Hello, I'm new to Firefly and don't understand how the credit system works.  When I use a non adobe model such as nanobanana, or flux I get charged around 10 credits per prompt, when I use an Adobe model I'm getting charged 20 credits per prompt. I thought it was supposed to be the other way around.  

I did it with Voe 2 so that fewer credits would be deducted, but a single video deducted 500 credits. I would appreciate it if this could be rectified.

Your Firefly AI is blocking requests to smooth wrinkles on shirts or fix uneven shirts in family portraits because it may violate your user standards.   When switching to alternative LLM's like Nano Banana it fixes them and does not block.  I strongly support blocking explicit images, but there is a flaw where it simply won't fix a family portrait with simple normal requests for smoothing wrinkled cloths or an uneven necklace or shirt.  I tried multiple requests with different portraits for what would be common requests for slight adjustments and firefly blocks many of them.

I chose to generate video with Veo3.1. Pressed vertical format option, added first and end frames.  But got widescreen result. Credits lost.

Hello,I would like to report a recurring bug with the image generation feature in Affinity.Every time I attempt to generate an image, the process fails and only error messages appear on the screen. No image is ever generated or delivered. Despite this, my credits are still consumed on every attempt.This has happened consistently, not just once, and I have not been able to successfully generate a single image. As a result, I am losing credits without receiving the service promised.Please investigate this issue and let me know:Why images are not being generatedWhy credits are deducted even when generation failsWhether my lost credits can be restoredThank you for your attention. I look forward to a resolution.

I want a total breakdown of all images generated via Firefly in the past month. I want them itemised against the credits that have been utilised from my account. I have been overcharged and I want a complete breakdown.

I had a few videos that I had edit and they gave me the same video but took my credit, multiple times.

Has something changed with Firefly?.. For the last week or so now, I've been unable to use Firefly 5 to generate images with relatively basic prompts...  When FF5 came out, it was very quick and accurate - now a week or two later, every time I try to generate an image it's "Something went wrong - please try again later" And this seems to be the case with any of the AI model options; I can't go back to use Firefly 3 for the same reasons.  I've got plenty of credits too, so no problem there. Done all local updates possible cleared my cache etc...  No better - feel like I just need to give up with FF and go back to Gemini or ChatGPT - at least they generate something for free. I don't agree with paying for something that doesn't work...  Sort it!!

 Hello Support Team, I am experiencing an issue while generating a video in Adobe Firefly using the Brand Partner VEO 3.1 model. Although my account shows that I have unlimited access to Adobe Firefly and 2000 credits for Brand Partner features, the video generation consistently displays a “Something went wrong” error screen. When I open the credits page, it incorrectly shows 20001/2000 credits used, which appears to be a bug. I have not used anywhere near that amount, and I am still within the free trial period. Please look into this issue and let me know if there is anything I should be aware of regarding credit usage, limitations, or account settings. Thank you 

it doesnt work its horrible no videos made properly and it does it wrong with everything make it work

What ever I do, my image to video attempts result in a "Can't load" eror screen. I am concidering signing up to the Pro subcription but don't want to bother paying money for a service that fails 99% of the time.

Dear Community, I purchased a Adobe Creative Cloud annual plan. After one year I cancelled the subscritpion some days ago. Now I wanted to use my remaining credits (approx. 4000). But it seems they are all deleted? As I paid for these credits I wonder if the deletion of credits is correct? Thank you! 

in my account when im trying to generate videos it says Something went wrongPlease try again later. but stil it counts from my credit its not fair please fix it and give back my credits please

Wie kann ich jetzt, das für mich wesentliche und wichtige Element (in meinem Fall ein Flascheneetikett) aus dieser Datei (ohne die dargestellte Flasche und Hintergründe) exportieren, damit ich hieran weiterarbeiten kann bis zur fertigen Druckdatei. I'd love to see an option that lets you write/prompt what you want the AI model to specifically remove. I ask it to render a landscape sketch plan and to follow the linework exaclty but its cheeky and it keeps rendering in parts I didn't specify. If it gets the image 80% of what I want it to look like, the remove tool would be useful if it had the option to remove specific parts or aspects that I want it to change.

Hi,what if you use an AI-generated, cinematic quality actor for professional work, and then somebody finds out it accidentally resembles somebody who really exists somewhere in the world? Is a standard disclaimer specifying that "all characters are digitally generated and any resemblance with real people is accidental" enough to avoid a lawsuit? Thank you

I am generating images using Adobe Firefly (Model: Firefly Image 4). I noticed that 4 images are being generated at once from a prompt.I have a clear question about this—Does only 20 credits get deducted when generating once, or since 4 images are available, a total of 80 credits are deducted? Does each model of Adobe Firefly deduct 20 credits for creating an image?Please confirm the matter with official and correct information, I will be very benefited.Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello everyone, I have been researching how to gain access to the Indesign API, which is part of Firefly Services. From reading the forums, you need to be an enterprise account, which my organization is. However, I still have not found anyone who can tell me any information about this API, or how to access it. I have contacted our account vendor, who was only able to offer us Firefly credits or the Indesign Server license. I also have contacted an Adobe sales representitive, who in our meeting was not able to answer my question and also hasn't responded with any more information afterwards. as was promised  I'm looking for any suggestions on where to go next, or if anyone has been able to access Firefly Services, what channels did you need to go through to do so. Thank you.
