Scenario:   The AEM component contains  html form fields like first name, last name, dob, etc.. when user clicks on next we need to create a pdf with the user entered form data inputs and integrate the adobe sign to have the signature in the pdf and when user completes the sign, we should be able to post the data user entered to an endpoint and save the pdf to sftp location. How do I achieve this scenario.  Note: PDF should not be stored in AEM JCR content.

When we choose NEW (Agreement) on the Account in Salesforce… …why is the Account not pre-populated in Adobe sign page below?  I have to search it and then relate it (we have lots of simolar named accounts).  Is there a setting I may be missing?  (If we added the NEW button to the CONTACT record, would the same thing happen – not relating it to the contact record we selected NEW from?)   Also, It appears you can relate the Agreement to an ACCOUNT, OPPORTUNITY, and CONTRACT record.  Can it be related to a CASE possibly?   Thanks!  Ben

is it possible to make the "Preview & Add Signature Fields" a mandatory field somehow? So a user is not able to send the contract without the previewing the doc first? 

Is there a document that explains how to create these input fields in a Word document do that it can be used in a Adobe Sign workflow? The second question is if these fields are avaiable in Power Automate once the signature process is completed?   Ideally we would like to use this input data to add additional metadata to a completed signed document which is being uploaded into SharePoint.

Is anyone experiencing problems with sender input fields not populating? I've created 2 different workflows using templates. I have confirmed that the field names on the templates exactly match the field names for the workflow sender input fields. But, when I use the workflow, very few of the input fields are carrying over to the document.  I have read all of the instructions and watched the tutorials that I can find on workflows. So far, nothing has helped. Is there a work around or solution? Help!! 🙂 

we are currently integrating adobe sign with salesforce. during testing we noticed, that when a user clicks on the send button (without checking the Preview & Add Signature Fields checkbox) the user will be redirected to the contract itself and is also able to sign the contract.  That should not be possible as only the client is allowed to sign the document. Maybe someone has an idea why that is.

Does anyone have a better idea than creating a template and manually swapping names? In my ideal vision, I import a CSV with names and Email adresses and the consents are obtained automatically. I'm curious to hear your suggestions.Kind regards

We have passwords assigned to transactions.  We do NOT want our recipients to be prompted to click to download copy of signed documents.  We do NOT plan to distribute the password we will be using.  Can the auto message be modified?

Hello, when I sign a Document myself, there is no blue linie with date.Same is when I selfsign a document and send to another one to sign.My signature has no blue Linie etc. but the signature of the other person has a blue line with the date.Why is this so?Can I get also a blue line, etc. for my selfsignature?My question is only about the layout.ThankeBest R.Dirk

I am trialling Adobe Sign for Teams (Small Business 1-9 Users) for the first time.I cannot access the Admin Console to check it out. I thought all functions would be available in the trial.Any guidance on this?

I am a treasurer for a Veteran's organization where I get signatures on one document each quarter.  This is the only document I need to get done each year.  I use adobe reader fill and sign and Adobe Sign takes over and sends the document out for signatures.  I get 3 documents free each month.  It works great; however, the last time I did it, I got one of the email addresses wrong.  I started over with the document, but now I need to cancel the first document.  Adobe Sign support won't give me the time of day without an active paid account.  So how do I cancel the documnent.  One of four persons have already signed the document.

Greetings, I am trying to create a field for business to enter their FEIN number. The format is ##-#######.   I would like to create a text tag that requires 9 digits and the - to auto appear after the second number is entered. Is there a text tag to create this field.   I have tried the following codes: {{#fein=*fein_es_:signer1:string(maxlen=10):format(number, “__-_______”):tooltip(“Format: xx-xxxxxxxxx”)}} (maxlen 10 to include 9 digits plus the -) {{#fein=*fein_es_:signer1:string(maxlen=10):format(number, “__,-,_______”):tooltip(“Format: xx-xxxxxxxxx”)}} {{#fein=*fein_es_:signer1:string(char=num,maxlen=9)}}   Also, the maxlen limits the maximum amount of characters, is there a code for minimum or exact. I have tried minlen and len but they do not appear to work.  

I'm using API calls to read my agreement forms. The first thing I need to do is get the Agreement ID so I open up the PDF and pull it from the address bar. Then I can use the Agreement ID to get the Widget ID which I use to read the form fields. Now, I heard there's a way of getting the Agreement ID without opening the file. Does anyone know of such a thing or is that an urban legend?

Lately, my pages on Adobe sign are too large.  I can not see the whole document any more.  Is there a way of reducing the size of the page?  This is a new problem, it used to be fine.

I think we should ask Adobe to add a automoation tick box onto clients when we get them to sign terms of business. When the client signs, it would auotmatically re-send those same terms after 12 months asking them to opt in to agreeing the terms of business for future business.

Hi all, I am working on a flow which would send a policy document to department members to sign.My issue is how can I set order where document requires to be sent everyone at the same time to sign. No of members can be anywhere between 5 to 20. Here is screenshot of my flow. Thank you in advance. 

I am about to send out a multiparty agreement with some 50+ signers. Some of these will sign jointly for one legal anetity, some of these will be signing on behalf of multiple entities, and some of these will be adding their official company stamps to their signatures.Having not done this before, I see the potential for things to go wrong somewhere along the way, and I don't look forward to cancelling the entire agreement process and starting over because signer 48 accidentally uploaded the wrong company stamp image file. What are the options for correcting signer errors?- If somebody uploads the wrong stamp image, can I ask them to replace it during the signature process?- If somebody signs on the wrong line (e.g. the CFO signs on the CEO line or vice versa), can I delte their signature and ask them to re-sign?- If the company gets back to me in the middle of the process and says that they've fired their CFO and want the CEO to sign instead, can I delte the CFO signature and add the C

The date field in AdobeSign is not mandatory, and cannot be made mandatory.I've spent 2 hours with Adobe's Indian chat support squad and they only parrot what is in the flow chart. Impossible to get to a Tier II tech with a brain that could solve the issue. Someone actually had to design it this way. Intentionally. And NO ONE has brought it up here? How is that? How do I permanently delete my saved signature so it defaults to the typed signature which saves the time and date underneath the signature. Every day I clear it out and every day it's back there.

I use Adobe Acrobat DC ver. 21.7.20099.454979 and Adobe sign won't save any of my signatures anymore and I have to choose them again each and every.I go to sign document and everything looks normal. I tick the box for "save signature" and choose the picture in question.Now usually, this picture should be saved and used as my default signature, so that I wouldn't have to go threw this process of importing a signature again. But it isn't. Everytime I try so sign a document, I have to choose the image again. So far I tried updates and to repair the installation but none of it worked. It seems, that Adobe can't save it and I don't know why. The new Semester just started and we have over 200 documents to sign each week, so that would be a very time consuming effort. And creating an account and save the signature in the adobe cloud is not a valid option either. Our data protection laws do not allow it. Any help would be appreciated.
