Hello Adobe Stock Team,My Adobe Stock contributor account has recently been deactivated. I attempted to submit a support case for review and reactivation; however, I received an error message stating that there was a temporary issue submitting the case and that I should post in the forum instead.I would appreciate guidance on how I can appeal the deactivation or have my account reviewed. I am committed to following all Adobe Stock contributor guidelines and am willing to correct any issues if needed.Thank you for your time and support.
Hello,I had some vector files rejected due to quality issues. Even if I'm aware that my work may not be perfect, I consider myself quite meticulous, and I can affirm that none of the reasons given explain the rejection :- I have no raster or bitmap image- too much compression on jpg / antialiasing fonction / resolution : as we don't have to put a jpg anymore, it could not be that The point is that I work with gradient mesh to create "reaslistic" looking vectors, and I suspect that it could have been mistaken with a raster image in my files...I'm ok that sometimes my images may not meet the standards, but I'm used to having around 95% of my files accepted, and I put a lot of work in it for that. For some time now I've had around only 50% acceptance rate, wich is a bit frustrating regarding to the work I put in it.So I ask myself if there is anything I can do for the attention of inspectors when I submit files ?Thanks in advance.Regards,Johan
Did anyone receive an Adobe redeem code for 2026?
Could you help me understand why my photos are rejected for Quality Issues ? I'm a new contributor and I would like to know what is the problem. Thank you by advance...
Hello,This is my first time uploading stock images. I plan to consistently upload more stock images going forward. However, all the stock images I uploaded this time were rejected due to quality issues.I need to improve the quality of my photos for future uploads, so I would really appreciate any advice on my photos. Also, I'm curious if anyone shoots stock images using only a phone. (I'm asking because I only use my phone for shooting.) The above content was translated using a machine translation tool.I apologize if the translation is not smooth. 사진 (188).jpg사진 (141).jpg사진 (178).jpg
I’m a beginner photographer learning the craft using a Canon 1800D. These are a few of my recent shots. I’d really appreciate any feedback or suggestions that can help me improve and grow. All feedback is welcome! Below pics were rejected due to quality issues. Most of my pictures uploaded are rejected because of quzkity issues but no details provided.
I uploaded 19 photos and 1 of the serie was accepted. I as really shocked, this did,nt happen before. 17 photos with quality issues and 1 thats to similar to the photos already posted. I hope that you have tips for me?
Hello allI recently uploaded a batch of pictures, but most of them were rejected due to quality problems, which I have trouble understanding. (The same images have been accepted to other stock sites without any issues.) As an example, can someone help me understand why picture 1 of this wooden deck was accepted but picture 2 was not? PICTURE 1PHOTO 1PICTURE 2PHOTO 2And as another example, why the picture of this pine cone was rejected due to quality problems as well?IMG_2027.jpgI appreciate any feedback!
What is the best manner to write up editorial content. I keep getting quite few rejections for these type of photos unde that fail reason. Its quite frustrating, as it seems I spend a lot of time trying to get the right wording, or I see other images in the same genre of similar quality / type on the system that have obviously got through. On some occassion, I have played with the description and the images eventually get through. This is one in particular that I am having issues with. Intiially I put it through as creative, but the bridge itself must be seen as IP as it got rejected for IP ( i had removed all other IP on there). A search on 'low bridge' shows many types, so these are getting through the filters. The question is more about general wording advice as opposed to this specific photo, this is just one example I have. IMG_6701.jpeg

I have been working for a long time and uploaded many images on Adobe Stock, but most of my images were rejected, which made me feel disheartened. However, I want to start working again on Adobe Stock. The rejection message I usually get is:“Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards.”I would greatly appreciate guidance on the technical aspects I should improve, particularly in terms of focus, exposure, noise, and overall image quality.

Hi everyone, special hello to the Adobe team. I wanted to ask. I create vector images in Adobe Illustrator. 90% of my work is simply rejected as similar content. Even though I create completely different images. I understand that you most likely have something similar in your database. But what can a person working in illustrator, who spends a lot of time on this, provide you with in this case, only to receive rejections?A part of the rejected works, thanks..
Hi everybody. I uploaded these two photos but they were rejected due to quality problems. Given that no real information was provided about the problems, I am looking for advise from more experienced people. Could anyone help me? Thanks!!!

Hi! I can't login to my contributor page. It shows a screen to add a mobile number secure the account. I already had a mobile number entered in my account. If I click the button to add the mobile number I get transfered to my Adobe Account (everything looks good there). Mobile number is correct. I already deleted the number and entered it again. Nothing changed on the Contributor page. The very good AI Chatbot tells me that there is no account for my email address!?
I've been creating photo and video content for Adobe Stock for a long time. I read a lot of articles and news about the use of AI. I'm not sure if it makes sense to create real, vibrant photos for stocks, or if AI will quickly take over. This is quite alarming, since stocks are my main source of income.
Hello everyone,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated today (01/09/2026). I understand that this forum is a community space and that it may not be possible to get a direct resolution here. I’m mainly sharing my experience and hoping to learn from others who went through something similar.I’ve been working as a professional stock photographer for about 4–5 years. Adobe Stock has been one of my important income sources, and I also upload to 5–6 other stock platforms. On Adobe Stock, I have around 15,000 photo and video assets in my portfolio. For the last two years, I’ve been receiving a consistent monthly payout of approximately $XXX.This situation has seriously affected my confidence in Adobe Stock, because the account was deactivated without a clear warning or specific explanation. From what I’ve read, the review/appeal process can take weeks or even months, which is very concerning. This is not a hobby for me — it’s my professional work and primary source of income.Quick n

I make illustrated alphabets. What is the best format/size to deliver/submit the 26-letter files to Adobe Stock. When I upload them as a set of three transparent PNGs, A-I and J-R may get accepted but then S-Z is rejected for similar content. It's an alphabet. I'd like to give people a chance to own the alphabet so they can build words.I haven't created the alphabets as single PNGs because they are detailed and I am trying to give people a quality file they can scale.Any guidance most appreciated.
HelloThere are 430 images in my portfolio that are "not allowed".What do I do with them?I want to delete them, but I don't know how. I need your help...Thanks! Ignacy
Dear Experienced Fellow Contributors, We are new to Adobe Stock, and we are puzzled why Adobe rejected our designs on quality issues. We had read the policy guidelines carefully and abided by all its stipulations. Perhaps, you can critically analyse our pictures to assess, what fault Adobe may have found in them. The pictures are rangoli (Mandala) floor art designs created by village women in a village setting on traditional red soil in South India. We paid close attention to the background to ensure it is more or less uni colored. The colors are strong and distinct. There is no AI work in the design. All designs were taken with at least a 6 MP setting. We used Topaz and Cyberlink PhotoDirector, to slightly denoise the pictures, brighten them slightly, sharpen them slightly, and add a bit more color to the pictures. Unwanted shades or other objects were removed from the picture. The only thing we did add is All
Hi, I am new to the community. I uploaded just a few phoyos to start to try and get a feel for what they are looking for. All but one was rejected for quality issues. The other was rejected for smiliar content but it was the photo I thought was the lowest quality :-} Here are a couple. Please let me know what you think the specific issue is and is it something I can fix in the editing process. Thank you!
Hi everyone,I’ve been contributing to Adobe Stock for a while now, but I’ve run into two main challenges where I’d appreciate your expert guidance: 1. Technical/Quality Issues: A significant number of my uploads are being rejected for "Quality Issues." I’m trying to identify my mistakes is it typically related to noise, focus, or perhaps AI artifacts? I have attached an example of a rejected image below for your review.2. Low Sales/Downloads: Even for the images that do get approved, I’m seeing almost zero downloads. I’m wondering if my keywording strategy is off or if I am targeting niches that are already too saturated. I would love to hear your thoughts and any tips on how I can improve my portfolio's performance. Thank you in advance!
