While using runway aleph 2, to edit a video it charged me, but didn't produce a result when I refresh the page to see the error and screen, capture it the air disappeared, but I still lost the 500 credits. It is making me nervous to use video generation because I've lost credits before, and I do not wanna lose anymore. Please help.

I have paid thru UPI for one month subscription of Adobe Firefly today, 24th Jun’26. but no credits were added in my account till now… screen shot is attached herewith. please provide credits or process for the refund.

I’m having problems creating an video from an image that i manipulted in Firefly. I keep getting the response‘Can’t load - We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again.’The image was partly created in firefly and is an image i took in the office i work in. I can’t see any reason why i can’t use the image. I’ve also changed the video prompt and that still didn’t make any difference. I have tried with a different image and it worked but not the image i wish to turn into a video.  

An error occured when generating a video and it said 'try again later'. I refreshed the page but my already generated videos disappeared before I could download and my credits have still been used

I’m able to generate images (becuase i have credits) but out of no where it stopped downloading. I tried restarting the browser, restarting the browser, clearing my cache, logging out and logging back in, but nothing seems to work. Every time i click the download buttons on the generated image it just gets stuck on Downloading… and will never download. This started last week on April 23rd, 2026

Either the SORA 2 model or Adobe firefly is total garbage. It only produces AI slop.

i try to edit my images and firefly just says cant load a lot like like i type a black jacket lands on her it keep doing cant load it did not did this weeks and months ago and i cant do my projects when it does this with Gemini 3 Nano banana pro i cant get the edit images i need and parts in animes that i need. i moved to adobe firefly because it can do what i cant so can you please fix it.

I often am unable to download images and vidoes generated by Firefly, due to having to clear my cache. This time you all created a beautiful 4 sec video the first time. I was unable to locate it after having to restart. Where can I find it?

Expand image function is not working

After upscaling an image, there is no option to download the upscaled version. When I click the Download button, only the original image is downloaded instead of the upscaled image.Steps to Reproduce:Upload an image. Click Upscale. Wait for the upscaling process to complete. Click Download.Expected Result:The downloaded file should be the upscaled image.Actual Result:Only the original image is downloaded, and there is no option to download the upscaled version.Additional Information:The issue occurs after the upscaling process completes successfully.

I generated a video in firefly and then selected edit the video because the output was too dramatic. I asked it to only move the freight less than half of the distance it moved in the original video output. The output of the new video was exactly the same and I was still charged credits for ther video. How can i get my credits back for this 

I tried to generate 5 secs of video using Ray2 engine. It came up with an error and didn't produce any video, but still took my credits!

I have a weird issue with Firefly.  When I go to files, generation history, if I sort with newest on top, I only see the last two days of creations. If I sort oldest on top, I CAN get everything to display after a bit. I cannot, however, delete anything in any view of generations. I get a failure message, "failed to delete the asset". Tried three computers, both Edge and Chrome, Windows 11. I can see more in newest on top at https://www.adobe.com/files/firefly when I go in through Creative Cloud. app reports 51.9GB used storage. can’t delete either single assets or a selection. 8:47

It doesn’t let you delete the prompts (photos including). Even if you deleted from the files menu.

i have tried to generate video but the tool failed to do , but it consuming all the credits , so i dint get the video i wanted and got my credits consume , 

I’ve been experimenting with Adobe Firefly for generating AI visuals and overlays, which is super impressive. But I’m also looking into lightweight or offline workflows for users with slower PCs or limited storage.Has anyone tried combining Firefly-generated assets with simpler editing tools? I’ve been testing a few older video editors, and I noticed some creators still use apps like CapCut in earlier builds to avoid performance issues. I found this page on capcut install old versions, which offers legacy versions for PC.My question is—does anyone know if Firefly exports (especially background-removed or layered content) work smoothly with these kinds of stripped-down editors? Or are there compatibility concerns I should look out for when moving between Adobe tools and older desktop apps?Thanks in advance!

The product doesn't not illustrate the verbal description. Believe that you should allow a user-uploaded picture or one of the previously generated pictures to be uploaded (or check) as the starting point for further refinement. There needs to be a way of ranking the 4 choices provides from worst to best, and have the best used for the next iteration of the image. People generation is by far the weakest link of this program. The people are in no way realistic. Some have three feet, some have donkey legs, nobody has a face. Useless for creating a scene with people in it. I am extremely unimpressed by this program in its current state 9/2023. When a newer release that learns how to read and follow instructions is available, I would like to evaluate it again. For now, it's crap and a time-waster. 

What I do is: Select a part of image in photoshop and copy it, then go to firefly and paste it in there. The image would be added pretty much instantly.Since yesterday, there is a delay of about 10 seconds. Clearing cookies and refreshing didn’t help. It happens both in chrome and firefox browsers.There is also a delay for downloading. It used to be instant once you click the button, but now it starts after 5-10 seconds.
