Tab and arrows are working but not the mouse click. It was working a few days ago. This isn't a new document. Is Adobe expirencing issues with this? I can't seem to find anything related to it in Adobe System Status.
Hello, I created an agreement form with optiional boxes to check. Even though the X appears in the box on the page perfectly when completing and signing, the completed document doesn't show the X in the box, but rather a fully filled in box. This does not look as clean or professional as an intentional X selection. Is there a way for the X to appear? Thanks!
Hello!I have an issue where I create an Adobe Sign document (Request signature), I have it sent to the signer requested. They sign it. They then use the option to download the PDF. The problem is that the PDF file this creates for them is password protect (Security Method: Password Security) and the filename has "encrypted" on the end. However during document creation, the checkbox to password protect is unchecked. What I need to know is how to make this file non-password protected/un-encrypted. Can someone offer guidance?
We obtain Electronic Signatures from Doctors for the purpose of sending them in a combined PDF to the State Medicaid. However these "Certified" PDFs uncombinable.We're using Adobe Acrobat to combine these files and the specific error we receive is, "Certified documents cannot be merged.".These PDFs can still be secure and combinable. It indicates that this document cannot be modified and would not like not modify it, but would like to combine it into a larger PDF file.Right now, we are by default internet explorer Acrobat Preferences to not open PDFs in Browser and then saving them as TIFFs and merging those.Any work-around to ensure that the PDF signature attributes remain intact when needing to combine these documents?Thanks

In the past 4 weeks or so I receive many complaits of signers that do not get the SMS to sign the document. many of them have been doing so in the past with same device. Problem occurs when sign processes are started from desktop as well as from the cloud. Any ideas what's wrong...?
Our CFO sent adobe sign docs for employees (also users of Adobe Sign) and when they opened them they received this message: "You must delegate the signing of this agreement to an authorized party. Please click the link in the email you receivd to delegate this agreement." Anyone know why? Thanks!
I sent a 31 page document out to a client for signature via AdobeSign and when I got the signed documents back the signature dates have bleed through onto all 31 pages, blocking text and making the document unusable. Is this happening for anyone else and is there a way to fix it/ensure it doesn't happen?
I'm looking to create a form that would ask for Person A (Student) and Person B (Teacher) to populate some fields, but not sign it until Person C (Moderator) has looked at it, filled their bits in, and started the signature process. Is it possible to do this, and is the below the correct role setup? This relates to my question the other day but is slightly different. I set up a template with two participants: a client signer (participant 1) and a signer at the company (participant 2) originating the document. In some scenarios, two client signers may sign before the company signer. When launching Adobe Sign in Salesforce, if I add a second client signer before the company signer, the second client signer becomes participant 2. All the fields set up in my template for participant 2 (meant for the company signer) will now be expected to be completed by the second client signer. I can have the users manually change the assigned fields in the template before sending, but if they miss a field, the field meant for the company to sign will now be assigned to the second client signer. This seems error-prone. Is there an elegant way to handle a variable number of recipients with templates?

Hi there, Is there a way that bulk signatures can be shown on one document? If I use "send in bulk" to 150 people I don't want 150 separate documents, I am hoping to get those 150 signatures on a single document.
Is there a way to dynamically assign an unknown number of recipients in a template? For example, if I have a template based on the account and I want to add recipients for all contacts related to that account where the contact type = 'signer' (assume type is a made-up picklist field, and signer is one of the options). On account "A", there could be three contacts with a type of signer, but on Account "B", there might only be one. I have no way of knowing how many contacts will be on each account with type of 'signer', so the number of recipients will vary each time.
Does anyone know if it is possible to use Adobe InDesign or Adobe Photoshop files in Adobe Sign? I don't see them as officially listed but I am surprised they aren't supported when other document and image files are supported.
I have 5 agreements that show both participants have completed their actions, but the agreements still show up in the In Progress queue, rather than being moved to the Completed queue. Any ideas on how to remedy this?
We have disabled JavaScript on our systems for security reasons. However we have a few use cases where we need to use it. I followed this guide to configure everything:https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AppSec/trust.html#certified-document-trust Certificate trust chain is in place and everything trusted. After that I signed a document and opened it but JavaScript is still disabled. Do you have an idea what could be the problem and how to troubleshoot this?
Does anyone know how to clear or fix a bounced email for a document you have sent out for signature? There were several people signing and just one person's email bounced and it was their correct email. All of the other signers have completed the signature request and I would like to have the last party sign the same document. They have indicated have not received the doc from Adobe Sign as well and I can not figure out how to clear the bounced email and or how to resend it to the individual I need the signature for?Any help would be appreciated. We learned that there is an issue when we tried to upgrade to Adobe V24 . Apparently the Coga paramenter that allows you to call a specific Adobe Sign Template Id does not work! This is refrenced in Conga issueCM-4622 Send for E-Signature in Adobe Sign integration with Composer using the ESAgreementTemplateID parameter redirects to the home page and fails to send the email. I am following up with Conga this week, but I wonder if other users with Conga and Adone Sign have experienced this issue and have any workaround - Is there another way to specify an Adobe Sign template when passing the pdf to Sign ??Thanks Tom
Hi, I am unable to send or bulk send documents for signature. I initiated an upgrade in our plan after being told I would be able to run reports. After being told by another representative that you can only run reports using the enterprise plan, I canceled the upgrade and reverted back to the previously used monthly subscription. For some reason, now I am unable to use send or bulk send for signature, when I had no issues previous to updating and canceling the update (this happened within hours on the same day). I work weekends and this is highly inconvenient. Especially with no one being available at customer services to address and issue that really should not have happened in the first place. Please help...hopefully, today.
Hi, I'm using the Dynamic 365 Adobe Sign managed solution to send Adobe Sign documents from Dynamics 365. When I use the AddDocument activity in AdobeSignPlugins, it fails to find the form that I attached to the notes but the activity step is still successful. Is there anyway to trouble-shoot this? I've attached a screenshot of the D365 system job showing it was successful. I won't know until runtime what templates I want to include in the form. Is there an alternative to using AddDocument activity in AdobeSignPlugins? I'm proficient at writing D365 C# plugins and custom workflow activities Thank you for any help, Richard
I'm using Adobe Sign for Salesforce and setting up the recipients for an agreement template. I want the recipients to be selected dynamically based on the starting record. If I understand this documentation correctly, the two ways to do this are based on a field from the starting object or using a runtime variable. The field from the starting object appears to only use fields on the starting object, not on a related record or anything more advanced. And I'm triggering Adobe Sign from Nintex DocGen, which apparently can't use runtime variables. In an ideal world, I'd like one signer to be determined by a SOQL query or something similar and the other signer to be determined by a contact ID stored in a custom setting. Are there any other options for setting the recipients? Or good tricks to approximate this behavior?
Is there a way of making changes to Sign such as switching one of the documents out or adding a signer without canceling the entire thing and starting over?
