Firefily will not create a vector image despite being asked to. The download contains the grey check background every time.

Hello, I couldn't find the "Favourites" section in my Firefly account, so I logged out and than logged in back, but instead of logging in woth my regular account I logged in with my google emial (the same one that I used to log to the Adobe account regulally). I then generated a prompt and favourited it trying to reach my favourited pictures in this way. I only found that spesific picture in there. I, since then, logged out and relogged in properly with my old Adobe account (agian with the same email) - But I still don't see all of my favourited picture.Please help,Ido

Die Personen sollen in den Bilderserien alle einen Wiedererkennungswert haben.Die Bilder wurden von Chatgbt bzw. Firefly has a real hard time understanding 'flat white' - like not paper, not stucco.. WHITE FLAT ZERO NADA Does anybody have wording that works for this? I even tried white cyc, still failed. 

I wanted to know some things about Adobe Firefly. 1. I want to take three subscriptions of Adobe Firefly (Standard, Pro, and Premium). I have given screenshots. 2. I don't see a personal option in Firefly. So how can I make my videos completely personal? 3. Can the images that can be created from Firefly be sold on Adobe Stock? 4. My other question is – my Adobe Firefly account is opened with one email, and my Adobe Stock account is opened with another email. Both accounts are opened in the names of both. Will there be any problem with this? It would be helpful if you could clarify a little. Thank you 🙏

The prompt will not now work when I put it in so firefly is unusable, WHY?

I took one month subscription on 4th September to 4th October but it is not generating any image or video,it is showing out of credits. Please solve the issue.

This is getting ridiculous. I entered the following prompt: "rustic village where buildings are made from stone and rough-cut timber, expansive village, overhead view looking down, populating of village are all females of fantasy races such as elves, drow, orcs, goblins and centaurs" And then got an error and content warning. What in the [cursing removed] is wrong with ANYTHING in that [cursing removed] prompt? I'm trying to create a [cursing removed] graphic novel and your censorship [cursing removed] is flagging me for NOTHING! fantasy races?  Female?  Goblins? Whoever programmed your content monitoring algorithm needs to go back to whatever [abuse against a culture removed] community you hired them from. ART!  CREATIVITY!  IMAGINATION! Stop censoring [cursing removed] out of everything!

From a previous discussion, and what had been confirmed through various tests, when you insert images for the first and last frame when generating a video, Firefly will attempt to create an animated transition between the 2 images. That's because the start and end frames will generally be an exact match in the created video and Firefly is trying to create a seamless animation between them. This can create cool results if that's what you're intending but it can be limiting as well.Here's one experienceI uploaded contrasting images for the first and last frame. The images were very different in content and style. I then used the prompt "umbrella opening and closing". J'ai pris un abonnement de 50 000 crédits par mois mais je suis vraiment déçue de l'IA générative. En plus on ne sait pas où avoir de l'assistance rapidement. Je veux donc arrêter cela et demander mon remboursement intégral car je le vis comme une vraie arnaque d'autant plus que rien ne fonctionne comme on peux l'espérer au minimum pour nous les professionnels qui voulons gagner du temps et avoir une IA performante qui répond à nos demandes. Je croyais qu'en prenant l'option la plus élévée, j'aurais non seulement plus aisément de la qualité, du respect de mes demandes, de l'assistance pro rapidement en ligne, etc. Bref ! ça manque de sérieux et cela me dégoute de perdre mon temps pour produire une étiquette et à générer plus de 50 sans jamais avoir ce que je décris pourtant avec précision. Ceux qui ont crée cette IA devrait démissionner car c'est un grand n'importe quoi au final et c'est une honte pour Adobe qu'on sait souvent plus rigoureux et plus sérieux que ça. I know there is a button for "generate similar" but it would be better if there was a prompt option to type in additional improvements to the existing image. For example, say you created an image of the perfect dog but you want to add a hat on him. There should be a button that allows "add to this image" etc., and has a text prompt field. 

I pay for the Firefly pro $29.99. but every now and then wile creating it goes into payment window in order to use.

Hi I have just upgraded to Adobe Firefly PRO this morning (14/08/25) - using the image to video generative AI feature. I have 7000 credits on this plan and it states on your website it should produce 70x 5 second videos (100 credits per 5 second video, 20 credits per second). When I create an image in Firefly I have to start on the main page, where I (apparently) can't choose the image format. I can only do that after I've written a prompt and the image is generated, which will cost me a credit, right? Is there a way to get directly to the page where I can choose formats?

As a devotional and mythological content creator, I find the Firefly Standard Plan extremely limiting and overpriced. Here's why:• 🎥 Only 20 short videos per month? That’s just 1 minute of total content. For ₹797.68/month (incl. GST), this is shockingly low. What can anyone do with just 5-second clips?• 💸 Too expensive for minimal output. No serious creator will pay this much for such restricted access. It feels more like a trial than a “standard” plan.• 🚫 No real creative freedom. With such tight credit limits, experimenting with styles, angles, or storytelling becomes impossible.• 🤔 🤔 Who is this plan really for? Certainly not for professionals or even passionate hobbyists. No one wants to pay monthly just to make a single short video.• 🔄 Needs to be unlimited or far more generous. If Adobe wants creators to adopt Firefly seriously, they must offer better value—especially when free tools are catching up fast.

Really getting dis-heartened bvy Firefly's inability to follow prompts. There needs to be a hierarchy. If I want an image of a road with trees and a stream and hte stream does not show up at all, how do I fix it.  MidJourney has so much higher quality in this regard. I've spend days trying infrustration to complete a basic task.  I can not seem to UN ravel Firefly from my Adobe subscription, and the only app I use much anymore is Illustrator.  It's getting close to Goodbye.
