! !I have been unable to log into my Adobe Sign account. I receive the error in the title. When I try to contact support it wants me to login with the same account, so I am stuck. I can use my login for other areas of Adobe (ie,... Creative Cloud or this forum) Anyone have any thoughts or a direct contact phone number? Thanks! "We experienced problems with Adobe login. Please try again." Steps I've taken so far tried again tried different browsers tried browsers in in-private/incognito mode tried a different computer all together reset my password successfully only to continue to receive the error. check with another user in our account (he could login)

Rose from Sales, and R.Rose from Legal department and both parties sign, how do you know which signature is from whom? 2. When a document is sent to a recipient's email Jane R. When Jane opens the email and while signing she can also "Type" her name as Rose while signing. Without Digital Signature or Adhaar Authentication how to prevent the recipient from changing their names while signing? Otherwise how will the sender authenticate that Jane is signing the document (without Adhaar Authentication in eSignature)

Hello, I AM trying to use Acrobat sign and when i send and agreement with a single page PDF, i receive an email saying that i have exceeded the 100 page limit and my agreement status is set as canceled. However, if i Change this file to a word or txt file i am able to receive and sign the agreement successfully. Why does this happen ONLY on PDF files?
Im emailing out a form for students and parents to fill out. But I do not want my name or email shown in the TO: section in email. Is this possible to change? I have 2024 version. Thanks for any help.
I have a form with editable fields and the signature field already on it.If I click on Fill & Sign, I get the option to send the document to a third party for signature which is great and what I need.If, however I add security to the original document but allow printing and filling in form fields and signing existing signature fields, I lose the option to send the document out for signature. If I cick on Fill and Sign, the request signature option is greyed out.If I click Request Signature button, the pop up asking for signers email etc appears, but when I click to select the file (the protected one), I get an error message saying 'Could not send / unsupported file type'!No idea what's going on, but I need to be able to protect the documents before they are sent out.Anyone got any ideas please?

Is it possible to connect Adobe Acrobat Sign Sandbox accounts to thrid party integrations? When trying to connect I noticed that O-Auth is different than production and can't log in for some reason. I'm the developer of this O-Auth integration and I could change the `authURL` and `tokenURL` in order to make it work.
We can login in ok to account.adobe.com on a Mac but when we try and send a PDF for e-signing, we get this pretty unhelpful error messgae "Sorry, Something Went Wrong" We are OK ona Windows PC, but the person who sends out PDFs for e-signing works on a Mac Help and solution appreciated !
I use the checkmark option in Adobe often from the E-Sign tools Every time I place a checkmark, more options appear in this black box above where I put the checkmark (see below for screenshot). How do I prevent this from appearing after placing and only appear when I click on the tickmark? I don't need it to pop up by default and it just blocks my view every time I place a checkmark.
I am attempting to sign a document via Microsoft Edge on iOS 17.4.1. When I click the link in my email it takes me to Adobe Sign in Microsoft Edge, I enter my username and password and see the document. I tap the field for my signature and get an error that indicates 'We experienced problems with Adobe login. Please try again.' I then log in to Adobe Sign in Microsoft Edge and go to Manage and open the document for signature. I tap the field for my signature, then select Tap to Sign, I enter my user credentials and it continually takes me back to the Tap to Sign option...the document never completes. I previoulsy had no issues with signing documents this way on my iPhone, not sure what has changed to cause this issue, any thoughts? Also, my organization does not allow me to use the Adobe Sign app, I have to sign using Microsoft Edge. [Attachments removed by Moderator]

I am using Power Automate to create a flow for Adobe signature purposes. Basically when a pdf is created in a specific folder it is sent to Adobe for an ID. It is then supposed to create an agreement and upload for signature. Unfortunately i get a generic error that the Document Upload has encountered a probelm. I can see the document in the Adobe center but when i click it nothing populates. Outside of Adobe i can see, edit, and print the pdf document as normal. Attached you will find the power automate flow minus the email I am sending to. I tried reaching out to Adobe chat support but they transfered me around 4+ times and eventually disconnected the chat.

But have never seen a functional resolution. I am quite certain we have a business account (we manage our accounts from adminconsole.adobe.com. We have both Adobe Reader DC and Adobe Acrobat DC 2017 for this particular user. However nowhere in the application, or when digitally signing the PDF through the web browser, do we have the option of removing the audit report. Our workaround was to use Microsoft Print to PDF to save a final copy without the last page which is the Audit Report, but surely there is a better way.
When i try to add a digital signature field to my web form and save it, i get a message "Sorry, this document contains unsupported field types".. I cannot figure out how to get past this! Is there a different procedure to placing digital signature fields on a form? Do i need to have a certain account type?
Another way to look at this is that if a document has 3 signers (signer1, signer2, signer3), can I use the API to pass 1 signer and have them sign for signer3.-----------------Is there a way to skip a signer? For example, some of my forms I have 3 signers (signer1, signer2, signer3). Some of my forms I have 2 signers (signer1, signer2). And some of my forms I have two signers but identified as (signer1, signer3). When merging all the documents together with 3 signers, everything get's picked up correctly and works. However, if my business rules point me to only merging the 3rd set of documents (signer1, signer3) and there are only 2 signers, the signer3 fields never get signed. I have a user that is trying to perform batch e-signautre requests. When trying to do it from the desktop app, we get the erorr "Request e-signature services are not available at this time." If we try to do it from the web portal, the document will try to upload and then error out saying "Sorry, something went wrong." Any ideas on what the issue might be.
We have the Adobe Acrobat for O365 GCC license. In MS Teams, we are able to go to Apps > add Adobe Acrobat Sign Government > click Open > click Connect button on the "Connect your Adobe Acrobat Sign Government account window" just fine. However, right after that, the window displays https://corporate.adobesign.us at the top, but the rest of the window is blank. Then the window changes to display https://secure.adobesign.us with the following error message: "error":"invalid_request","error_description":"Some of the parameters is missing or invalid." withot any other option to try. We have tried the above steps on Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS and Android with the same result. I was able to download Adobe Sign mobile version on my smartphone and was able to log into it just fine. But I cannot get into Adobe Sign when trying to do it via MS Teams. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
When sending multiple documents to be signed, Adobe combines all of them into one single document and returns them the same way. Is there a way, after the documents have been signed, to have each document saved individually with its own audit report so they can be filed in separate locations? We want to keep the integrity of the audit report, so printing and scanning back in will not work. The responses posted in 2018/2019 about changing the Global Settings, and selecting the 'Keep documents separated' toggle is not available in the latest version of Adobe Esign (at least not that the Admin could find). Any way around this other than sending each document separately to the signer? Thank you.

Hello, My wife and I completed the on line Social Security Medicare Part B application forms and signed them electronically at the Adobe site on September 22, 2022. We got acknowledgements via email that the forms have been successfully completed. However, even after 15 days, they do not show up at the Social Security website. We have called Social Security multiple times (we have to be on hold for over 1 hour for each call, as you can imagine), but they are not able to see the applications in their system, too. We even went personally to the Social Security office (2 1/2 hour wait), but they have no idea what's going on. We called today (October 6, 2022) but they still can't see them. Because of this, we don't have any health coverage (even though they say they will cover retroactively), and have to pay in full out of pocket for everything. Is there any way that you can help?

However, when the document is generated, the tag itself ({{data.footnote}}) is not being replaced by the corresponding value from the JSON.
