When launching Adobe XD for the very first time, and trying to open any new project template, I am shown the error "There was a problem creating a new cloud document".I can't find anything relating to this online, does anyone know of a fix?

HELLO ADOBE COMMUNTIY! I was given a complimentary link to use Adobe XD from Coursea & when I click it, it opens a new window & it says Select your Adobe complimentary app & its just a white screen. I contacted their help center & they had me clear my cache/cookies, try incognito, try safari, made sure my pop-up blocker was down. nothing besides the image you posted came up. I don't have any Adobe programs on my MacBook Air 2014, so this would be a first. Any other helpful feedback would be appreciated as there are a few others with the same issues.

Hallo Zusammen,leider werden die Farben der meisten Fotos die wir in XD laden nicht mehr richtig angezeigt. Siehe angehangenes Foto. Wenn man dann auf "in Photoshop bearbeiten" klickt und das Originalfoto darüber legt funktioniert es. Das wäre für uns aber ein viel zu großer Zeitaufwand das bei jedem Foto zu machen. Wie kann man das lösen? Ein Fenster zur Farbeinstellung haben wir keines gefunden.  Vielen Dank im Voraus (Die Bilder sind in RGB 8 Bit angelegt.)

Hi, We have Adobe creative cloud enterprise  license.Is there a way when sharing an project/file or any item to set up a 2fa for the user with whom im sharing it? 

I'm a freelancer and recently I've delivered my project to client and he said that he cannot open the file. Because it gives Error:88. Can anyone helps me to sort this out? If this failed I'm going to lose the project that I've worked on weeks. I download the same file that I shared with client but it works well for me. File was not saved on cloud. (I'm working on Mac OS 11.2.3) 

Hi everyone, I'm Jean and I operate in UI Design.I am working on a personal project for which by interfacing with the Front End team for a possible future publication I create a library of components. The project in question concerns the creation of a site that is both Desktop and Mobile (not app).So I ask myself: -Do I make separate components for desktop and mobile or a single series for both? (in the first case, should I also distinguish a mobile and destkop typography?)-Is it more appropriate to use the multiples of 8 rule to develop all the logic behind the total design?-For every modification of a component that is very different from the default version, will I therefore have to create a new component? is it normal that I will have a lot of master components? Thank you for your attention and hoped you can elucid me on this topic. See you very soonJean

Hi, I am trying to build an SVG using adobe XD to export and use within an HTML document. I plan to animate this SVG by targetting the ID of the path/group and using the transform attribute to translate/rotate/etc. a section of the SVG. For some reason, when I export the SVG, adobe XD draws the paths without correctly positioning them, then uses transform: translate(X,Y) to move the path/group to the correct position. This is in contrast to drawing the path in the correct position within the SVG canvas to begin with (using d="M X Y"), which would make transform: translate(X,Y) redundant. This creates issues when I try to use the transform attribute in my animation. Transform always overrrides existing values when it is set, leading the paths/groups I am animating to become mispositioned. Estou tentando publicar uma nova biblitoeca a partir da cópia de um projeto que já tem uma outra biblioteca já publicada. Quando faço isso, a mensagem da imagem é exibida. Isso quer dizer que ao clicar em "continuar" essa que estou tentando publicar irá substituir a anterior?

Hello, We are part of an Adobe business plan that has team management capabilities. When using XD, and sharing LIbraries, it by default includes a group called "Everyone - Members" when sharing the library. I have a screenshot below. The problem is, this sharing popup says "Team - 1 member" and when I click into this, I (the one sharing this library) am the only member within that team. When I click into the "Everyone - Members" group I only see myself listed as shown in the screenshot below:   When I visit https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ I have 18 members listed, all with licenses that have access to XD.  There is no documentation that I can find anywhere on Adobe on how to manage this "Everyone" team. This appears to be a bug.  

Xd just shows this "Saving In progress" pop-up for hours and then I get a notification that no changes were saved.

When I select 100% for display for the prototype, it cuts off the left and right of the screen. I can only get it to display at 82%. Not sure why this is happening. But it seems like the screens look too small when viewing in preview mode or when viewing via the prototype link in the browser. If I try to zoom in via the browser, it doesnt do anything.

I tried exporting my assets from my XD file by selecting all the assets and clicking on the "Download" button but it gave an error saying the program couldn't be downloaded.    {Renamed By MOD}

Hello Guys, we experienced a few bugs as we developed a Plugin for XD, so we decided to reinstall Adobe XD. Now we can not find our developed Plugins anymore. Are they gone forever or is there a way to access them again? It is really important we can access them again. Our last saves are a few weeks old.

For more details, please check out the 'What's New page.'   1. Use group paths for asset organization:- You can add or remove forward slashes (/) in group paths in the Document Assets panel path view to easily organize asset groups and subgroups.Please check Name, move and organize assets in the design system and  Productivity tips: Path view in XD. For more details, please check this article.       2. Fix broken library links quickly:- Suppose Broken Creative Cloud library links to your document assets panel. Now, when you click them, you get a summary of the underlying reasons for the broken links and the instructions to resolve them.     3. Import videos of size up to 25 MB:- You can now import videos of a larger size of 25 MB. (Previous Limit: 15 MB)             Please update to the latest build

Is it still not possible to use own fonts for mobile prototypes (view on mobile devices via the Xd app)? If not, what is the workaround? The Share-Link? But then with no Xd-prototype-functionalities Imho this is an essential functionality.  Best,Oliver

Dear Forum....first of all thank you for having this forum!second: https://xd.adobe.com/view/418bb772-fe98-422e-9679-62aa5ad691ab-14d8/ when i hover my buttons and the text containers appear....the "other" (component) buttons are still vissible....any change i can fix this? i allready experiment by selecting multiple components and make them into a new component but didn't work out.... lot of thanks!

Hello Team!I just wanted to point out that since a few weeks, I've noticed a lot more of lagging and unresponsiveness in Adobe Xd. I am using windows 10 (my specs don't allow me to updat to 11) and on several machines. The lags can happen without prompt, sometimes several times a day, no matter whether I work with 1 or several files and no matter if the file is new.Some trouble also include the lack of responsiveness when I want to modify text (component title, text in artboard, any kind of text). Are you aware of these issues? Could you do something to fix it?

Hi!My audio playbacks aren't working in my prototype. I get the "There was a problem with the playback action" message, but I don't really know what the issue is. There are some sounds that are still working, but almost all of them just stopped working a couple of hours ago. I can still import new ones, and they seem to be working, but that means that I would have to import all the soundfiles again and place them into the protype all over again, which would also be at the risk of this simply happening again when I'm done.Is there something I've done wrong or have simply overlooked?

Hi there Adobe XD Community, long time lurker, first time poster here. I am tryoing to make a Carousel with 6 tiles. I want the last 2 tiles to be warped as can be seen in the image attached. However, when turning the group (including the warped/transformed tiles) into a component, XD automatically re-straightens the warped tiles. Is there anyway around this? For refernce, I'm hoping to prototype it so clicking the bottom circles will warp the first tile on the left the other way while straighting the 2nd to last tile and so on... Any help would be gretaly appreicated 🙂 

Why dont we have the ability to adjust spacing between elements by dragging or setting a fixed number?I know Sketch and Figma do support this feature and id love to see it in Adobe XD aswell...Shouldnt be too hard to implement am i right?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Is anyone else experiencing a color shift on certain layers when they use scroll groups? The issue occurs in the design preview and development preview. Doesn't reflect on the artboard. I've already tried restarting the computer, creating a new document, and updating my computer. None of them have fixed the issue.Current XD Version:50.0.12.14 x64OS:macOS MontereyVersion 12.3.1

As part of a project I'm working on, I was creating an icon on a video player which when clicked should open the 'Season 1 menu' with a particular (current) episode selected (Let's say 'S1 E1'). Upon clicking on its Title 'Season 1', one would be brought back to the main 'Seasons menu'. Such menu would display hover interactions for the '4 Seasons' available, with only 2 of which clickable (Season 1 and Season 2).I wanted to have these interactions taking place as nested components, but the only way I could manage to simulate such interactions was by using artboards. That doesn't suit my intended use, which is to nest these actions on a screen where the aforementioned S1E1 episode would be playing.Maybe it's something people at Netflix have solved with coding and I'm overcomplicating things trying to simulate it on XD. Hello everyone !   I have been trying the new feature (which isn't really new anymore...) with the video and lottie import in the artboards. When I upload one video (MP4 of 17 seconde), in autoplay loop, the preview works perfectly. However, as soon as I import another video, the second one doesn't work in the preview. The first play itslef, but the second is seen as a fix image... (I have been trying the second video on another project to see if the problem came from it, but it is the second import that creating problem.)   Does anyone had the same problem ?
