My goal is to programmatically place signature fields in a PDF using the API for multiple signers, but I need to confirm if certain functionalities are available before committing to a paid plan.Here's the situation:1. Manual Placement of Signature Fields: I want to know if it's possible to manually place signature fields in a document (using drag-and-drop) via the API, rather than automatically having the fields placed in the PDF. I’d like to control where the signature fields are placed for each signer.2. Account Status: Currently, I don't have a paid Adobe Sign plan. I’m exploring the API functionalities as a developer and would like to confirm if these features are supported in Adobe Sign. i am trying to fit all of the content in my iframe to one enbedded i frame. even when i copy the iframe after i create the widget on the adobes page, it shows half the signature form with a scroll bar to the right.  is there a way to shrink to fit in the iframe? when i inspect the element there are a lot of extra peices running inside the iframe, and i assume this is where it needs fixed.

Hi there  So I have created a template and a workflow but when I go to add the document (which has been set up with various fields for participant 1,2 etc) it comes up with the following message.   'This document template has inconsistent access scope for this workflow. Please click edit scope to adjust the document scope to an appropriate level' (screen shot attached) I cannot see what is wrong with the document as it is set up exactly the same as other that are working and uploading fine. e.g 'resuable document' & 'anyone in organisation can use'  Desparate for some help here as going round in circles and I'm sure I am missing something obvious! Hi,I am integrating Adobe Sign with my application, and for a specific use case, I need to delete an agreement (signed document) before restarting the signing process for the same document.I attempted to use the API v6 endpoint /agreements/{agreementId}/documents to delete the document, but I received the following response: "The API caller does not have the permission to execute this operation."How can I obtain the necessary permissions to enable this feature?Please note that this is a developer account and not a paid subscription.

I'm not able to configure expiration deadlines for signatures on documents. For example, if 5 people need to sign and person number 3 has not signed within 48 hours, the signature should skip to the next person, in this case, number 4.

I am trying to email an MOU to be signed, and I wonder how to change the email to a name. See photo 🙂I am worried that if I send this out, it will be signed as jsobanet@uccs.edu, not her name. Any advice? 

I have a question on the flow for carbon copying someone as part of the signature process.  I have a document that needs to be signed by two people.  I check the button that states it must be done in order.  My question is if i have a group of  people copied on that email, will they get notifications when each person signs, or only when the document is signed by both parties?  I would like to streamline a process here, but i don't want to bog down staffs email with repetitive copies of a document that isn't considered Fully Executed until both parties sign.

Hello,  I'm building a Power Automate using Adobe Sign. I have a document that requires 2 signatures. I've tried both ordering them as 1,2 and setting them both as 1. I set up a double wait until so that we get both signatures, but the final file output only show's the first signature, not both. I'm also strugglin on how to get the document to show the date of signature as well. If ya'll have any suggestions I'm all ears. Attached are a copy of the steps and the output:

Hi, I didn't check Password Protect box and it's still asking me for a password.How can I continue without password? Thank you.  

I have tried several times to use Request E-Signature, either through my Acrobat App or by logging into my account online.  Every time I get as far as 'Specify where to sign' and then I just sit and look a blue circle for ages.   I have tried checking for updates, repairing the installation and even leaving the app running all evening waiting for it to specify where to sign but the only option is Ctrl Alt Delete and task manager to close the app.   I have the Adobe for Enterprise Plan and so it should allow me to use this function.   Please can I have some assistance to rectify this issue. Thank you in advance

I have subscribed to the Pro plan, but when I tested the e-signature feature, I noticed that the email title still contains [DEMO USE ONLY] and there is a watermark stating ‘SIGN TEST DOCUMENT’ in my agreement. Could you please advise on how to remove these, or let me know if there might be an issue with my account or plan?Thank you for your assistance.

After the July 15th update, there is no option to add a template to an esignature. Has anyone figured out a work around for this other than reverting back to the old version?

Hello,I have a colleague who uses Adobe sign. In the classic Outlook he can sign a document and then he gets the signed document as an attached file in his Outlook.He is using the new Outlook now and when he signs a document, he gets a mail with the message: the signed agreement is attached. But on top of the mail it give the error: the following files are not attached. Please try again later.Could you help us how to fix this?

Hi folks,is it possible to pre-set / edit input field values of a agreement that is based on a document library template using the REST API?My workflow could be like:1. I create a document template with custom input fields (e.g. first name)2. My own client calls the API method to create an agreement based on this template3. My own client calls another API to prefill the first name input value4. The agreement will be sent to the recipients.For my understanding, the 3. point is only possible if I have a transient id which I only get if I upload a pdf file. Is the Adobe Sign legacy version no longer available?  It is difficult to position signature lines without it.

Is it possible to assign multiple fields to a specific person without having to click on each field individually? I have tried Shift and Ctrl and selected multiple fields, but the only option I get is to 'Delete Selected Fields'.

I am using adobe acrobat. Every time I try to send a document out for e signature I get the error code 400. SOME PLEASE HELPPP!

I sent a document for signature and the person signing the document doesn't think they should be signing in that spot on the document. How do I confirm the location of a signature field on a document that is out for signature?

Is there a way in a custom adobe sign workflow to put multiple emails into one role? In our contracts adobe sign workflow sometimes we have up to 14 vendors who need to sign, but in the workflow there is only one "vendor" recipient and we are curious if there is a way to enable putting multiple emails in that role instead of having to create 14 individual recipients. 

As the title states, I am trying to figure out how to keep my documents separate when I am sending multiple document for e-signatures. I am an enterpise user and the fact I can not manage this simple task is extremely frustrating and I am unsure if I am just simply missing the option?
