After upscaling the images, the original images are just totally changed.

I am interested in Firefly and want to subscribe., to use mainly on my android phone However the problem is they do not rollever remaining of monthly credits to the next month. If we do not use all 2000 generative credits in a month, those are wasted. This is what I understand.Can someone please guide me??

Looking for an AI tool to transform sketches of 2D texts or logos into realistic 3D, is Firefly suitable?

I uploaded a flag and asked for various changes. Then I put each element of the flag in a separate image. But when I upload the individual pieces, it puts the whole flag together.  The green bar was my input image and the flag was my result. My prompt was "Glossy front-facing with soft shadow and slight depth, centered, beveled edges, no perspective tilt"   Firefox 139.0.4 on Windows 11

I dropped $10 on this, generated 4 videos (none of which were usable) and it already says I'm out of credits. Am I doing this wrong?

Hello. As of today, Wednesday 18 June, a firewall warning keeps popping up in a very annoying way: "Connection to this website is not secure." Apparently, the SSL Certificate has expired. I am attaching a pic of the warning.Nothing has changed on my side, no antivirus update, no new apps installed. I use Firefly almost daily and this is the first time this happens. I hope it will be solved soon.  And please don't ask me to change my antivirus. Thanks!

The images that are generated using Firefly are stated as "can be used for commercial use" however the resolution and quality are very very low.  When will there be an option or when will the resolution of the images be Hi-Res 300 dpi?  I am surprised that Adobe is behind on this as MidJourney and Dall-E-2 are both doing this easily.

The Adobe AI generation models in Firefly are the worst of everything available elsewhere today. I'm burning credits on unusable crud. When will you be upgrading your models so that they are remotely useful? I would like to use them. Thank you.

Every time then I'm generate videos in the scene is some hand ,witch I don't ask to generate. Could please explain me thy it's happen and how to take it off?

Not sure what I am doing wrong here. I need to adapt an isometric soccer field image, into ( onto? ) a logo. Firefly seems to be completely ignoring the reference image. I have watched many videos where this seems to work effortlessly but no matter how I adjust my prompt or prepare my reference image It seems to be ignored. The reference image I am using is generated and exported from Illustrator as a PNG or a jpeg, have tried both at about 2k pixels. Firefly has no trouble generating the soccer field view but cannot blend them. Why? Need to do something like this.... My reference image and generations are the same aspect ratio, have tried the reference as a jpeg and png. I just keep getting versions of the soccer cake with the slightest outline of my reference image on top.

Hi everyone,I’ve had an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription since August last year, and Adobe Firefly is listed among the apps included in my plan.When I try to use Firefly – especially for video generation – I’m asked to upgrade or purchase a separate plan. But Firefly should be included in the plan I already pay for.I managed to speak briefly with a support agent, who told me this issue wasn’t in their area of expertise and that they would forward me to the right team. That didn’t happen. After that, the chatbot took over, looping through predefined options without letting me continue with a real person.I find this level of support disappointing and unhelpful, especially given the cost of the subscription.Can anyone from Adobe or the community clarify what’s going on? Has anyone solved this issue?Thanks in advance to those who can help.

When we create a video from text, does it add audio to it depending on the prompt?

Can I have a single generation of credits back it didn't work. I understand if not because I feel like every generation I do is probably -2 trees in the world.

Hi there, I hope you're doing well.I have a concern I’m hoping you can help with. I recently upgraded my Firefly plan and paid an extra $30 on top of my regular Creative Cloud subscription. Despite that, I was only able to create 6 videos before I ran out of credits.Between the $30 upgrade and my existing Creative Cloud plan—which gives me 11,025 credits—I really expected to have much more flexibility and access. I upgraded specifically to increase my creative output, so it’s been pretty frustrating to hit a limit so quickly.I’m not trying to complain, but I do feel like I didn’t get the value I paid for. I’d really appreciate it if you could review this and possibly help me out with some additional credits. I genuinely enjoy using Firefly and want to keep creating without running into these barriers.Thanks so much for your time and understanding.
