Unable to Create a Stock Contributor account because it says I have multiple accounts anyone els figure out how to fix this?I deleted 2 accounts  one from college and one was a free sign up I didnt even know I had.  But It still wont let me inKeep getting the Multiple Accounts error messageAnd of course Customer service is no help  

Hi. Recently I found a new problem: I can't send some files for review. It's not related to upload limits, because I can send some files for review, but not others at the same time. I changed their titles and keywords, but it doesn't change anything, I still can't send some files for review. Do you know the reason for this?

How can I contact the support for Suspecious download ?

Hi folks, Noticed this today -  I submitted 3 files for review, it came up with the green bar saying "submitted successfully", the number of files "in review" goes up by 3 but i cannot see the newly submitted files. I go back to the "new" page and they are there again, ready to submit.  Just wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue.  Thanks.

As a press photographer for 40+ years I have pictures of celebrities and famous people, ie. ex Prime ministers, ministers, singers etc. I would like to offer as stock, but can I?

I am new to video editing. Most of my videos are rejected with the reason: "Unfortunately, during the review we found one or more technical issues such as unintentional shaking, empty black or white frame, compression and/or audio issues, so we cannot accept it into our collection." Some of the rejected videos I processed with all available CapCut autocorrectors and re-submitted for moderation - to no avail. On the other hand, there are clips processed only in ClipChamp, and yes, they passed moderation successfully. The problem is that I cannot visually recognize video defects. Videos are created in TensorArt on a paid subscription model Wan 2.2, possibly in QWEN. I will be grateful if someone gives constructive recommendations (possibly other programs/services for generation/processing). Thanks in advance.

Depuis plusieurs jours, environ 1 à 2 semaines, je ne peux pas télécharger mes images créées avec IA alors que je n'ai jamais rencontré de problèmes pour les télécharger sur la plate-forme où je dois ensuite inscrire les méta-données. J'arrive, par contre, à télécharger mes photos. Quelqu'un aurait une solution ?

Hello, I have recently faced a huge problem as a contributor. My files are being massively rejected without clear explanations — more than 30 were declined already. At the same time, many of my works stay in review for months (some are pending for 6 months already). I spend a lot of time creating original illustrations, but this situation completely devalues my work. Earlier, all my files were accepted and sold well. Now I cannot normally earn money, because I already have more than 200 files stuck in review. For example, I created summer illustrations meant for seasonal sales, and also school-related drawings — but they are still pending, so the timing and commercial potential are lost. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? What would you recommend to do in such a situation?

Those accounts and their emails are still logged in on my laptop, but now I want to start fresh with one new account and only upload handmade vectors (not AI-generated content).My question is: will there be any issue if I create and use this new account on the same device where my old blocked accounts were logged in?Thank you for your guidance.

I'd like to ask for two pieces of advice.Like the first screenshot, I'd like to upload a desktop wallpaper featuring a famous work by a Korean poet from about 100 years ago. Under Korean law, the copyright has expired, so I can use it freely. Is it okay to upload it here?I understand that the names of known people cannot be displayed. Should I upload them without their names?This font was created entirely in calligraphy. I'd like to upload just the letters as a vector file. Would that be possible?thank you

I used https://stock.adobe.com/ to do a similar content search after some new images were rejected for 'similar content', and this is what Adobe came up with as similar content. These are totally wrong matches for both content and attribute search, so is the AI that rejects similar content getting it wrong? I am getting a lot of AI images rejected that should be different enough, or are totally different, and I can see a lot of others are having similar issues. Rather often, as in 43 images in a ratio of 43:27 rejection:approval rating of images, often I understand the quality is lacking or some artificats exist. I get that.However, sometimes I do not get it at all.I edit most of my images as I shoot in raw, but I still try to make it look natrual.Some images that is accepted has arguably worse quality, than some images that gets rejected.For example;But, not to dwell. I understand that some images has to heavy vignette or is a bit too much edited or saturated for stock. But this these ones I do not understand at all what was the quality issue here.Does anyone have any clue? So I can improve and learn what it would possibly be.(Images has been attached as files).Sincerely /Alex

J'ai soumis depuis quelques nouvelles photos, qui ont été traitées. J'avais contacté le support Adobe Stock par mail il y a 6 mois, qui m'avait expliqué que c'était normal et qu'il fallait que je sois patient... mais force est de constater que c'est bloqué ! Or d'après ce que j'ai pu lire dans certains posts ici, ce type de blocage arrive et il faut l'intervention du support Adobe Stock pour le résoudre, d'où mon message... Merci donc par avance pour votre aide 🙂 

Hi,Just created a few videos with AI, and I thought it produced a good AI video, but it was rejected for quality issues. I deliberately controlled the depth of field in the prompt to give the front girl attentionI upscaled the video as I have not found one that does native 4KI compared to Premiere Pro video 'extend video' option to see what Adobe produces, but was not impressed by their AI engine quality. I have also include a link to the full resolution video here:Halloween Time Video  So any help would be appreciated from other contributors who submit AI video (including video generation suggestions for 4K) Regards,Brett  

I wonder if anyone can help me. I've had a handful of photos rejected for Adobe Stock photos, but Adobe only gives generic "sorry it doesn't meet quality standards", and gives no other explanation(s). I also had a few rejected because they said they're "missing the generative AI flag", and gave the explanation, "During our review, we found that it is likely to be generated by AI and not labelled as such. We can't accept your image into our collection without the label declaring it is a generative AI image." However, the photos of mine that they've rejected because of that reason are my own, real photographs, not generated by AI. So they've totally mislabled my photos and dismissed them as AI, which is frustrating.How do I submit something to Adobe for them to reconsider all my photos, and look at them for real, instead of just being so generic in their rejection of photos?
