.
I keep getting this message when trying to use E signatures, I have tried logging out and back in again, updating and nothing is resolving the problem. There are many similar posts so has anybody resolved it? Paying £45 per month and being unable to use this feature is disappointing.
I'm currently setting up a Flow that'll do a bunch of things and after something's been approved via Approve/Request, it's to send out a document to sign. However, within Power Automate, it keeps consistently logging me out, sometimes several times a day, which is not going to work for what I need. Is there a fix for this I can implement? Otherwise it's pointless to have a connector for something that you have to go into multi times a day to resign in. Do I need to update my account type or what?
I am needing to put a custom calculation script that takes a value from a field. The value from the field must be correlated against a set a numbers.The Range is 0 to 40 for a student score.The 0 to 40 range is assocated with a 0-100 scale.The scale is not easily able to do a simple math computation to result in the desired value. Student Score Range - Grade Value Range0 -15, 0-5916-19, 60-6920-26, 70-7927-33, 80-8934-40, 90-100 I was thinking about doing a long if statement and do a 1 to 1 matching. Is there a way i can make this better?
Hi, I am working on understanding how to set this up. Adobe support articles don't mention which plan includes this option. On one blog I read that it is only available for enterprise accounts. Is that correct? I currently have an individual account but am considering switching to teams if it is available for teams. Thank you!
Hello All, I'm trying to build a flow that will send a contract using an adobe sign connector and a strep " Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature. " I want to send the contract to Department Head only after the recipient signs the agreement. Not at the beginning. The screenshot above gives options, All, None, and dynamic fields. Hello, I would like to know if a document can be signed by person A, and also a witness (of whom I don't know the address). Is this possible? Adobe help online says I can do it by sending the document twice to Person A, who can then delegate it for a witness signature, and the Adobe support person I spoke to says I can't. I am tending to believe the support person as I am not able to replicate what Google Adobe says, but I thought I'd try here just in case.Thanks
Hi there - I would like to send out an agreement via Mega Sign, but the agreement should be sent to several hundred people for the "Signer 1" role and then the same person for the "Signer 2" role. For example:Person 1 signs agreement, then CEO signs their agreementPerson 2 signs agreement, then CEO signs their agreementPerson 3 signs agreement, then CEO signs their agreementetc.Can Mega Sign be set up to allow for multiple signers?Thank you.

I have sent out the same agreement to a dozen people and all except one lists their name under the "Signed" column in the manage page. However, one of them shows that it was signed by me instead of the actual recipient. I reviewed the History tab and it correctly shows that the intended recipient received and signed it. It's just that the Manage screen erroneously shows that I signed it.Why is this? Can it be fixed or will the recipient need to re-sign the document?
Hello to everyone!We are using a corporate Adobe Sign and experiencing an issue when after sign a document and then trying to combine via Nitro Pro, it requests a permission password. Right after you sign a document, it becomes SECURED and it`s impossible to remove restrictions, because you need to know a permission password for that.I have read some articles regarding that topic, and it says that the document owner the one who sets a password, but as a document owner I didn`t set one. And as a solution, they offer to "damage" the document through printing, and it works, you can combine the signed document with others, but the validation is breaking too, you can`t go through the hyperlink of the signature and check the validation, it becomes inactive.If you could help me with this one, it would be much appreciated.I would like to know how can I find out the permission password which sets right after the document is signed? Or maybe it`s possible to turn off the automatically setting of

LOOKING FOR CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK AND PRODUCT SUGGESTIONS FOR ISSUE(S) SUMMARIZED BELOW: I will prefice that I am by no stretch of the imagination, "technology/digitally" savvy. But like many users of technology/software, my business reilies heavily on certain tools/software, one of those being a powerful PDF solution. Before going further, I want to make clear that like many others, my issue(s) with Adobe has nothing to do with the performance of their products compared to their competitors (for what it's intended to do, Adobe is superior to its competitors...IMO). Rather, it centers around the confusing, convulated, and not straightforward way in which Adobe markets their products and specifically, the features/tools within each subscription level. Hello,I need to change the email address on my account. When I changed it in my Adobe ID, then logged into Adobe sign, I got these 2 error messages (see 2 pictures below). After about an hour, I change my email address back and it works again. How can I change it? (By the way, when I log in, click the question mark at the upper right and click 'Contact Support' (see picture), it asks me to login, which I do, then when I scroll down and click 'Start Now' under 'Contact Us' (see picture), it takes me to another page that asks me to Sign In, and I'm in an endless loop. So I posted here.

Hi, I am new to Adobe Sign and i am trying to put together a formula as follows: If client checks box, the fee is added to the total field.If client leaves box unchecked, the fee is not added to the total. Does anyone know of a formula that can achieve this? Thanks in adavance!
