ファッション業界で働いているものです。Fireflyで当社の服をきたモデルを生成しようと、参照画像のところに当社の服をアップロードして「この服を着た女性のモデル写真を作ってください」としてモデル写真を作っていますが、1週間ほど前から参照画像にアップロードできず使えなくなってしまいました。利用中のプランはCreative Cloud Pro、使用OSはMacOSX15.7.2です。Creative Cloud Proのプランを確認しましたがFireflyは含まれているようです。何が悪いのでしょうか。

I generated an image using a reference image, then deleted the reference image; now every subsequent image generated is using the same reference image even though ive deleted it. Why?

i spent all my credits trying to get your video creator to spell our name right, still didnt get it correct and i used up all my credits.  This is really a scam

Hello, Rollerskates (with 4 wheels) are still difficult for Firefly. I made a series of 30 rollerskates illustrations, and another 30, but the alignment of the wheels is often not so good.Even if I change my prompts that include: 'classic quad roller skates with 2 wheels in front and 2 wheels in the back' and 'close-up art-style illustration of classic quad roller skates, four clearly visible wheels (two in front, two in the back), accurate wheel alignment, realistic axle positions, detailed wheels and laces, vibrant colors' it still has difficulty with closeup and medium shots for rollerskates.  So Firefly needs some more training for rollerskates.

I'm looking for a more definitive answer to the following question...Will any content uploaded to a partner model, such as Runway, be used in model training?  According to Adobe: when you use any model (whether their own Firefly or a third-party/partner model) through the Firefly app, “the content they generate and upload … will never be used to train generative AI models.”  Great.  But, Runway’s Terms of Use explicitly state that by using their services, you grant them a license to use your “Inputs and Outputs” (e.g. your prompts and the resulting images/videos) to “train and improve its AI models, algorithms and related technology.” - which is why we won't use Runway within our business for commercial production. But, if I use the Runway model through Firefly, is it really true that Runway does not use the input for training?  I'm dubious, as it seems like a technological leap to setup a unique pipeline for Adobe requests.  Please reassure me t

Simply stated I must thank Adobe for allowing me access to the other apps in this free trial because I can actually see wht Gen AI might be capable of doing. My lord how has such a great comapny such as Adobe ceated have such a rotten product like Adobe Firefly? Specific I am talking about the generative Video functionality. It is a joke compared to what's out there and the image ceation capability is pretty sub standard also. Maybe it's me but I dont think so. Also I am continually being flagged for using my own family photos under user guidlines to try to create videos and the most utterly begning prompts are be refused. No wonder your stock has fallen so much while the rest of the tech world is zooming higher. Your generative suite stinks and is a great waste of time. Ihope some agentic AI bot reads this and responds. All the best Oh credit where credit is due the audio suite in Premiere Pro is really quite good. Really outstanding as good as firefly is bad.

exactly as it says. Various different models int he last day have failed ot load, but my credits werre still deducted.

Bonjour,hier 22 novembre à 18h30,  j'ai payé un abonnement d'un mois à Adobe Firefly à 9,23 euros; Et aujoud'hui 23 novembre à 10h11,  j'ai dû repayé ce même abonnement à 9,23 euros !!!!!!Il ne me semble pas avoir fait beaucoup de vidéo pourtant.... Ou ce prix est-il juste pour 3 ou 4 videos AI ?je ne comprends pas bien.... vous pouvez m'expliquer.Merci et bonne fin de WE

Hello Adobe Firefly Community,Even though I paid for the full fee for 1 month subscription, only after a week, it says my credits finished, then I paid again for another month's 'fee the same amount , 1 week later now it says I need more credits. I have created less then 10,  8 seconds videos in two weeks time but I've already paid two months fee in 2 weeks time. What am I doing wrong?I'll be very happy if you help me with this issueAll the best,Naz 

when I try to generate a video form a simple photograph of my granddaughter.  I have tried it several time and with different images and prompts.

New to the world of ai generation.paid for the 2000 credit to use the generator in ps which gives me the option to choose which generator to use. I've been using Gemini with nano banana. I load my product image in transparent background and tell it what scene to create around it. It works pretty darn well creating backgrounds for my candle business. When I try to use firefly and  it's seems well documented, the generator will create a different candle and not my original candle. Is there a workaround for this in the Photoshop system? 

Ich finde es ehrlich gesagt nicht so gut dass wenn eine Erstellung in Fireflly fehlschlägt, oder bei der Generierung Fehler im Text sind ich jedes mal wenn ich wegen eines Fehlers der KI oder eines Fehlers in der Erstellung Punkte abgezogen werden obwohl der Fehler klar nicht bei mir liegt.
