Dear Adobe CommunityI have the subscription of Adobe Firefly Standard with 2000 Credits a month (ca. 11 EUR)I just want to change the subscription to Adobe Firefly Pro with 4000 Credits a month. It costs 22,18 EUR. In this package there are also a full version of the web version of Photoshop and also an access to Adobe Epresse Premium (Is Adobe Express Premium also a web version?).Is Firefly Pro just accessible over a mobile App or is there also a web version of Adobe Firefly Pro with 4000 Credits a month.Do the Web version of Photoshop and Adobe Express Premium also use togehter with the Firefly Pro the  4000 Credits a month Please help me to solve my questions! In the attachment there are the descriptions of the firefly standard and pro and the payment  

I asked the model to create a dress using a certain fabric, which i uploaded a reference image of. The model made the background the same colour as the pattern of the fabric. The background should have been plain. In refining the image, when i asked the model to correct the background and make it white, it left it the same as before. When i asked the model to remove the scarf around the model's neck, it left it there. These are big bugs for a service which is supposed to be the best in the industry. Also, am i allowed only ONE reference image? What if i need the generated image to reference 2 or more images? With these limitations, why would i pay for Firefly? I think the complementary generations should allow the (almost) full functionality of Firefly so that you can make an educated decision on whether you want to pay for it.

I've used Firefly before, I know how these are supposed to work. They just don;t get added to the prompt when clicked on.

Hi   What does Firefly not understand about ‘left fist’ and ‘closed visor’? Prompt: "a motorcyclist dressed in black leather, wearing a black helmet with a closed black visor, his left fist raised forward with a black glove, on a white background"  

I have upgraded to a paid subscription and the quality is no better. I am trying to create some simple images to add to a 'book' I am making for my grandson. On first inspection the images appear fine, but when you take a closer look you notice that faces, limbs etc are distorted or out of place entirely?

So firefly can now generate 4 low res images an we can upscale the one we like, which is faster.Now technically firefly is using less computing power to generate those low res images, then why adobe is still charging us 1 credit per each prompt? It should charge us 0.5 credit for each prompt for low res images, but when we upscale, it can charge us 1 credit for each upscale.Don't tell me the speed and stuff for low res images! I get it. but its still a steal for adobe.

I've tried a few things that resulted in Adobe flagging me for violating community guidelines. Now Adobe wants me to pay for further service for a Beta that I was conned into believing I was testing. What a joke.

I used images during the trial to create a video. Now those same images are being rejected now that I have subscribed. How do I prove I have rights to these images?

Why am I receiving the message "We can't process this prompt because the reference imagedoesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again." when I try to animate image to video of the attached image? I'm just looking to have the gorillla in a resting pose, breathing a bit.

Bonjour, je suis abonné à Firefly standard. Cette formule me donne droit à combien de crédit par mois ? J'ai pris un abonnement annuel le 16 août dernier. Mon solde de crédit était de 2100. Il est toujours à 2100. Je n'ai donc pas eu de crédit supplémentaire au bout d'un mois. Est-ce normal ?Deuxième question, peut-on créer une vidéo en partant d'une de mes photos personnelles ? Even Gemini and Freepik allow multiple reference photos in Nano Banana model. Why we can't upload multiple images?

I want to use my image as the main subject and, by specifying the subject, setting, lighting, and style, create the desired result, while keeping the subject of my original image clearly recognizable, without altering its salient features.I've only been able to do this on Google AI Studio (Nano Banana), but not within Firefly, where, even using Nano Banana, the reference image is altered a bit too much.Do you have any suggestions?

I’m a CPG packaging designer working with brands that often produce over 100,000 units per SKU for retail. First off, I just want to say how helpful Adobe Firefly has been,  it’s been an incredible tool for creative exploration and packaging design!  I have a quick licensing question to make sure I’m 100% compliant:Can anyone confirm that Firefly-generated vectors from non-beta features are licensed for unlimited commercial product packaging use (no unit cap)? And if licensing terms ever change in the future, what’s the best official source to check for updated policies regarding Firefly’s commercial use for physical products? Thanks so much in advanced! 

I believe last time i used firefly i was able to copy and paste cross platform between adobe express and adobe firefly, however everytime ive tried to today it hasnt worked and an error message pops up to reload but even when i reload it still does not work 

Hallo!Ich möchte mit Firefly einen längeren Loop generieren. Dafür verwende ich 10 sekunden Videos, deren letzten Frame ich als Anfangsframe für das darauffolgende Video verwende. Bei dem angehängten Screenshot handelt es sich um einen solchen Frame. Firefly verweigert es jetzt aber, ein neues Video mit diesem Frame zu generieren, Fehlermeldung „Wir können diesen Prompt nicht verarbeiten, da das Referenzbild nicht unseren Benutzungsrichtlinien entspricht.“ Das macht in meinen Augen keinen Sinn, da das Bild ja aus Firefly selbst generiert wurde.  Was kann ich tun? Grüße,B

Disregarding prompts and image inputs is unsustainable, colossal, unfair and malicious.

(Verbraucht Credits) --> Ich habe Nummer 3 nicht, bei mir gibt es die Möglichkeit nicht mit Gemini 2.5 Flash Image bearbeiten. Wie kann ich diese Möglichkeit nutzen?
