I have two adobe stock accounts, I wothdraw funds through payoneer, but recently adobe disconnected payoneer from two accounts, I reconnect payoneer to one account but in another account payoneer didn't reconnects and showing error pay out information not accepted please use a payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile

I am considering a paid plan and planning to use the generated videos for commercial purposes.Before proceeding, I would like to confirm the following:Is it allowed to upload videos generated with Google Veo 3 to Adobe Stock?Does Adobe accept such AI-generated videos if they are created with a commercial licence from Google?Are there any specific requirements (metadata, disclosure, watermarks, rights clearance) that I need to take care of before submitting?I want to make sure I comply with both Google’s licensing rules and Adobe Stock’s contributor guidelines. Recently my wife also want to be an Adobe Stock contributor. Now I have a question " If we both work as Adobe Stock contributors with the same Wi-Fi network, is there any problem, though she has her own laptop?"

This is a reminder that contributor payout information is now saved in your contributor account section.All you have to do now is fill in the payment information once from the 'contributor account' section and it will be displayed only for confirmation when withdrawing money.This is supposed to be a positive step to prevent entering incorrect payment information again.

Hi there!I'm a newbie and I have only 105 images in my portfolio at the moment, all generated by AI. Recently I noticed that images that have been in moderation for more than two months are simply rejected with a “quality problem.” I'm a little confused as to why those images that passed moderation are no better (and sometimes even worse, honestly) than those that were rejected. When looking for inspiration, I even find quality problems or problem fingers in bestsellers, and it comes to mind that the requirements for images have increased over the past two months. Dear and experienced users, please tell me what is the quality problem in these images that were rejected. I doubt that I will correct these images, wait more than two months again, and upset myself with the result. Hello,I am a new contributor who just started on Adobe Stock.I submitted a Christmas illustration set, but it was rejected for Intellectual Property (IP) infringement.All of these illustrations were completely drawn by myself, and they were accepted on other stock platforms without issues.I have a few questions:1) When I search for "Christmas set" on Adobe Stock, I see many similar illustrations with Santa, reindeer, and snowmen. Why would my content be considered an IP violation while those are accepted?2) Could the issue be related to my title or keywords rather than the artwork itself? For example, using keywords like Santa Claus or Rudolph.3) If I only edit the title/keywords and resubmit the same file, could it be approved, or should I modify the artwork first for a safer resubmission?4) If I resubmit a file previously rejected for IP reasons without changes, does that put my account at risk of suspension?I may be misunderstanding how the IP policy is applied. Hi, guys I am seening-Similar content in our collectionon almost every image(PNGs) these images do AI created but I have work on them with clean-ups and fixes  i have attached a screenshot and all of them has same issue,  I have had good acceptance ratio compared to rejection but from last few months  i am seening this error alot and my rejects are increasing and since that I have not submited anything yet, I am afraid my rejects will grow more. I have  seen so many new contrinutors submiting these types of content and they are on top salers I am a contributor for 2 years  I dont know I am doing something wrong or  what is the issue. my sales are all time lowest since I am not submitting due to thiswhat should I do.

I have uploaded many photos during the last months and I haven't received any feedback.At the begining I tried to upload 100 photos, 20% were rejected and the rest have been pending for several months. Then I tried to upload few images, and the same, the have been there for a while, what can I do?

I contribute AI content for context. I was able to upload more than a thousand vectors like two months ago without any major rejections. Then one day the first batch was rejected because of "Similar content in our collection". Since then I practically haven't been allowed to upload anything. No matter which asset type (vector/raster/video) or style. Here and there individual ones get accepted with no clear logic to it whatsoever. I mean if there is too much AI at this point and they don't want to accept more, I get it. This is definitely a frustrating experience tho as I feel like some automated system is messing with me and there is no logical reason for me to work with and try to adapt to. This is an AI IMAGE. I searched using the "Find similar Adobe" option and found that there is no similar image. This picture has also been classified as a simillar. If this is the case, how can I enlarge my small id? This is really sad.

He subido varios vectores, muchos de ellos me los aceptaron pero los hice en formato rectangular y los cambié por formato cuadrado, borrando los vectores ya aceptados en mi cuenta. Ahora los mismos vectores en formato cuadrado me los han rechazado por ser un contenido parecido al que tienen. Podría considerar esto teniendo en cuenta el trabajo que me ha llevado hacer cada vector?

Hi everyone — I created a pack of 40 original robot mascot illustrations (different states and poses) intended for use as UI illustrations or in other projects. Adobe Stock accepted 38 of the files but rejected 2, claiming they are too similar to other assets. They are original work and not copies. How can I appeal to Adobe Stock to request a review of the rejection?

Hi all, I decided to try and put some photos to good use and upload to Stock. They're taken on my Pixel phone (edited in Lightroom), so wasn't sure if they'd be accepted. To my pleasant surprise, after uploading around 30 so far, around half have been accepted...but half rejected. So I wanted to try and find out if there's anything I can do to improve the acceptance rate, or whether the quality being from my phone (or anything else), for some of the images, simply isn't good enough. For example, some that were rejected, I edited again, eg by playing with white balance, reducing effects to a minimum, which I re-uploaded and had accepted. But I'm learning as I go so wondered if there's anything more specific I could try. The ones that have been accepted are here: https://stock.adobe.com/uk/contributor/212933335/Rich%20Goddard and I've attached some of those that were rejected. I got the message file upload error when I upload the AI format that create and export from Adobe illustrator iPad version. Is that an effect from last week issue with vector upload?Anyone got the same issue? 

Hello, I have been attempting to update my Adobe account to become a Stock contributor account as well. I have sent mulitple support requests and still have not received a response from Adobe. Can someone from Adobe respond to my requests so I know what I need to do in order to update my account? Thank you.

Greetings,I uploaded a photo and it got rejected saying that I didn't labelled it as ai generated but that photo was not generated by ai it was taken by camera .it's my first time experiencing this problem though I edited all of my photos through ai but never get this rejection reason am I missing something here.yes I do use to edit it by chatgpt but not generated 

Hello, I am uploading AI stock videos to Adobe every day, but despite uploading unique AI videos, I am getting this problem of "Similar content in our collection". Does this fall under the spam category? Can this harm my account? Can my account be blocked or banned? What if I upload mass AI videos? I am getting the this error anytime I try to link my Payoneer to Adobe stock contributer. Despite I receive a confirmation Email that my Payoneer has been successfully linked yet I see this error. I try to reconnect too many times but I get the same error.
