les prompts ne se genere pas et mes credits sont malgré tout consommé puis je avoir une réparation et un recreditement s'il vous plait  cordialement

Cómo puedo ver si el programa sirve o no, si cuando tratas de ahcer un video de prueba realiza muchas opciones y en cada una de ellas en lugar de arreglar el anterior, cambia por completo todo. He subido imagenes de lo que se quiere y pone unas diferentes de manera erronea

you system is now white, why? it's now charging ncredits instead of unlimited acces which I paid for and agreed to. 

Je viens de constater que la version PC ainsi que la version mobile ne propose pas du tout les mêmes options. Par exemple vous avez la possibilité sur la version PC, de sélectionner la dimension de l'image ainsi que la qualité, 1k ou 2k Cependant sur téléphone ce n'est pas du tout proposé, les rendus sont beaucoup plus médiocre en terme de qualité sur la version PC. Pareil, je trouve ça. Dommage que vous ayez augmenté le nombre de crédits pour une génération d'images 40 crédits pour une génération d'images avec Gemini, alors que de base ça en déduisez limite presque aucun crédit sur les précédentes version, je suis bientôt à court de crédit alors que je suis en début de renouvellement d'abonnement    [moved from the Bugs subforum by moderator]

Inserisco il prompt correttamente, mi sottrae i crediti ma non mi da nessun risultato, dicendo di aver avuto un problema. Se non mi dai i video non devi sottrarmi neanche i crediti!  Vergognoso!

Não consigo fazer vídeos através de minhas imagens.

Firefly me esta gastando creditos y no me genera las imagenes que estoy buscando salta un error todo el tiempo ya va pasando mas de 6 veces que pierdo creditos en generaciones nulas.

I wanted to make a video and it took my 400 credit and then an error happened then i press the generate bottom again Than it took 400 credit again So there is no second video and it took totally 800 credit

Hallo - ich habe im Dezember mit firefly begonnen. Da ich neuen Kredit brauchte habe ich am 2.1.26 nochmals 2000 geholt.Habe ich derzeit zwei Acounts? Den ersten Acount kann ich nicht mehr aufrufen und die bisher gemachten Bilder sind somit nicht erreichbar. Heute bekam ich die Nachricht, dass abgebucht wurde. Ich vermute für den ersten Acount. Please allow us to create AI generated video with Prompt alongwith some sample images & samll videos. Thereafter the final result will be accurate and impressive. Here I am trying to create a newly released book promo video. But the created video displays the different book front cover and back cover. If there is a option for insert the images of Book's original front cover and back cover alongwith prompt, then the created video will be accurate as per given images or videos. i purchased additional credits on tuesday but here i am on friday still getting a message not enough credits. when i get the not enough credits message if I click "upgrade" i will get a message "we're processing your request, we will contact you...."how long should it take to process a credit card?   i am being patient but want to know other peoples experiences with this purchase

I would like a refund of 300-0 creditss due to terrible video generation. A complete waste of my time and credits. I have been with Adobe for a long time - over two decades. This may just cause me to go another route and stop my adobe subscription for the first time in many many years. I hope Adobe's customer support and emapthy prooves high. We will see.

Before 2026, I was able to create much better and more realistic photo-like images, but now I can’t. I know an update was released, but the images it generates now look very fake and not realistic at all. (Nano Banana Pro / Gemini)

For the past week or two, Firefly has become almost impossible to work with. Performance has degraded significantly. It is not just slow when generating images, but also when simply typing or editing prompts. There is constant lag and delay (up to 10 seconds just to type a single word!!), which completely disrupts the workflow and is unacceptable. What used to be fast and fluid is now frustrating and exhausting to use.  System details:macOS Tahoe 26.2

Tried sora 2 with all kinds of images, i had bought the subscription for this but cant generate a single video with sora 2

Video generation end frame not working. Only one frame image is being taken. Charged for all of course even though it is generating nonsense.
